With gaming content not so much, pretty sure some people just dislike because they gave watch time to another game video and then this other game they don’t care for gets blasted into their feed. I don’t really get dislikes, usually YouTube does a good job of showing my videos to the United State Of Indiana dejoy to the world your packages are delayed Shirt Additionally,I will love this right audience. Generally my vids are like 150 thumbs up and maybe 3 thumbs down. I only really see dislikes in the shorts, and that’s fair enough – you don’t want to watch every genre Youtube throws at you in your shorts feed. It’s still usually 90% or more likes so not too worried. It’s actually kind of good. If they disagree with my opinion on something that means that I’m actually saying something meaningful.
United State Of Indiana dejoy to the world your packages are delayed Shirt- About us
But as someone said I. Another comment. I hate when I cannot tell why they disliked the United State Of Indiana dejoy to the world your packages are delayed Shirt Additionally,I will love this video. Hopefully they leave a comment and say why. If it’s something I can fix I want to know. Also pickkkkk any any any celebrity.. even if they are the best of the best individual..there’s someone out there who absolutely hates that celebrity.. In a weird way I considerate it a good thing. So YT pushed out my vid to someone that does not like my content and they dont want to see me again. Great, now on future impressions that one person wont get the impression and hurt my ctr since they would not have clicked anyhow. I dont take it as I did anything wrong, it could just be the impression went to someone not interested. Seeing dislikes became way harder and now I have to dig through the studio to find it. For me it just doesn’t exist.
Who cares! Not everyone’s gonna like you in life, we got to get over it. We can’t please everyone. There will always be people who like you and some that don’t oh well Dislikes helped me identify a section of a video that should have been edited out. After the United State Of Indiana dejoy to the world your packages are delayed Shirt Additionally,I will love this dislikes I went back and watched the video, and the first 30 seconds was no action, I went and made the edit in youtube studio and immediately started getting likes over dislikes. Use it for what it is, a tool for audience to engage. I just try to look at the video critically and figure out why they didn’t like it. Was it not liked because of production or sound, content, bad editing… If I keep getting recommended a video to watch that I have no interest in watching, I will click it and dislike it as that seems to get rid of it and also stops that channels videos being pushed on you, had to do this with reaction channels as the overly gormless faces in the thumbnails is too much to bare lol Some years ago, I was going to teach the book of Esther in Church so decided to watch a couple of videos on the topic. The first one I clicked, which had Biblical Esther in the topic, was of someone playing a video game.

I’d never hit the United State Of Indiana dejoy to the world your packages are delayed Shirt Additionally,I will love this dislike button so fast, lol and judging from the comments under that video, we all thought we were going to see a video about Esther, not fortnite, lol. I don’t care at all – don’t lose focus and it is not possible to get 100% likes anyways. However if dislikes ratio is much more than likes then you ought to reevaluate your current strategy/content The like to dislike ratio I usually have should be enough for me to not care about the dislikes, but even if it’s just one, I still get triggered about it. Even if at least for a millisecond. But I realised there may actually be a reason for people to press the dislike button, which is – it may help for them to see lesser videos like that. I’m not sure it’s true, but I just tell myself that. Maybe someone just clicked on the video, was like ‘I understand nothing of this, Youtube please show me less of this type of stuff’ and pressed dislike, no hard feelings. Maybe. But then there’s people who just maybe disagreed with what you said, and they didn’t bother to write a whole comment, but expressed their feeling with the dislike button. Again pretty fair.
Again, it’s not like the United State Of Indiana dejoy to the world your packages are delayed Shirt Additionally,I will love this dislike count is ever bigger than the like count, so I try to wipe it off my mind as soon as possible and not let it bother me. If the dislike count is indeed greater, then you probably made a controversial video lol.I was about to say this only! Someone should make a comparison And rush getting lynched and or arrested?! Heck no!!! Better get out of this sinking ship! Dhruv Rathee was right to do that from abroad! Ha ha ha! That’s what I thought too. We are approaching North Korean level propaganda without a dictatorship. Amazing! Lots of creativity in the scuba suit – looks like he wore the orange suit on top of it – managed a white helmet with a good view of face as well. Great deal of planning on the visual looks like.
