My mental health has never been good but very few people actually know about it. Most people think I’m doing great. I have a constant feeling of inadequacy that just never leaves me. I ignored It for 28 years, went to the The Tigers 125 season Abbey Road thank you for the memories signature shirt What’s more,I will buy this doc this thursday because my suicide jokes were not so jokes anymore and i found myself actively thinking about it, plus constant stress and lots of personal and work related stuff Without surprise, i have depression and anxiety, and maybe ADHD too since i can’t concentrate on anything serious and my brain won’t shut up (that last one has been like that forever in my life) Work will either drive to a nervous breakdown or suicide in the coming months, if not weeks. To top it off I refuse to take a break because I’m a stubborn dumbass who is incapable of putting his needs above others’.

Definitely in the The Tigers 125 season Abbey Road thank you for the memories signature shirt What’s more,I will buy this middle of a depressive episode right now, have been for the last week. I’ve also put too much effort into making it nobody’s problem but my own. We’re working on this in therapy. My SO is always 100% here for me, but I just don’t “burden” them with it. I’ll eventually bubble over and lay in bed and cry for an hour or two and get up like nothing happened. I’ll never say men have it worse than women, because on no planet will we ever. We need to do better at taking care of ourselves though and let others take care of us too. If your partner won’t, start a conversation about it. Well, it’s kind of important to get related to people who show values you value. If it’s showing affection / providing support on their own, then yeah, that’s it.
I made a conscious decision to build a wall and become dead inside. Works really well. It goes against all the The Tigers 125 season Abbey Road thank you for the memories signature shirt What’s more,I will buy this campaigns and current trends, but I would literally top myself before talking to anyone. I’m the smart/funny guy that everyone wants to be around and likes to ask for advice or to solve a problem. But the second I need to lean on someone or ask for something everyone’s suddenly busy. I’m emotionally and mentally exhausted all the time and I would give anything for just one person that has my back no matter what. I’m absolutely broken and there’s no light at the end of the tunnel. Every day I wake up, the first thing I do is sigh that I wasn’t fortunate enough to simply die in my sleep.
Let buy this The Tigers 125 season Abbey Road thank you for the memories signature shirt
I should be able to unfuck myself on my own, especially given I have two beautiful, loving children who provide the The Tigers 125 season Abbey Road thank you for the memories signature shirt What’s more,I will buy this only transient glimpses I have into happiness by simply being. There was a time, before my two kids came into this world, that at least I always had a ‘back-up plan’ in case things got too dark. Now, even though I’d never experience it first-hand, that option isn’t even on the table because of the how unfair I see that to be to my two kids – They don’t deserve to have to deal with that…hence my desire to simply die in my sleep. Better than ever, but that’s like saying diarrhea in a toilet is better than diarrhea in my pants: it’s not ideal. Therapy and getting sober helped immensely. Home life is pretty good. But feeling like I exist only to go to work and pay bills is really weighing on me. I need like a month off.
Gentlemen, I’m not a man. I’ve been reading these confessions, and I wish so badly that I had a moment to simply embrace each one of you that took the The Tigers 125 season Abbey Road thank you for the memories signature shirt What’s more,I will buy this time to comment to this, and share the pain, the strain your under. I’m so sorry. I’m sorry society doesn’t do more for you. I’m sorry your partners failed you. I’m sorry you don’t feel safe expressing yourselves, and I wish I could give you that. I wish I could sit each one of you down, and give you a safe place, with a woman present, to *just be yourself * and be safe. Please know that you’ve been seen and you’ve been heard, and that here in this moment in time, I love you all. I’m holding you all in my heart and I’m hoping SO hard for your healing, your strength, and for your future happiness. I’m constantly teetering on the edge of tears.. my anxiety is awful. My 0-60 is seconds. It has been this way for about 2 years.
I read a post on Reddit the The Tigers 125 season Abbey Road thank you for the memories signature shirt What’s more,I will buy this other day where someone was talking about his dad, there’d been a welfare call and he had said to the ERT to break in. “I’m booked on the next flight home for funeral arrangements”. I didn’t lose it but suddenly I was weeping for that man. I’m reading Harry Potter (book7) to my son and I can’t look at him as I’m weeping for all the character deaths. I get that it is supposed to be sad, but I didn’t cry when u read them to my daughter, but this time around I’m weeping like a mofo. Honestly, strong. If you’re going through something bad and still going, despite feeling defeated, you’re tough. I’m not going to kill myself, but I’ve envisioned ways of doing it. I’ve thought about the escapism of it. If I were to be in a fatal accident I may feel a sense of relief.
I don’t have many friends, when I tried to reconnect with old school friends, it really felt like courtesy for them. Like I was pushing my way in. Not to mention none of them ever texted me first. I know people talk about me behind my back at work, ive seen the The Tigers 125 season Abbey Road thank you for the memories signature shirt What’s more,I will buy this looks and heard my name hushed. But then they act all sweet and nice to my face. It’s very clearly a clique that I don’t fit into. I’m tired all the time. Mentally and physically. I have no real ambition and for the small dreams I do have, I’ve no drive left to do them. I have adhd, but it’s impossible to get medicated for it at my age in my country. I’m sorta just going through the motions, hoping one day I’ll look back on this period of my life and be grateful I carried on. Maybe one day something will just click.
