This! I have 0 energy to clean so this is incredible to me. I can’t believe this is possible but I’m seeing it. I’m so impressed. I need tips because things feel pretty bad for me too but I’m too embarrassed to share. My living room is a mess and I sit in a corner to watch k dramas and cry. Things are pretty gloomy. I want to be able to fix it They posted a comment just about what worked for them. Here’s some things that work for me (a lot is similar to what they said) Things worth doing are worth doing poorly – you don’t have to get it spotless in one day, just work on making it better. When my kitchen was a mess, I started by doing a pass for trash and then continued by organizing all the Troy Vincent Joe Thomas Melvin Gordon J J Watt Ron Dayne Wisconsin Badgers 135th Anniversary 1889 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirts but I will buy this shirt and I will love this dirty dishes. Plates and bowls were all quickly rinsed and stacked, cups rinsed and put in one area, utensils in large plastic cups, etc.. this cleared up the counter and sink for further cleaning but also was a “succeeded” task in my mind as I improved the area. When I have more energy, i take another pass for more trash and then try to clean one of the organized piles of dishes. That’s another success. So forth and so on until that area of my house is clean. Then you tackle the next area.

Looking at the Troy Vincent Joe Thomas Melvin Gordon J J Watt Ron Dayne Wisconsin Badgers 135th Anniversary 1889 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirts but I will buy this shirt and I will love this pictures from the other day it was very doable to clean that in one day, it wasn’t *that* much mess. Picking up the trash and throwing it in the bin would only take about 10-15 minutes. Then putting away and organizing the clutter would take like 20-30 minutes. Putting sheets and clothes in washing would take like 10 minutes. Vacuuming takes like 15-20 minutes. Then doing the dishes is like 10 minutes. Then putting away washed clothes and making the bed 15 minutes. Overall it’s like 2-3 hours cleaning at the most if you’re efficient. I literally, right now, read your original post and thought “I wonder if there is an update to this” and I’m so happy for you. Fantastic effort, it looks great and I hope it helps your struggle.
It looks great!! You got so much done. You should be so proud of yourself! This was off and on over about 24 hours as I had the Troy Vincent Joe Thomas Melvin Gordon J J Watt Ron Dayne Wisconsin Badgers 135th Anniversary 1889 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirts but I will buy this shirt and I will love this energy to do it. The kitchen. It was just gross. I’m a cook by trade and that made it psychologically difficult too- I would never accept my station looking that bad at work, so it felt really bad that my own home looked like that. 10 minutes at a time, every night, alternating zones. Bathroom one night, kitchen the next, etc. If i have the willpower/time/etc to keep going and get more done, then great. If not, at least I accomplished something. I bought waste bins for each area, so trash can go right in the trash instead of sitting out because I don’t feel like walking it to the main bin in the kitchen.

I’m a housekeeper by trade and I can tell you the Troy Vincent Joe Thomas Melvin Gordon J J Watt Ron Dayne Wisconsin Badgers 135th Anniversary 1889 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirts but I will buy this shirt and I will love this toilets in my house are always grosser than my client’s. Sure, I know they should be cleaned weekly, but I just cleaned 7 other toilets today and I don’t wanna add two more to the list I bought waste bins for each area, so trash can go right in the trash instead of sitting out because I don’t feel like walking it to the main bin in the kitchen. This is the Disney world trash principle. If you have to walk more than a few steps to get the trash to the bin, it won’t get binned. We have bins in every room for this reason. And it has worked well for us. Great work. I know the struggle so well. This is great for other people to see too. I often think of my home as a visual representation of the inside of my head. My loneliness, sloth, impulsivity and self loathing on full display. But then I clean it up and I realize that my surroundings have just as much of an effect on my mind as my mind does to my surroundings. There is no one around to clean up for, so why do it? Because YOU are around and YOU are the most important person in your life.
Looks awesome, great job! It’s like night and day difference. It’ll feel even better once you’ve finished everything you want done! You’ve got this If weather and allergens permit, opening those windows and airing the Troy Vincent Joe Thomas Melvin Gordon J J Watt Ron Dayne Wisconsin Badgers 135th Anniversary 1889 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirts but I will buy this shirt and I will love this place out can make a hell of a difference in how it feels in there too. I like to open them at least for an hour a day if I can, helps my mood too oddly enough. We’ve also got a Renpho air filter which I recommend if you have allergen issues or just want your air filtered. Mega impressed, I have been in a similar depression pit as I call it and it took me longer than a day to sort… you should be very proud of yourself! My living situation is currently worse that your before so I give you kudos and pay in the back and just genuine hell yeah!