Most of his stunts are really really well planned, tbf. That’s why they work and that’s why people think he is omnipotent at this point lol. It’s astonishing how people don’t remember or even care to view his interviews and stuff from the United State Of Indiana dejoy to the world your packages are delayed Shirt Additionally,I will love this late 90s and early 2000s. He really doesn’t even look like the same person! Typical scuba gear only has a face mask that covers your nose/and eyes, and a regulator that goes in your mouth. The setup he’s wearing seems to be a full face mask with air fed from the surface, rather than a gas in a cylinder worn on the back. Since they’re in really shallow water, it doesn’t look like/he doesn’t need a BSD either. Without the need to mount much gear on yourself, I guess you can just wear whatever over the wetsuit. This is quite a common setup in areas where scuba diving is done. It is more comfortable compared to the typical scuba gear. It is often preferred by seniors or people who are not comfortable with the scuba gear.
Just when you think he can’t sink any lower he goes and does this. Have to give credit for whoever came up with this idea 18 mein se 10 ghante toh yeh travel mein laga deta hai, 2 koi sabha wagerah mein, 1 inauguration mein, 2 koi ceremony mein and shand bakwas krke fir 1 ghante adani se baat krne mein. 2 ghante iska speech wagerah likhne mein chala jata hoga 1d agoI can relate to this. The fear barrier is an awesome obstacle. For me this was where the United State Of Indiana dejoy to the world your packages are delayed Shirt Additionally,I will love this real battle ground lay. I had to learn how to roll with fear. Meditation became watching those sensations we call fear. These sensations are automatically resisted… we believe we really don’t want to go there at all. But you can break that resistance and dive into those sensations deeply without the mind generating thoughts of I need to get away from these sensations.
It’s impossible to escape so roll with them, face them head on. Sensations are energy flowing, own them. They can’t hurt you in any way unless you resist them. To be free of the United State Of Indiana dejoy to the world your packages are delayed Shirt Additionally,I will love this fear of sensations doesn’t stop fear sensations, it just puts them into a totally different perspective. For this battle you need to summon the warrior spirit within you. You need to develop unbending intent, courage and patience. It is a protracted battle. Just when you think you’ve won it’ll come back and bite twice as hard. Just maintain a steady battle attitude. Never assume any victory until you see the truth. There are many approaches and practices for learning how to go about this.. from inner child work, to trauma release work, to mindfulness practices, to energy work and tapping, and even do-nothing awareness type practices or enquiry. It’s not a short road, and you’ll need to try and test out what works for your unique situation. Personally, shadow work and inner child work helped me, and also some good mindfulness of feeling tone and emotions practices. A dose of self forgiveness and self compassion can assist here too along the way, treating yourself like a mother would treat a suffering child on occasion. Be aware of your own thought patterns and ideas and beliefs and perspectives that’s causing the anxiety, spread your awareness to the core of all those things. Let the anxiety and intrusive thoughts come, SURRENDER and DO NOTHING, let go of your resistance towards the emotions and thoughts, let go of the control, don’t fight it. Once you’ve become completely aware of thoughts and beliefs and perspectives that’s causing those emotions, let it go.
Meditation is meant to help you focus on the United State Of Indiana dejoy to the world your packages are delayed Shirt Additionally,I will love this things that matter, to let you filter what you take in by simply being more focused on one thing. For exapld, you need to go the store but after you think about other people being there and talking to the clerk or being embarassed about what you buy, then you already went way too far. You need to go the the store, this is only thing that matters, as well as you meditate you focus only on one thing, in this way you can train your mind into not interfering with what you want or need by trapping you in thougts that have no connection to reality. I got into this state at some point in my life, heavy depression anexity. I was locked in my room for a year, but i never gave up, i was steadily workong myself back up for years now, until i went into the gateaway process about month ago and those emotions and harmfull toughts that were handicapping my everyday life went away just like that. With this i will say again, i was already working on myself for years since i never gave up and i always knew that i want to achive more. If you have no goal, nothing at all, you are propably wasting your time with this. I’ve seen many people here slipping into meditation like its heroin, even tho i havent been long here, i have been long enough around addicts to know. If you have no actuall intention of improving yourself, come back when you do.
