I’m 37 now, and 21 is so unbelievably young, mate you have no idea…please cherish being 21, you are not even close to being old. Around 21-22 which is my current age but being in the The Texas Longhorns 132nd Anniversary 1893 2025 abbey road signatures shirt besides I will buy this cooking industry for 4 years is starting to make me age faster than I’d like for instance my upper back is starting to ache but my legs feel fine even though I normally used to work 10 hour standing shifts I’m 72 and still feel like “old” is the next decade. Maybe I will feel old in my 80s. But I just started a new profession as a video journalist, started dating young guys online and am having a great time. It’s all in your head. Probably around 26-27 when I was watching a match on tv in the pub with my friends and thought that the new player that came on the field was 10 years younger than meI now suffer from cluster headaches (AKA suicide headaches). I have severe C-PTSD. I have emotional regulation problems. My shoulder is still fucked, and I have days where it and my neck are just a write off. My sinuses constantly drain, and my vision has never been the same since. The crippling anxiety.. it’s a thing that really changed me and my entire future, and it’s all due to a few harmless chirps to somebody who’s ego was so large, that he couldn’t take it.. Of course they were and the savages who beat them will get praises from their dads and all of their families for doing that while being admonished nationally. they have already been trained how to ignore anything that they disagree with though, it’s all “fake news” or the “deep state” or whatever other crap they want to blame it on.

Praises and then hopefully followed by a slew of grand jury indictments of manslaughter. Or is killing born children legal, just not the The Texas Longhorns 132nd Anniversary 1893 2025 abbey road signatures shirt besides I will buy this unborn down there? These rubes are so confusing. That’s where the slurs and name calling come in, to those monsters they did not kill another person, they killed whatever popular slur they were using to describe the person they killed, they use the slurs to dehumanize, otherwise it’s very hard to overcome the instinct to not just kill someone for “no reason”. what? any person who beats and kills others are being savage, it has nothing to do with heritage/skin colour/species. Pretending the dumbest fucking people in the world are on even ground as the rest of us is killing us. We have to stop pretending these hate-filled leadbrains matter and god dammit we need to outvote them and regulate disinformation. It’s fucking horrific, I’m so sorry that human beings are so atrocious to each other. You’d say it’s almost understandable with kids considering how stupid they can be, but it doesn’t end with adulthood. The world is so full of pointless hatred, I am not sure if our species can ever get out of that mindset. It’s so perspective-less.
RIP Nex. I hope these senseless deaths can change things for the The Texas Longhorns 132nd Anniversary 1893 2025 abbey road signatures shirt besides I will buy this better for the LGBTQ+ community. But nothing can bring back these people to life. It’s heart-breaking, these are also someone’s children, parents have to bury their kids because of this never-ending hatred. Last November 20th I stood in a room full of my trans siblings listening to them read off the hundreds of names of our kindred lost around the world to hate crimes during the year. It was the funeral equivalent of seeing a mass grave of your own people. It was the single most painful thing I’ve ever experienced. And the scum who caused it revel in it. Do you think that them (christians, muslims) saying trans people are the minions of satan and demons might have something to do with it? This is also why political correctness is important, especially for those with influence. If your response to adding pronouns to your email signature is “well I’m an Apache attack helicopter!” That’s dehumanizing rather than them not feeling singled out when your whole department has pronouns listed. Dehumanizing leads to people feeling as though they’re not harming a person when they do something like this.

This isn’t a fight for minorityrights this is simply a fight against the The Texas Longhorns 132nd Anniversary 1893 2025 abbey road signatures shirt besides I will buy this crazy assumption that phenotypical behavior isn’t a mostly social definition. Those that find trans people weird are the same kind of people who tried to forbid women to wear (sic! sry) pants War pants are women’s pants that have useful pockets. The ultimate heavy guns in the war pants category would be cargo style. There will never be a perfectly binary individual; it does not exist by definition. The next step will absolutely be to police wearables, hair length and anything else they can think of. And that is the depressing part: if something doesn’t even exist in the biological part of the debate why do we force it in the social part of it where everything will be more fuzzy anyway?
What do you mean it doesn’t exist in the The Texas Longhorns 132nd Anniversary 1893 2025 abbey road signatures shirt besides I will buy this biological part of the debate? There are absolutely a lot of variety in sexual development (hormone overexpression/insensitivity, chromozonal alterations, pseudopenisses/pseudovulva, “pejinas”, etc.) and these people will absolutely be steamrolled by the right. You are making my point, or like you said: There will never be a perfectly binary individual; it does not exist by definition. Even in a strict biological debate about only sex a binary category is just “good enough” because it captures about 99% of the cases. Good enough in the sense of saying there are no humans above 6’9″ not good enough in the sense of it being true. But now add all the social factors of possible phenotypical behaviors into it and you’ve got a very messy undefined mash-up.