As someone with OCD tendencies, this made me so happy. It looks so much better than it did in the Troy Vincent Joe Thomas Melvin Gordon J J Watt Ron Dayne Wisconsin Badgers 135th Anniversary 1889 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirts but I will buy this shirt and I will love this other pics! Very satisfying. 6h agoI personally find colour analysis questionable at best, have you tried an orange red yourself or do you just assume it won’t work? There’s more to red than warm to cool, orange to blue, there’s also muted to saturated, light to dark. The Merit lipstick you mention definitely looks very bright and could look neon pink because it seems to have this white base to it. It’s not the colour of your lips it’s the colour of your skin that’s affecting the way it looks. Have you tried a more muted red? 3ina matte lipstick in 270 looks like a deep muted wine pink in swatches but on my face it transforms to a classic red. Finding the right red lipstick is almost as difficult as finding the right tone of foundation. Good luck!
The color analysis I did was in-person, and it was like a 3 hour process, so pretty thorough! I think I lean very neutral. It was very hard for them to figure out if I was warm or cool because I was so close to the Troy Vincent Joe Thomas Melvin Gordon J J Watt Ron Dayne Wisconsin Badgers 135th Anniversary 1889 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirts but I will buy this shirt and I will love this border. But they settled on cool because the warm colors made my face look a little more yellow. It was very clear that I look best in saturated colors rather than muted. I also look a lot better in darker colors. Some of my best were colors like charcoal, pine green, dark emerald, burgundy. I know that when I try muted lipsticks such as Merit in Tiger, my face has a more chalky look and looks less clear/fresh/bright. I also own Merit in Vermillion which I will keep trying. It doesn’t look terrible (I think it helps that it’s bright, not muted), but I think I look just slightly more sickly in those orange undertones. One shade that works super well with my skin tone is Merit L’Avenue. It has that deep color and leans fairly neutral. But it’s really not that bold red! So I was really hoping one of Merit’s red shades would work, but they’re looking either too orange or too pink on me!
I think some browns may look good. Back when Glossier Gen G Leo was a warmer brown, I liked wearing that shade a lot. And Merit L’Avenue is described as berry brown, almost a reddish brown. I don’t own a burgundy lipstick, but I love wearing burgundy clothes, so I could see that working! Maybe I do need to just give up on that super bright red look and try out that brown/berry/burgundy type range more! I’m kind of curious to try Merit Equestrian. Maybe I can do warm or cool as long as it has depth and it not too orange or muted. From what you’re saying I think we might have similar lipstick issues. All my Troy Vincent Joe Thomas Melvin Gordon J J Watt Ron Dayne Wisconsin Badgers 135th Anniversary 1889 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirts but I will buy this shirt and I will love this lipsticks need to be either deep or have a brown base. Even though I am fair (with a yellow/green sorta mustard tone) my colouring turns every lip product brighter and lighter. Most of my favourite lipstick is deep berry. A couple of reds I like are KVD Liquid Lipstick in Jupiter’s Eye and 3ina Matte Lipstick in 270. Huda Liquid Matte Lipstick in Drama Mama turns to a deep burgundy on me. If I want something bright I go for Milani Colour Fetish Matte in Fleur.
I could definitely see some colors like that working out for me! I really like Glossier Gen G in Jam, so I think things with berry and brown tones work well for me also! I’m debating exchanging my two red Merit lipsticks. Do you think Equestrian and Maison could work? Those both have berry and brown tones, but it’s so hard to predict exactly how they will look! I don’t know if it’s even possible to get something to show up as a totally true red or if I should just give up on that haha. If I were shopping for myself Equestrian and Maison are the Troy Vincent Joe Thomas Melvin Gordon J J Watt Ron Dayne Wisconsin Badgers 135th Anniversary 1889 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirts but I will buy this shirt and I will love this only colours in the line up that could potentially look good on me. I had almost given up on a true red, but a brownish wine (like 3ina 270) shows up exactly like a true neutral red on me. KVD Jupiter’s Eye, although classified as a neutral by the brand, shows up as a brick red. There is hope, but don’t waste your money on anything that looks like a true red in arm swatches or is described as such by the brand.