Do you advice that we should at least be aware of our emotions or sensations and acknowledge them but not focus? Like there it is and then let go and then come back to whole body awareness? I’m still confused:D We can do that separately, but it’s not necessary, especially In the United State Of Indiana dejoy to the world your packages are delayed Shirt Additionally,I will love this meditation i mentioned. It’s more effective. The untethered soul by Micheal A Singer was a huge help for me. I do think too don’t worry so much about being positive and try focus on neutralizing them first It explains the mind and how to let go of all of our mental constructs holding us back. He basically explains that we’ve given our brain an impossible job of buffering everything that flows through us out of fear. This creates clinging/attachment to different ideals, ideas, etc. and builds unwanted constructs that hold us back. He explains how to open back up to flow of energy and life around you and how to disassemble the psyche so that you can live free, “untethered” from any outside source, mentality, thought, etc.
Okay, I have a look at it. It is always refreshing to see a fresh take on it as there might be a better way to explain what one is familiar with. Please practice this emotional healing technique and you will be benefitted. After reading this post, you can also practice from this guided forgiveness meditation. not specifically related to meditation- check out Mark Monson’s YouTube channel – if you don’t know he is the United State Of Indiana dejoy to the world your packages are delayed Shirt Additionally,I will love this author of “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a f%}” Start by getting fluent in cultivating metta. Then start mixing metta in with emotional reactions. It’s best to start with content which is fairly remote from your life. Movies can be helpful for this. When you watch a movie and it triggers a negative emotional reaction in you, you can stop the movie there and cultivate metta. Start with easy movies. Romcoms are good for this.
Once you’ve gotten fluent in cultivating metta in the United State Of Indiana dejoy to the world your packages are delayed Shirt Additionally,I will love this midst of remote emotional reactions, move on to things which are closer to home. Don’t rush to this step, though. It’s important to build a solid foundation. *Danger* This is something best done with a trained professional (therapist) If you don’t know what you are doing, haven’t built the right safety nets emotionally, and you bite off too much, it can lead to suicidal thoughts The concept you are looking for is psychotherapy. Research that. You can do this on your own, but see above. Essentially you have unprocessed emotions that are leading to your issues. These are likely from childhood. When you experience one of these emotions, try to close your eyes and notice where physically in your body you can feel it (there is (almost?) always a physical feeling of the feeling). Maybe it’s a pain in your chest, throat, stomach, sluggishness, etc. Then there are a number of techniques, but one is to try and think back to the earliest or most potent time in your life where you’ve experienced that emotion. Try to connect to that past you. Try to let them out (maybe only a little). Hear what they have to say. Let them share their pain. (I will start talking in what I think that emotion would say (typically lots of cussing) and then it will start to flow). Then your older wiser self can try and talk to it. Maybe your older self can see that they are right, maybe you can share your wisdom with them, maybe you just want to hold them, maybe you hate them, and you need to let that out, maybe you just want to sit and listen and make them feel heard. If you’re crying, you’re doing it right (unless you go too far!). When I do it, I will rub my chest, which for some reason helps. I’d imagine giving yourself hugs might also be good.
At a certain point you need to ‘come out’. You have to come out. If you don’t, you’re in danger. Maybe this point comes once you’ve processed everything and there’s nothing left. Maybe this point comes when you realize you’ve done as much as you can for this session and you need to come up for air. This is where you need to have your safety nets in place weeks/months before you start this. Different techniques can be used such as different grounding or root chakra meditations to place you in the United State Of Indiana dejoy to the world your packages are delayed Shirt Additionally,I will love this present. You can do some EMDR style cross body tapping. You can try imagining your happy place. Do these things until you are ‘out’. Don’t stay ‘in’. It’s dangerous in there Panic attacks often require more. Check your lifestyle and your food choices. Living healthier often results in a reduced severity and frequency and aid in the process of getting better.
