UConn Huskies vs. North Carolina Tar Heels 2024 Wasabi Fenway Bowl Matchup Shirt, hoodie, long sleeve, v-neck tee
I remember driving home from a baseball game one night with my sister and just entertaining ourselves by browsing through the UConn Huskies vs. North Carolina Tar Heels 2024 Wasabi Fenway Bowl Matchup Shirt it is in the first place but ringtone catalog while in traffic and laughing at the polyphonic versions of songs. This song was on a RadioShack in-store DVD that we had to leave running for a full season. I had the pleasure of hearing it every 30 minutes or so every shift. Same. A friend was browsing through the catalog and found a midi version of American Idiot by Green Day and it sounded so fucking dumb I was laughing my ass off for like 10 minutes straight No. Monophonic ringtones would have been 2 or so years earlier with those old Nokia phones and stuff. I’m talking about ringtones of 2004-2005, where it would still have drums, bass line, etc but was still a midi version of a song.
I think there are multiple things in this statement: Baseball has fallen out of favor for the UConn Huskies vs. North Carolina Tar Heels 2024 Wasabi Fenway Bowl Matchup Shirt it is in the first place but majority of the under 40 crowd Having your phone in your hand while driving Spending more than 10 seconds on choosing a ring-tone Polyphonic versions of songs I have a midi version of Immigrant Song that’s been my ring tone for years. I don’t even like Led Zeppelin, but it sounds so good. 5 more repliesYou totally could have also mentioned paying $1 for a ringback song so you could blast a 15 second clip of CRAWLING IN MY SKIN, THESE WOUNDS WILL NEVER HEAL into the naked ears of whoever was calling you. Hahaha memories, my high school weed dealer for years every time I called, I would be treated to a low fidelity snippet of C.R.E.A.M. by Wu-Tang
Some information about UConn Huskies vs. North Carolina Tar Heels 2024 Wasabi Fenway Bowl Matchup Shirt
My friend set mine to the UConn Huskies vs. North Carolina Tar Heels 2024 Wasabi Fenway Bowl Matchup Shirt it is in the first place but Protect my Balls/ Let’s Fighting Love – South Park tune without me knowing and it went off in a lecture. I spent hours taking mp3s and clipping and re-recording them to the supported bitrate of my phone to use as ringtones.. Less sociable people who are gen z=less ringstones and do not disturb. Also some people just find it annoying. And I hate the fact people expect me to be in contact 24/7 just because I have a phone Cause it became so annoying and embarrassing to have an outdated song ring during calls. It’s default ringer for me only. I miss my Blackberry. If they made a “smart” Blackberry (same size, same physical buttons, same everything just smarter), I’d trade in my S23 in a heartbeat. The most distinct ringtone I remember from this is specifically this ringtone I had Smile Like You Mean It on my Motorola – whatever the yellow and black flip one was, with the built in walkie talkie feature Mine was All the things that I have done but I just really liked that midi sound bit. Then again, I had that on my Nokia brick phone in college.
I did this pretty recently for a Lord of the UConn Huskies vs. North Carolina Tar Heels 2024 Wasabi Fenway Bowl Matchup Shirt it is in the first place but Rings ringtone. $1.20 on iTunes and that’s the only time in maybe 10 years I’d opened iTunes. I miss ringback tones where you forced the person calling you to hear some shit muzak or a 29 seconds of a pop song. I remember a friend complaning about the price of a ring tone. I was like “why don’t you just connect it to your computer, get some audio editing software and edit the mp3?” It blew her mind. In the early oughts, unbeknownst to me, my son downloaded one of Dave Chappells sound bites to my phone. Cut to me in the elevator with the Company Vp where my phone yells “I’m Rick James bitch” I always thought this was funny because you could text the ring tones to your phone and set them as your ring tone for free. No one changes their ring tone from the default anymore period. Every person who hears their brand of phone ring in a room starts shuffling to see if it’s theirs. Mine is the default for Samsung so at least it’s less common than the when the apple when it goes off lol Way to bring back the memory of me buying one ringtone on my first ever phone when I was 14, not seeing any kind of confirmation that I was charged money, leading me to believe I’d found free ringtones, and then buying 42 more, over the next month which then led to an $100+ bill on my parents’ plan. Fun times. Heck even just having a ringtone that you can hear is pretty 2004. I don’t know how it is for other people but for myself and all other millenials and younger that I know we don’t even have a ringtone, we just keep our phones on vibrate at all times.