No one cares. On top of that it has to be shoved in your face. I’m done with all of it. The one thing that I find helpful is that I have a way out. It’s like a fortress with one wall made out of styrofoam. Solid in most cases but some things get to me easily. It used to be VERY FRAGILE. After working with a naturopath and balancing my Vitamins/minerals (via hair analysis) and hormonal levels, I’m more resilant than I’ve ever been. If your the The Tigers 125 season Abbey Road thank you for the memories signature shirt What’s more,I will buy this sensitive type, please don’t beat yourself up over it. It may be your biohemistry, Not “your just weak” Like some would have you believe. Have you seen that video where a person completely assembles a broken glass vase, no pasting or anything just put in place…….yeah that might just be the perfect representation.
We are all in the The Tigers 125 season Abbey Road thank you for the memories signature shirt What’s more,I will buy this same place, beaten down and starved; some refuse to acknowledge it, some accept it, and others resign to it. Those are the only choices we are offered in this very sad place. It is very fragile due to my upbringing. My parents raised me in a very Christian home; I am gay and want nothing to do with their religion but they are very much not the type to accept that, they’d just say I have a demon inhabiting my body. Therefore, I constantly feel unloved at home and it’s exhausting to pretend to be someone I’m not all the time. In the last 4 years ive had bed bugs, mould, ive been cheated on and my kid taken from me, lost my job. I’m still showing up for myself and my kids everyday but this life is a twisted fucking joke man. After having spent two years of my 32 years on this planet in the Middle East. I get extremely emotional thinking about my next deployment. Time is my most valuable asset and i keep losing it
I’m pretty much in a constant state of hanging by a thread. Everyone is quick to latch on because I’m always happy, optimistic, or whatever positive thing they all need to get through their mess. Sometimes I’m completely exhausted…not in a physical or mental way, but my spirit is torn apart and sucked dry kind of way. Nobody gives back or listens when my emotional limit has run too big a deficit and I’m left holding the The Tigers 125 season Abbey Road thank you for the memories signature shirt What’s more,I will buy this bag of numerous others On a good day, I have enough confidence to believe I know the difference between right and left. But it has to be a really good day. And I seldom have those. So much better now that I’ve stopped drinking, taken pressure off of myself (in all things, relationships, career, productivity), and started being able to see and interrupt the programs that run me into bad spots, where I start coping with unhealthy behaviors (disconnecting from everyone until I am a ball of apathy and self pity).
But I still catch myself just completely out of any mental or emotional strength. Sometimes I know why and sometimes I don’t. But instead of powering through or manning up or feeling like it’s weak to recognize and allow that feeling, I just accept it for what it is, communicate it to my loved ones and give myself that break. I’m on the The Tigers 125 season Abbey Road thank you for the memories signature shirt What’s more,I will buy this verge man. I can’t recall things ever being so hopeless. Hopelessly alone. So lonely. None of the distractions work anymore. Even just sitting here right now being alive is hard work. Ex wife cheated on me with seven dudes while we were married. Had family members I loved and cherished pass away. Now I’m 44, single, can’t have kids even if I wanted to. Still have to be strong for the people around me, when all I want to do is crumple.
I don’t feel like I’ve ever had anyone other than family really love me. I’ve been taken advantage of and abused my whole life. But still I soldier on. I’ve got a good job. Own my own home. I am a nerd. Big introvert. I’m a homebody. Hard to meet people. Not that I’m not looking for someone. It would just be nice to have someone I can share my successes with and make happy memories. Almost 30, never been w/ someone and never will because of trauma 13 years ago that lead my brain to go on full introvert mode and believe that I’m just some garbage in the The Tigers 125 season Abbey Road thank you for the memories signature shirt What’s more,I will buy this form of a biped, that I won’t ever be good enough and worthy to be in a relationship. It also destroyed a great part of my empathy, and nightmares don’t even wake me up anymore. On the positive side, this makes me avoid all the snakes. Can’t get hurt if you completely gave up and never try anything, right? Aside from romantic, I have family and two friends that I can really count on but as I am shut off, they always message me first and I feel like they could be leaving at any moment, having a « friend » like me isn’t worth in my opinion.
And I mean fundamentally, from the The Tigers 125 season Abbey Road thank you for the memories signature shirt What’s more,I will buy this ground up. There is so much intentional manipulation that I think a lot of people recognize, but there is so much we are conditioned to believe, whether intentional or not(a lot of it isn’t). I believe questioning everything and forming our own fundamental thoughts is incredibly important for clarity. I also think it can drive you insane. It’s pretty good actually, I grew up in a great household, mental health was always something that we could work through. I went through 20yrs of that mess and all i have to show for it is her giving me HIV from cheating…Never again will I get in another relationship…It’s not worth it..The single life is amazing and my mental health is finally great This is a specially deadly combo in men imo. I’ve only met a few of them folks but they left a mark in my mind. They usually share some traits too like having a dignified stance, small gentle smile, quiet confidence, attentiveness to surroundings, dainty hand movements, a calm and calculated demeanor. What’s more is they never brag, they mostly listen and when they finally talk it all makes sense. Those who show and feel the need to constantly talk about themselves give off the vibe of “look at me, I’m better than most” which repels instead of attracts.
