I thanked her for telling me, told her never to say it again, and walked away with my face in my hands. The teacher is a buddy of mine, so I let her know what happened. When my second oldest son was in 2nd or 3rd grade I was assisting with the This Is My Chili Cook Off Mexican Food Cinco De Mayo T-Shirt moreover I will buy this class one day and right before it was time to leave… chairs upside down on desks and everything, one girl yelled out “If I ever saw a mermaid, I’d suck it’s boobies”! Needless to say the entire class laughed and had to be kept after school for several minutes to talk about how inappropriate it was to say and laugh at. It’s still brought up occasionally with our family and we have a good laugh again Had a student come up to me and tell me they didn’t like a certain teacher because they constantly had their dogs out in class with a deadpan face… I couldmy stop myself from laughing in front of them Man, I can’t remember any of the things any kids said when I worked at the daycare, but I do know that there were many times where I was going “no, you can’t say that, that’s mean/not appropriate” but was holding back laughter or just honestly agreeing.

One of the This Is My Chili Cook Off Mexican Food Cinco De Mayo T-Shirt moreover I will buy this SPED students in a self-contained setting was looking out the window, saw the superintendent walking into the building and yelled, “Hey baldie!” I was worried at the moment that the sup. saw me next to this kid. But my supervisor said, “no worries. The sup. is from this community & knows the kids. He prob. isn’t offended,” when I relayed the story all worried. Funny: A student called me “mommy” which is amusing for several reasons besides the fact that I’m not her “mommy”. I worked as an english teacher at a kindergarten for a year and in drama class the kids were visiting “trash lake” and were supposed to fake throw stuff into the lake that would make it trashy. One of them just stood there with his hands on his front swaying left and right, while the others were fake throwing dirty things: old food, trash bag, water bottles, etc. Then the drama teacher went over to this standing kid and asked why he wasn’t trashing.