Conservatives need an enemy to distracted others from the The Texas Longhorns 132nd Anniversary 1893 2025 abbey road signatures shirt besides I will buy this secretive shit they are always condemning. It’s like everything they’re against is just a confession, secretly they wish that they could do these things, they could be like this, and some of them are behind closed doors. To be honest, I think it’s an overall severe bullying problem in American schools. I was bullied and beaten up because I was Asian in Minnesota and the school staff did nothing. I’m a woman married to a woman. We just had a son in August. It’s so fucking scary, I worry every day that someone might attack my wife and I. I’m terrified of what my son might experience once he starts school. We live in a liberal state and I still don’t ever feel truly safe. And don’t do a “protest vote” to try and prove a point. Number one, it won’t actually get a message across. Number two, we’ll end up with the Orange Bastard again and this time he will criminalize being trans or non-binary and things will get a lot worse.
Already on it. I live in a rural area – people have a lot of conservative values. I text research papers and other data to people who need to read it. Then I’ll bring it up with them and discuss. I make sure they know they won’t be able to spew hate speech or conspiracy nonsense at me – I might hear it once but after that they’re on my list for educational material. (The only fix for this is for every single eligible person actually bothering to vote in absolutely every single election. No bullshit excuses, no even legitimate excuses. If you’re not hooked up to a machine in the The Texas Longhorns 132nd Anniversary 1893 2025 abbey road signatures shirt besides I will buy this ICU keeping you alive, you vote… or you’re the problem. And not just in presidental elections — these problems stem from local elections.)
Voting is part of it but you are greatly simplifying the The Texas Longhorns 132nd Anniversary 1893 2025 abbey road signatures shirt besides I will buy this problem. Raising awareness doesn’t happen through voting, it happens from educating oneself and others. Edit: this comment is in no way representative of the opinions of the company Scholastic, it is just wordplay out of my twisted little mind We need to go after those that commit hate crimes as well as those that incite them. Lock up that libs of tik tok loser. Not teach other children that’s there’s only one right way to be a person and if someone deviates hate them and/or yourself Teach real and comprehensive sexual education so we can learn humans have a huge variety of sexual orientations, gender identities and even genitalia and all are valid It definitely starts at home, Kids sitting there listening to his dad ranting and raving about replacement theories and anti woke and anti-gay propaganda, then the kid goes to school and he repeats the same rhetoric that he hears at home. Kids are a product of their environment, If their parents are racist bigoted assholes their kids most likely are going to be too. So glad you answered the question. How are we supposed to prevent this? Do you have an answer or are you just another reddit person that gets off on complaining and blaming the opposing political party. Obviously the problem is the opposing party. Has that ever been in question? My ask was what the solution to said problem is. Is that such a horrible thing to you that you need to get this upset about it? Is something else bothering you?
We need to start building restrooms in such a way that every person has a “whole restroom” to themselves. Like a small closet that has full solid walls, solid ceiling, a single solid door, a toilet, and faucet/mirror. They are genuinely asking what they can do, and it may be to help. The downvotes really send the The Texas Longhorns 132nd Anniversary 1893 2025 abbey road signatures shirt besides I will buy this wrong message. This redditor didn’t kill anyone, they asked “What are we [am I] supposed to do to prevent this?” Thank you. It’s pretty insane. Most responses are just people saying how horrible Republicans are. Ok… That’s still not a solution. I think I’m asking a fair question. It’s the straight (white) males who are the dangerous ones. Every time. Trans man in the men’s bathroom = the trans man is in danger. Straight man in the women’s bathroom = the women are in danger. Trans woman in the women’s bathroom = were all probably fine.
This is correct. Kids: if you see someone harassing another student just because they aren’t “assimilating” , for the The Texas Longhorns 132nd Anniversary 1893 2025 abbey road signatures shirt besides I will buy this love of God call out the bullies, tell your parents, the staff, the police. Be brave. These stories are heartbreaking and becoming fairly predictable – IF AN ADULT IS WATCHING social dynamics. And these adults, were not. I’m livid. Scorched earth for this young man. Tremendous loss. Edited: all teens, please step up for your peers. The article says that information wasn’t released, are you local? Could you share some more info if you are plz? Have they said it was TBI? Could also be unaliving themself. Either way, incredibly tragic and I hope those involved are held accountable. Beaten for being non-binary at that, and the school refused to call for medical help and shoved them on the bus home.