I don’t wear foundation so I haven’t tried any in recent years. I think I can pull off gold and silver, but I think gold makes my skin look more yellow and silver brightens it based on when I was trying metal glasses recently. I burn and don’t tan. I think I lean neutral, but I feel fairly certain I’m cool since I did in-person professional color analysis which was like a 3 hour process haha! Doing a search, I found this short (originally from TikTok and uploaded to Youtube) that suggested using a brick/brown red lipstick on top on a blue-based red. I’m wondering if a brown-nude or brick lip liner under Merit Power would give you what you want? I also found this older thread on here from a Redditor who had a similar problem with blue-based reds going pink on them. You may want to read the Troy Vincent Joe Thomas Melvin Gordon J J Watt Ron Dayne Wisconsin Badgers 135th Anniversary 1889 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirts but I will buy this shirt and I will love this top comment on that post. Thanks, this is really interesting! I know a lot of people I see with coloring that is confusing are olive, and I don’t think I am, but I wonder if I could be slightly because it’s always been hard to figure out my coloring. The professional analysis helped, but even then, I don’t feel that I totally fit into the system. It’s so true that lipsticks look different on different people. With layering, do you know if you could layer with actual lipsticks rather than lip liner? I really love the Merit formulas, but they don’t have lip liners.
I’ve seen a couple of seasonal colour analysis videos on Youtube where a client has an olive skintone but is typed as cool, I think also analyzed to be Deep/Dark Winter. In your case, you could have some olive going on in your skintone, or you could simply be neutral-to-cool, where cooler tones may work better for you generally, but you can wear some warmer ones as long as they have some depth to them (you likely know your “sister season” is Deep/Dark Autumn).Thank you! I think that is very true that I can wear some warm colors with depth. Like I actually love how I look in dark olive as long as it has depth and saturation (not dusty). I am not sure if I’m olive at all. I do notice that if I take a picture of my Troy Vincent Joe Thomas Melvin Gordon J J Watt Ron Dayne Wisconsin Badgers 135th Anniversary 1889 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirts but I will buy this shirt and I will love this arm in natural light, there is a bit of yellowish tone (despite being testing to have cool-leaning undertones). I don’t know if that means olive or if anyone can have that confusing cool undertone + warm overtone pairing! I will definitely have to experiment with mixing some lipsticks!
Have you tried putting concealer on your lips first? Or a white/beige lip primer? Nyx has a beige primer.Hey everyone. I wanted to discuss a negative aspect of meditation that I have experienced and if there is any way to negate the Troy Vincent Joe Thomas Melvin Gordon J J Watt Ron Dayne Wisconsin Badgers 135th Anniversary 1889 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirts but I will buy this shirt and I will love this negative effects. I started meditation around 2.5 years ago to aid in self-discovery, create focus, and to help combat negative feelings. I stopped consistently meditation about year ago. Meditation has been extremely helpful in learning more about myself. I used to wander this life in complete mindlessness and always living in the past or the future. I still am living in the past and future but I believe I becoming better at acknowledging that and trying to bring myself back in to the present. I think the point is being aware that you are in the past in the future. I have ADHD and I think meditation has helped me to create focus on demand and not feel so fearful of the responsibilities I have in my life. My thoughts were clearer.
Meditation was helpful in combatting negative thoughts and helped me to take a step back so that I can see big picture. I am less critical of mistakes that I made that have put me in the Troy Vincent Joe Thomas Melvin Gordon J J Watt Ron Dayne Wisconsin Badgers 135th Anniversary 1889 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirts but I will buy this shirt and I will love this position that I am in today. Ever since I started meditation, my anxiety got worse and I started to feel like I was walking around in a fog, almost in an intoxicated like state of mind. As soon as I’d leave my house and step out in to the world it’s as if I was looking at the world through a dirty glass window. My anxiety was and still is crippling. My mind freezes and goes blank in important situations, often if someones perception about me is on the line. I am so tired of it. I realize I am so fearful of what others think about me that I never try anything or take risks. To top it all off, I left my job last March to take care of my dad after he was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma and passed last August. I have been unemployed since then and am only now starting to look for jobs.