Yesss!! Very true! When I say intelligence, I also mean emotional intelligence.. because I’ve met people who are actually intelligent but not emotionally intelligent! Big egos with no empathy, “know it all” personalities. I mean… The question says “makes a person more attractive” so i think you gotta be at least attractive in the The Tigers 125 season Abbey Road thank you for the memories signature shirt What’s more,I will buy this first place? I love this answer, but I’m afraid the real answer is money, appearance and a bit of humour.I’ll throw in an odd one and say voice. Amazingly, it’s something that can be trained up to be better, but often just not a priority or even consideration, despite having quite the powerful effect. Edit: This late comment is shooting up to the top quite quickly which is nice to see as a voice teacher lol. Ime, men and women both find the right voice incredibly attractive, and the great part is that it’s so subjective. I’m biased af, but there’s a lot of cool (and exploitable >:3c) ways voice intersects with psychology as it signals sooooo much subconsciously, yet can be further altered by conscious decisions to override them. The right voice can pierce your heart right to the core, and, over time, even potentially reshape what non-vocal traits you find attractive.
This is why I want to marry Kenneth Branagh – he has the The Tigers 125 season Abbey Road thank you for the memories signature shirt What’s more,I will buy this most beautiful voice. I’m a sucker for the right voice! The amount of old people I talk to who don’t even hear a word I say bc they only want to say what they have to say There’s a character in the first Dirk Gently book who is described as being unusual as he actually listens to people in a conversation rather than waiting for his turn to talk. I’ve always liked that clever distinction. Intelligence. Most people find the perception that a person is a “winner” as being attractive. We currently live in a world where being a winner is much more correlated than cognitive ability than physical strength. I think good sense of wisdom/self-balance/levelheadedness is much more important than pure intellect especially since pretty much everyone nowadays is sitting on actually acceptable level of IQ. Also person whos intelligent is much more dangerous both to others and themselves if they lack respectable level of exactly what I mentioned above. So in a way its a double edged sword, you are potentially more capable and intellectually confident but at cost of also being much more tempted to cheat, deceive, manipulate, lie, scheme than someone who isnt as intelligent. I think it has a lot more with who your parents are and how much of your life you’re willing to sacrifice to be a “winner” has more to do with it than being smart lot of cases. Depends on your definition of a winner I guess.
By a “winner”, I more mean the The Tigers 125 season Abbey Road thank you for the memories signature shirt What’s more,I will buy this perception that a person has winning characteristics, as opposed to actually being of any real high status. I think people are more physically attracted to those that appear to having the characteristics that could make for a winner, as opposed to already being one. THIS!! I was already attracted to this girl, but one day we were hanging out and she smelled really really good and it was incredibly attractive I will always hold facts and correctness above my own ego. Fact checking helps all involved learn and grow, while reducing the spread of false truths if done correctly. I find this to just be a really admirable trait, in general. Most people seem to have really fixed opinions- being receptive to new or better information is sadly uncommon.
Adopting this attitude was such a game changer for me in terms of personal growth. Being right is frivolous but learning something, especially if it’s both people is a delight. I find it really attractive too, and honestly find the The Tigers 125 season Abbey Road thank you for the memories signature shirt What’s more,I will buy this opposite a massive turn off – wether romantic, social, professional etc. Someone who wants to care for others becomes instantly more approachable. This is also an exceptional trait in a partner. No need to feel insecure about them. B cups are plenty big for most guys I assume it’s the same for most girls (if you swing that way). Either way, your boobs are great (never seen them, but they are). Instantly would have to be physically attractive bec upon seeing the opposite sex (or whatever sex your attracted too) you notice their looks first, almost immediately & make a judgement off of that. It may quickly change after you exchange words or interact with the person. But initially it’s how they look. Being assertive and demanding to certain degree, it shows that you’re confident and know how to get what you want. Also, someone who’s magnetic, you know those people who get along with everyone from the shyest to the toughest people it’s an extremely rare but super attractive trait. Did you add a period at the end of a fragment while saying that knowing grammar is attractive on purpose? If so, I am amused. I love a woman thats raw and authentically passionate about what she loves, her hobbies, interests. I think the purest thing is seeing a girl get excited over her hobbies and interests.
I like humility in a woman. If she’s genuinely funny, that is a very close 2nd. I have a dark sense of humor, so even if she isn’t funny but doesn’t get offended by jokes, that’s cool too. A good sense of humor. It’s instantly something that puts me on notice. I’m a conversationalist and I appreciate when people can make me laugh. People are too serious these days. Intellectual conversation with the The Tigers 125 season Abbey Road thank you for the memories signature shirt What’s more,I will buy this ability to keep up. Showing minimal effort in learning or keeping up with the world around us. As soon as you just start doing whatever the day brings you I’m done. Kindness. Empathy. Patience. Even temperament. Nothing is more attractive to me than truly compassionate behavior.