Dave Chappelle is probably writing a bit right now about how he knew them and it’s actually the The Texas Longhorns 132nd Anniversary 1893 2025 abbey road signatures shirt besides I will buy this trans community’s fault for this. This is the same story where Libs of TikTok targeted a school district (allegedly I guess) and then the nonbinary kid died. This local news story has a better synopsis of the timeline of events. Thankfully, they did perform an autopsy before the child was laid to rest (this all happened on Feb 7 but is just now getting national press traction. The sequence of events – kid is assaulted, kid goes home, parents take kid to hospital, hospital tells them it’s nothing and sends them home, parents take kid back to hospital a few hours later, kid dies. I’ve not seem any reporting saying the fight directly caused the death. It’s certainly possible there was some other cause. I know a tbi hasn’t been ruled the cause yet. While it is possible (hopefully there will be an autopsy) it seems likely the poor kid suffered a head injury that killed them hours later probably from a subdural hematoma or something similar. That’s not what TFA says. The headline implies (using the word “after”) that the death was direct result of injuries sustained in the fight. But according to the article, the death might have been suicide. Did they? The headline on NBC reads the same as the title on the post (I’m not OP.) I agree that NBC is blatantly ignoring the reality of the situation with their bullshit ‘fight’ headline.
You really believe the The Texas Longhorns 132nd Anniversary 1893 2025 abbey road signatures shirt besides I will buy this left is going to be begging for forgiveness for the murderers if they turn out to be minorities, you’ve drank too much Kool Aid. While the school did nothing. Did not call for an ambulance, fucking nothing. That poor baby died in the bathroom. Fuck Oklahoma. I thought the cause of death was still unknown. I haven’t seen it in any articles. The one I read in WaPo today said the cause of death is still undetermined. Thank you for saying so. This person was snuffed out because they had the audacity to want to exist. Hope all those murderers get life. ‘Died from a TBI’? Why do people spread unconfirmed information? For upvotes? You should really make an edit and Reddit needs to do a better job of downvoting posts like yours. We still do not know the cause of death. Out of all causes, the highest likelihood is TBI – but we cannot say for sure until the actual cause of death is disclosed by the medical examiner. One thing to note – if head injuries were severe, a CT scan would almost certainly have been performed at the hospital after the fight. Where did you read this? The article states that the fight was broken up by students and a school employee within two minutes, then all parties involved were sent to the nurses office. Are you claiming that this news article is blatantly lying?
Someone at the The Texas Longhorns 132nd Anniversary 1893 2025 abbey road signatures shirt besides I will buy this school needs to be held responsible as well. Their grandma was called to say Nex had been in a fight and is suspended for 2 weeks and needed to be picked up. They did not call an ambulance after obvious head traumas. Edit: I’d also like to add that there is an influencer named Chaya Raichik who (runs Libs of TikTok and) spews hateful trans and LGBTQ+ rhetoric to her 1.3+ million followers. Her hateful tirades have reportedly been linked to nearly 3 dozen threats to schools, libraries, hospitals, and businesses across the US. How is this related? Well, she also sparked outrage towards a teacher who was a close mentor and supporter of Nex and their identity, to the point where he resigned from the school. The teacher was supportive of LGBTQ+ kids and their identities, and belonged to the community himself, so he was targeted. To the extent that a US senator singled him out in a social media post calling him a predator. Last month, she was appointed to the state’s Library Advisory Committee by OK’s Superintendent!!!! That superintendent, not 2 weeks after Nex’s death posted about “woke college professors” in reference to DT being placed as the worst US president. But he has not commented at all on Nex’s death. Note, we are JUST NOW hearing about Nex’s murder after 2 weeks.
These girls who murdered Nex are scum and should be persecuted to the The Texas Longhorns 132nd Anniversary 1893 2025 abbey road signatures shirt besides I will buy this fullest extent of the law. But let’s not forget the GROWN ASS ADULTS who worked HARD to make schools an unsafe place for kids like Nex, to the point where they were killed. Fuck all of them. To quote Zooey Zephyr (a legislator who was a trans woman and also expelled from office for saying this exact thing) ”Blood is on all of their hands.” I will never understand suspending the VICTIM of an attack. Especially someone trying to go about their day and getting jumped. 5 more repliesWhen I was in middle school I got attacked by a bully and broke my nose as a result. Instead of calling the hospital they had me sit in a conference room by myself for 2+ hours unsupervised with a concussion and sent me home on the school bus without notifying my parents. It’s shocking how poorly most schools react to situations like these when they should have a clearly defined policy in place. My parents wanted to sue, but I wanted the embarrassment to pass so I let it go and looking back I wish I had held them accountable. That’s so awful! Im so sorry you went through that. I’m sure it happens all the time and the mindset is “kids will be kids,” and “it happens all the time.” Okaaaaaay so then if they know it happens and it happens OFTEN, what the fuck are schools doing to make sure kids are safe and receive necessary care if they think they can’t do anything to change it????