I’d like to start meditation again (after a 1 year hiatus) because I need the Troy Vincent Joe Thomas Melvin Gordon J J Watt Ron Dayne Wisconsin Badgers 135th Anniversary 1889 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirts but I will buy this shirt and I will love this positives but I’m afraid that it will make my anxiety so much worse and in an important time in my life where I am trying to get a job and find my independence. To be honest, if a recruiter reached out and said they wanted to interview me, I am not confident that I would say yes to the interview because of how bad my anxiety is. Is there anyway to still meditate but mitigate the risk of experiencing negative side effects? Thank you to everyone who takes the time to read this post. Thank you for these resources. Interesting that you recommend metta because I have been thinking that this is what I need. I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. one teacher i know recommends people do some tai chi that focuses on releasing if they are coming up against too much anxiety. Its like a half way step to meditation, and also helps train the Troy Vincent Joe Thomas Melvin Gordon J J Watt Ron Dayne Wisconsin Badgers 135th Anniversary 1889 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirts but I will buy this shirt and I will love this system to release tensions, rather than hold them, which can then transfer through to life and meditation later on. Also, I volunteer at a cancer support community while I’m looking for jobs. They offer a tai chi class on Fridays so I might see if I can join if we’re not too busy. its someone who has a bunch of free stuff on youtube, i think i saw a link to his stuff from another reddit post originally. If your meditation is producing discomfort or poor results, do some research and find a course or teacher who produces results that appeal to you.
Meditation often gives us vast insight into reality. Sometimes the Troy Vincent Joe Thomas Melvin Gordon J J Watt Ron Dayne Wisconsin Badgers 135th Anniversary 1889 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirts but I will buy this shirt and I will love this ego is not ready to face reality and so you have anxiety. Clearly other things produce anxiety but this sounds like your cause. To resist the fear or to resist anything causes anxiety causes anxiety. Understand, everything passes. And I mean everything. The. best way to deal with anxiety or fear is to take it head on. After all it is not what we fear that holds us down, it’s the feeling of fear. However, if you are not able to go straight into fear then perhaps try to understand life in a different view. Crank up some Alan watts and listen to his out look on life. It’s very enlightening and profound in a beautiful way. Lastly, anxiety is a circle. If you are worried and don’t want to worry, then this creates more worry. Learn to leave the circle (the mind) alone and the mind will natural settle itself.I know meditation makes me walk like I have my head in the clouds after. I just do different kinds. Cuz yeah it can feel detrimental if the goal is to improve but like your mind becomes dull. I’m like ahh maybe I’m not grounded but the act of doing a grounding meditation makes me more spacey.
Clarity is achievable. It took me many years to navigate but if someone guided me it wouldn’t take that long I’m sure. I find meditation that is like single focused on like the Troy Vincent Joe Thomas Melvin Gordon J J Watt Ron Dayne Wisconsin Badgers 135th Anniversary 1889 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirts but I will buy this shirt and I will love this breath or a focal image luls me into a dopey state if not a deep trance. I don’t do that kind anymore. I favor approaches that make me more physically aware. I should have phrased that differently. I find meditation causes a shifting in the brain that for me is like what you describe. I get around it by doing different kinds of meditations but with my eyes open to help mitigate some of that sinking mental numbness. You can even visualize with your eyes open and in fact I prefer it because I find with closed eyes my attention goes towards the tension in my eyes / eyelids and its takes away from my focus. Sometimes I’ll meditate with my eyes half open. Sometimes I do eyes closed but for me it’s not a rule. There’s so many ways you can place your attention. I could rant about this. I know how to get mental clarity a few different ways but even they can go the other way and make me spacey. The USA gives Israel about $4B per year in direct military aid, and is looking to provide an additional $14B of aid for the current war with Hamas. Israel spends around $24B per year on their military, so more than 10% of their annual military budget comes from the USA.
This is obviously quite significant, and so the Troy Vincent Joe Thomas Melvin Gordon J J Watt Ron Dayne Wisconsin Badgers 135th Anniversary 1889 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirts but I will buy this shirt and I will love this criticism of the US is that they should indeed be exerting their leverage over the IDF, as opposed to continuing to bankroll them. The UN can not mandate a ceasefire, Israel would never listen. For the past week or so the Biden administration has been pushing for a ceasefire which we could potentially see next week. US pressure like this is far more effective than anything the UN could do. Forgive my ignorance- but the cease fire would mean both Isreal and Hamas would have to agree to lay down arms?