Remember ring-back tones? Ugh. Then the UConn Huskies vs. North Carolina Tar Heels 2024 Wasabi Fenway Bowl Matchup Shirt it is in the first place but default music you’d hear on someone’s ringback once they stopped paying for it ? Ugh! Disgusting. Shit 2004, I was pulling up music videos on Comcast and recording the audio at specific angles to get my ringtone My brother did this.. A lot, then deleted them after & thought that meant it was free. The €100+ bill came in & my parents from that moment basically made sure we understood how purchases work. Ahhhhahahhahah THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THIS NOSTALGIA. I am certain that I’d have never thought of this again for the rest of my life if I didn’t see this comment. Pay? I remember when we actually listened to the radio for the song to come up in order to record the bit we wanted for ringtone. And then of course there was always that one dick friend who talked during that part… Ah good times! I mean…. I paid for a low poly version of the howls moving castle theme song for my iPhone so I’m going to say while definitely dying, not yet dead. For those of us with slightly more advanced phones (razors) we would just record the section of the song we liked in the car by putting our phone next to the speaker then set it as our ring tone. i’m a 70’s kid and still think this. Every single time i see an acronym for ASL. But i was super into AIM when it was new. 🙂
Rush home from school to log on and speaOmegle had a lot of creepers but I did meet my husband on there so it will forever have a place in my heart I have an anecdote… I’m from a Spanish speaking country and I was not 10/10 in English back then as I am now. A girl typed that and I started insulting her because I thought she was calling me an asshole I always know someone (usually men) is older but hiding their age/pretending to be younger on anon chat sites when they go ‘a/s/l’ lol The General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon is an American single-engine supersonic multirole fighter aircraft originally developed by General Dynamics for the UConn Huskies vs. North Carolina Tar Heels 2024 Wasabi Fenway Bowl Matchup Shirt it is in the first place but United States Air Force (USAF). Designed as an air superiority day fighter, it evolved into a successful all-weather multirole aircraft with over 4,600 built since 1976.[4] Although no longer purchased by the U.S. Air Force, improved versions are being built for export.
I’ve noticed this specifically only happens in the UConn Huskies vs. North Carolina Tar Heels 2024 Wasabi Fenway Bowl Matchup Shirt it is in the first place but U.K. only where I’m relying on a super strained service that I’m privileged to receive for free which makes me feel worse Had an op yesterday and it went amazingly. Literally could not have gone better. Was in no pain with the site of the op all day/night and responded well to anaesthetic etc. The surgeon was very happy with the results so far. Last night my wrist where I had the cannula swelled up and started to hurt. I decided to elevate it and take ibuprofen and see how it got on. Swelling subsided but the pain spread up to my arm so I called the hospital this afternoon and they said unless it goes red or gets hot I should be okay for a couple of days. 3 hours later my arm went blue with white patches and two really red lines appeared so 111 told me to go to a&e immediately as I have a higher risk of blood clots anyway.
Long story short I’m here now for the UConn Huskies vs. North Carolina Tar Heels 2024 Wasabi Fenway Bowl Matchup Shirt it is in the first place but 3rd time in 2024 and the redness is so mild now. I feel like a hypochondriac and a waste of tax payers money Does this happen to anyone else? Why does this happen? My daughter has been unwell for 4 days now, fever, no appetite, waking in the night, crying, clingy, won’t play etc etc. She developed a rash yesterday on her torso so went to A&E. In the waiting room she was BUZZING! Playing with all the toys, saying hi to everyone, eating crackers. It was like she was never unwell. I felt like a criminal sat there watching amongst the other parents. Today she is much better, rash is worse but appetite and energy back completely. Hope everyone went OK for you OP.
My 6m old pulled a similar stunt back in December. 24 hours of projectile vomiting at least hourly, fatigued, sad and just laying in my arms looking pale. 111 told us A&E as he was high risk for dehydration and he couldn’t keep anything down at all. Pediatric A&E – he’s playing with toys, charming all the UConn Huskies vs. North Carolina Tar Heels 2024 Wasabi Fenway Bowl Matchup Shirt it is in the first place but nurses and sipping water. Didn’t vomit once the whole 5 hours we were there. Little shit I dunno what it is about A&E. When I broke my arm I was half passing out from pain, but once I was at A&E, I was playing and having fun my mam was worried and wouldn’t let me play incase they thought we were faking! In any case, I snapped my forearm bone into three pieces. Narrowly avoided surgery. That was a looooong few months, never healed because they put me in the wrong cast tho Ive had to take my toddler to A&as multiple times for complications with croup which affect her breathing. There was one incident where her breathing sounded awful like she had been a 50 a day smoker for 80 years. Luckily she wasn’t struggling to breath but when she gets like that it can progress into breathing difficulties fast and they need to give her treatment quickly to stop it progressing. Anyway, she was unwell at home, high temp, very cuddly etc, as soon as we got to the hospital it was like a switch. She was waving and smiling at everyone shouting “HIYA” at the top of her voice and had at least 5 biscuits from the trolley and then ate a whole sandwich when someone came round with them. If she didn’t sound as terrible as she did I think we would’ve been asked to leave!