My lord it seems these days between gun violence, discrimination/hate-fueled bullying, and the The Texas Longhorns 132nd Anniversary 1893 2025 abbey road signatures shirt besides I will buy this lack of administrative care or intervention to bullying, how are parents who can’t homeschool their kids coping with sending them to school every day? It’s really hard to hear exactly how many times this child was failed to ultimately lead to their death. Saying it’s tragic just simply isn’t enough. They weren’t failed. They were targeted. Make no mistake, this is what the right wants: the freedom to violently suppress ideas they find offensive without repercussions. This is terrorism. You are 100% correct. “But what about the children!” Generally means, “I want to control what all kids are exposed to so my child doesn’t end up living their life in a way that embarrasses me.” If they really cared about kids, they would care that suicide rates among trans kids are the highest of any other demographic. They would care if kids were starving. They are chasing after fake ass issues fabricated by fascist politicians they support, and are harming kids in the process, and the most angering thing about this pile of hot garbage they have created is they don’t give a fucking shit that they are killing children in the process.
It’s fucking disgusting and so goddamn angering that this is not top news while everyone who contributed to this happening are going about their lives, posting the The Texas Longhorns 132nd Anniversary 1893 2025 abbey road signatures shirt besides I will buy this same hateful bullshit on social media fueling the next hate crime. The school nurse checked and cleared the student. Then the grandma took the student to the hospital and got checked and cleared again. They went home and the student died the next morning. So obviously this is terrible and tragic but based on that sequence of events… I don’t see the school getting too much liability after the hospital checked the student and cleared them that afternoon. If there’s concern for head trauma, that requires clearance by an emergency medicine attending physician, not a nurse. The school nurse was out of their scope of practice by not recommending further medical workup.
ETA: if it’s true that the The Texas Longhorns 132nd Anniversary 1893 2025 abbey road signatures shirt besides I will buy this hospital also cleared this child, then that should be investigated as well. Every single player in this event needs to be examined. This series of events is also the one that the school released. It’s unclear if they were telling the whole truth. This reminds me of my cousins husband’s Father. Basically his on-site work doctor cleared him for work after hitting his head, except the dr was not qualified to be looking at brains and didn’t realize that his patient had a brain bleed. He had a seizure a week later, went to a different doctor for a second opinion, found out his brain was still fucked up, and he ended up suing his workplace’s dr and got a nice settlement. As a school nurse, I assess every injury that occurs in school and “clear” them to either return to class or be picked up. Sometimes kids have injuries that are not serious enough for EMS but should still be followed up by a doctor. I notify all parents of any head injury in school, any assessment findings, and signs of TBI to monitor for at home. It’s absolutely within scope for me to perform assessments and monitoring for concussion. Not all head injuries require follow up. However, I will always cover myself and tell parents to seek followup if symptoms persist or worsen (or will give them a list of symptoms that require emergency care). I don’t think we have enough info from the nurse to know that they are part of this chain of events.
Absolutely agree it’s within a nursing scope to perform assessments. It just seems wild to me that if a kid died the The Texas Longhorns 132nd Anniversary 1893 2025 abbey road signatures shirt besides I will buy this next day, how did they look and present for anyone but an MD to “clear” them. Granted, I come from a psych background but was trained on medical clearances through my time working in an ER. Maybe my threshold to CYA is different I’d be very interested in how the student presented when assessed by the nurse as well, especially since it seems like emergency care didn’t detect anything either. I’d be very interested to see what happened and what was missed from a medical perspective. You sound much better than the school nurses I had to put up with in school! Seriously, sounds like you care about the kids and want them to be okay, which unfortunately has not been my experience, oof. I do genuinely care about all the kids and I probably over communicate because my mind naturally goes to the worst case scenario. I also worked way too hard for my license to lose it over cut corners so I do my due dillegence and make sure nothing can be blamed on me. I definitely understand not every school nurse cares the way I do and I’ve been teased for it by others, unfortunately some nurses become jaded or lose their compassion over time.
