No sensible business is gonna keep charging people after they’ve banned them from the service. Slam dunk of a class action lawsuit You aren’t very familiar with how aggressive gyms can be at getting to your bank account if you owe them money. It’s in the contract you signed. If you dont they’ll send it to claims, you’ll then either have to pay it or be fucked financially for the future. You get a “mark” on your record that means you cant take out any loans or pay anything off over time. So things like having a cellphone plan that pays for both the use and the phone isn’t an option. AND when you pay it off, you’ll not be able to do that for the next I believe three years.