First time I took my son to A&E he rolled his ankle whilst we were on holiday and refused to put any weight on it, it was swollen, he was sobbing and only crawling when he usually runs like a maniac. Waited overnight as we thought it was a sprained ankle, no improvement in pain. Two hour drive to the UConn Huskies vs. North Carolina Tar Heels 2024 Wasabi Fenway Bowl Matchup Shirt it is in the first place but hospital. Still sobbing when touched and not putting weight on it. Two hour wait to see a doctor. There’s toys in the waiting room. He stops crying. Walks over to the toys without even a limp. The doctor calls us in and we say he’s not walking… He RUNS over to us. Sprained ankle. Thanks kid. You had just come out of surgery and had symptoms of possible sepsis. That isn’t being a hypochondriac and you were 100% right to go.
People going into A&E because their toddler has a cold or they have a massive comedown from hitting the UConn Huskies vs. North Carolina Tar Heels 2024 Wasabi Fenway Bowl Matchup Shirt it is in the first place but drugs too hard on the weekend are the problem. Not to mention drunken idiots getting into fights on a weekend. But you are not one of them. People die because “it’ll probably be ok in the morning, I am so tired and shaky all of a sudden, I’ll just go to bed”. Glad to hear you’re ok but you definitely weren’t wasting anyone’s time. It was a blood clot and infection in my vein and they’re concerned about sepsis but there’s no doctors around due to the strike so I’ve gone home to get my overnight bag ready as they’ve referred me to SDEC and I have to come back in After I was triaged I was called back in and given 2 antiBiotic pills and blood thinners but she said I’ll need to be seen by a doctor in the morning in SDEC
Yeah this, my blood pressure is a bit low but not low enough to be a concern. They said there was no point me waiting in a&e for doctors to come in so I may as well go home and get some rest. I also have actually had sepsis as well (a year ago) which is why the UConn Huskies vs. North Carolina Tar Heels 2024 Wasabi Fenway Bowl Matchup Shirt it is in the first place but hospital were concerned but I’m still waiting to be triaged. I’ve got a feeling it’s nothing but I’m still so embarrassed because a member of staff recognised me after I smashed my finger up 6 weeks ago. Currently sat next to one of those drunken idiots though lol. Thank you for the reassurance though it is kind to hear Yeah it was really stuck! Salt and vinegar too so imagin it was quite uncomfortable. Wasn’t allowed French fries till I was a teenager You should be friends with my brother. We once all had to go to A&E because he shoved a lime tree seed so far up his nose it got stuck. I had to leave the best sandwich of my six-year-old life behind at the cafe, I still haven’t forgiven him. He claims it’s my fault because he says he only did it because I told him not to. I went to a&e with what felt like panic attacks. Out in oxygen, started feeling a bit better, felt like a fraud. Bilateral pulmonary embolisms!! Don’t mess around when it comes to your health I second this. Just found out I have a blood clot and infection in my vein and with my history of sepsis they’re really worried
Usually for someone to come to A&E they are particularly worried- even being in a medical environment can calm them down a bit (they know if they suddenly keel over, they’re in the UConn Huskies vs. North Carolina Tar Heels 2024 Wasabi Fenway Bowl Matchup Shirt it is in the first place but right place). I think in some situations this plays a part, but for the majority I think it’s just some of the British ‘typical that’ luck. It’s comforting to know that the a&e staff know there’s likely a reason behind it and that we’re not all hypochondriacs To anyone that feels that their wasting time in A&E because symptoms have eased, just remember your notvthe parents that took two bored children in because the third child had an M&M stuck up her nose for 4 hours, the blue stain and the chocolate running down her face after the first 20 minutes implied all was well.