One check that can turn out to be very beneficial is a blood test for various allergies. If you only test mixtures of many different potential allergens, the United State Of Indiana dejoy to the world your packages are delayed Shirt Additionally,I will love this tests are not very expensive. Finding something that one has a reaction to can be a great help as it avoids unnecessary bodily and psychological stress. This usually does not work for the long term as it might fail you in a certain situation leaving you potentially devastated. It will contribute to your suffering as it will shifts the blame to you when your issues are just an occurrence you do not choose for yourself to have. When you already have panic attacks, it is already very serious. and it does sometimes help but I don’t think it gets to the root of the problem because I have a lot of unprocessed emotions inside me. Unprocessed emotions and memories reveal themselves gradually if you exercise body and internal exercises resulting in slowly calming your mind. In your case, you want to do it extra slowly and extra carefully. Try to resist the urge to go faster once you find a practice that helps.
For me, it is hard to understand what you mean by releasing resistance. Also, you do not want to respect emotions, you want them to be lessened and less disruptive to your life. The best advice for social anxiety is to look in your city for a good teacher or a master who has a proven track record for truly helping people. Look for teachers and masters of Yoga, ChiGong, TaiChi, and related traditions. It is true that you have to change at least some of your ways but it does not help to add self-doubt to the United State Of Indiana dejoy to the world your packages are delayed Shirt Additionally,I will love this process as the true reasons are currently hidden from you otherwise you would have already mentioned some in your post. If you can not find a teacher, a master, or at least some people who can teach and exercise with you, get a good video course and/or some good books and learn those fluid body movements one exercises while standing upright from ChiGong or TaiChi. There are many different forms to choose from. Start with a short one with maybe 7 individual movements. Exercise those three times a day.
Do never attempt to do difficult exercises that strain your body, require a lot of strength or are overly complex. You are looking for very simple exercises and movements. Stay away from people who have what you have. Cut these people out of your life or if not possible, limit your exposure to them. When you improve your condition and talk to them they might start to be envious and might try to sabotage what you try to do. People who have what you have do not have the United State Of Indiana dejoy to the world your packages are delayed Shirt Additionally,I will love this solution you seek otherwise they would not have what you have. Try to find people who had what you have and got out of it. Read or ask what has helped them. Talk to multiple such people and if something comes up frequently, that might be something you want to try as well. Do not do something outlandish or that involves talking to something that exists only in one’s mind. The mind is currently the likely source of your unfavorable condition, do not try to make it part of the solution.
Be careful with healers, teachers, and masters who want to sell you word salads. A true teacher/master will give you simple exercises and explain those to you but will not provide you with mystic stories and require you to learn concepts having ancient names. You look for help, you should not want to study a dead religion. Once you find success, please resist the United State Of Indiana dejoy to the world your packages are delayed Shirt Additionally,I will love this urge to tell others but your teacher/master about it. Panic attacks and emotional problems usually get resolved in phases of feeling progress and phases of suffering regress. If you boost about your progress the necessary phases of regress will hit you only harder. If you do not find someone or need an honest opinion or some potentially helpful advice, feel free to start a chat with me at any time. Not OP, but I very much appreciated your post. It is very, very hard to move slow on this, from my experience. I have panic attacks also, and all I want is to make them go away and to be able to live my life as I fear that I’m missing out on the joy of living in the moment with my kids, my pets, my family… like life is passing me by and I’m fucked-up to get to experience and I will be overwhelmed with regret because I’m such a loser. So how do you deal with that lol. How do you go slow when it feels like going slow only contributes to painful feelings of failure and regret.
Not OP, but I very much appreciated your post. It is very, very hard to move slowly on this, from my experience. Moving slowly means multiple things. When you get a new exercise, you want to start small and slowly increase the United State Of Indiana dejoy to the world your packages are delayed Shirt Additionally,I will love this duration per day over time. You do not change two things in advance. When I was advising people with similar problems, even the faintest possibility that something helps often resulted in people going hard, pinning all hopes on it and trying it excessively, obsessing about it, and in the end being devastated when it backfires or nothing useful happens. People in desperation are prone to fall for affirmations, ‘self-hypnosis’, and listening to recordings in their sleep which are all things resisting understanding the full effect or measuring something to verify the actual effects.
