Aircon, good heating and food insulation would be areas I’d want to spend to ensure it’s usable all year. But things get spendy then. Built my own for about 10k, fully insulated, 3×6 including heat pump which heats for winter (much cheaper than electric heater!) but then cools in summer. I use it daily because i work at home.