I have only needed a&e once and it was in New Zealand and this phenomenon happened to me there so maybe it’s brits rather than ‘in Britain’. I was in screaming agony for hours, couldn’t stand up etc. and after an hours ride to the UConn Huskies vs. North Carolina Tar Heels 2024 Wasabi Fenway Bowl Matchup Shirt it is in the first place but hospital, immediately started to feel better. Felt like an absolute tit. My cheeks are warming now just thinking about it! Maybe it is the Brits maybe it’s the pressure of us not wanting to be ill because we know how hard it is for the NHS Don’t be embarrassed though, turns out I have a blood clot + infection in my vein so had I not gone in this could have been fatal and may have been for you! I hope it wasn’t serious what happened to you I had my gallbladder out last year, had to go to A&E several times before it was taken out and that time I was there for 11 days. I felt so bad every time I turned up, and do you know every single time I went at least TWO other in the waiting room every time I went were there for gallbladder issues. You feel like you are wasting their time but you’re only doing what you can when you’re on a waitlist and in agony and the GP can’t help you. Hope you’re feeling better
The anxiety of not knowing what’s going to happen often makes things feel much worse as you’re hyper fixated on the UConn Huskies vs. North Carolina Tar Heels 2024 Wasabi Fenway Bowl Matchup Shirt it is in the first place but symptoms, wondering if you’re dying etc. Once you’re at A&E the anxiety eases as you know you’ll be treated. I’ve now just been rushed back in with what they’re assuming is sepsis as my blood pressure is low, infection has spread 5 inches in 2 hours and I’m shivering despite a fever I don’t feel that unwell just in pain with my nose after the op so if alarm bells are ringing you should listen to them even if you don’t feel that unwell Similar has happened to me with a cannula, and I’ve had the same “healing” at a and e, I think it’s one of 2 things: It’s some sort of stress thing exaggerating the symptoms and once you’re at the hospital you know you’ll be well cared for so the stress symptoms dissappear The NHS is not ‘free’, it’s paid for in combination with take payers money. It’s a service you do contribute to, so reframing this thought should help. You maybe feel that the Service is overwhelmed but if you are unwell enough, you should go to A&E. Ice called ambulances thinking I shouldn’t but on several occasions it has been life saving for my parents. I use the term free very loosely but you are correct. With me being a full time student I haven’t earned enough to pay tax for 8 months now so I feel like such a leech
I used to feel so guilty going to A&E and feeling better right away. It scared me off from going for nearly 15 years until last year I felt so rough for 2 weeks straight, difficulty breathing, constant cough with specks of blood, fatigue, weakness I was getting scared. Called the UConn Huskies vs. North Carolina Tar Heels 2024 Wasabi Fenway Bowl Matchup Shirt it is in the first place but GP and they said to go to A&E, get an x-ray, blood tests among other things. Got there, instantly felt better, perfect bloods, nothing on the X-ray, the Doctors actually shouted at me saying I wasted my own and their time “You wasted 4 hours of your day waiting here and our resources” So now i’ll probably die of cancer as I hide at home from the guilt of my last visit to a&e Goodness that’s horrible! Please don’t let that experience put you off. I was nearly put off tonight but it turned out to be what 111 said it would be They should not have gotten upset with you. I understand they’re under pressure, but we don’t always know what’s going on either, we’re not professionals.
This always happens to me. I blame adrenaline, i have anxiety so being in hospital and having to talk to doctors was difficult so my pain would be overtaken by my anxiety. As a child though, it was autism, because i was anxious and i was autistic i didnt present as a normal sick child. I almost died of swine flu because the UConn Huskies vs. North Carolina Tar Heels 2024 Wasabi Fenway Bowl Matchup Shirt it is in the first place but doctors were convinced i was fine, i had 6 cannulas in my body at one time, every couple days they’d come in and say ‘sorry you’re not getting better we need to put another one in’ and because i was a child they bandaged them all up, it was so uncomfortable lmao. I’m also on the spectrum so maybe there’s a link? My parents always used to accuse me of faking being ill and every time I’d faint or be sick because they’d push me to my limit forcing me into school or to the shops on the weekend. As a result of this I feel like my body pumps adrenaline into my system when I’m seeking help for medical issues which makes me appear fine. Three time clot survivor here just weighing in to say, as a PSA; none of my thrombosis have ever been red, or swollen, but have been so severe they turned into pulmonary embolisms. My legs looked normal from the outside, just painful, and I held off getting them checked out because of the stupid insistance that all thrombosis goes red/hot/swollen.
