Just forging on and trying not to dwell on things. I’ve been referred to as an emotional stone in past relationships, which is 100% true. I seriously struggled with mental health for about a decade. I would no longer say it is fragile though. The biggest game changer was simply defining a purpose for my life and constantly working towards that purpose. I used to struggle a lot when i was younger. I’m in a much much better place now and i am in a loving relationship in which i am supported. A good career path has helped too. It took a while to identify how a particular previous relationship made me insecure and on edge a lot. I can see now the The Rolling Of A Diw Can I Reate A Chaos Dice Hurricane On The Other Side Of The Table Shirt Besides,I will do this differences, i dont think that partner was trustworthy. I’ve struggled with some mental health issues in recent years due to living with my partners mother (yay housing and cost of living crisis), but i went to therapy and talked through it with my counsellor and friends.
The Rolling Of A Diw Can I Reate A Chaos Dice Hurricane On The Other Side Of The Table Shirt: best style for you
If you’re struggling, talk to someone, anyone. It makes a really big difference and helps you connect with those internal feelings we sometimes shove down. Its 2024, you do not need to be stoic or keep quiet. There is nothing wrong with reaching out. The one time of the The Rolling Of A Diw Can I Reate A Chaos Dice Hurricane On The Other Side Of The Table Shirt Besides,I will do this day I can just exist is when I sleep. So I look for that escape as often as I can. Still, those memories haunt me like nightmares now. Very fragile. I find myself overreacting in the most minor situations and then feeling like a dumbass afterwards. Pains me to see my fellow men in this state today. I had a rough couple years but have built up my mental and physical well being by not focusing on relationship. Being healthier and gym. Those are my only words of advice. Good luck out there.
I’m old been what some call high functioning depressed for decades. My worry is one day I’ll be too tired. Not today though 👍🏻 It’s important to recognise it for what it is before you can tackle it. It’s not sadness, it’s being so beaten down you’re just numb. It took me about two years to wrap my brain around why my 26 year marriage has been so miserable. I had kids and didn’t want to disrupt their own development so I didn’t want to overreact. But once my last kid graduated high school I felt like I could make my decision to leave the The Rolling Of A Diw Can I Reate A Chaos Dice Hurricane On The Other Side Of The Table Shirt Besides,I will do this marriage. I had my kids later tell me that they could tell that I was miserable and apparently made things uncomfortable for them and that they were glad to see me happier now. My ex and I are still keeping things friendly which is kinda what I was aiming for, for the sake of the kids, but there were so many times I felt like just blowing up but didn’t. I don’t know if I can explain how that felt, but it didn’t feel healthy.
About The Rolling Of A Diw Can I Reate A Chaos Dice Hurricane On The Other Side Of The Table Shirt
i’m fine. struggle a bit with depression from time to time, but that’s been a part of me since high school. learned to muscle through it. I’d say it’s fragile but only because I’ve quite frankly, I’m just tired, exhausted and just done with everything but feel like it wouldn’t be so fragile if I didn’t deal as much bullshit as I have However, that kind of thinking erodes your psyche over time. Negative self talk is a bit of a black hole. Eventually my son was born and I realized that I can’t keep going the The Rolling Of A Diw Can I Reate A Chaos Dice Hurricane On The Other Side Of The Table Shirt Besides,I will do this way I was going. It’s not. I find things to enjoy every day. My gf left me in august and my only thought was “Whoah I can ride my dirtbike more”. After losing my dad everything else seems petty.
For years it’s been really bad. It’s only started getting better within the The Rolling Of A Diw Can I Reate A Chaos Dice Hurricane On The Other Side Of The Table Shirt Besides,I will do this last 2 years when I got a job that I didn’t hate. I’m still lonely and single without many friends but I have some great hobbies to keep me occupied and I don’t wake up everyday dreading going to my job anymore. Self diagnostic reports zero issues, all systems go, totally sane, emotionally stable. So fuckin stable I could cry. Someone once said, “Men are like plants; the goodness and flavour of the fruit proceeds from the peculiar soil and exposition in which they grow. We are nothing but what we derive from the air we breathe, the climate we inhabit, the government we obey, the system of religion we profess, and the nature of our employment.” That more than a little exaggerates determinism, yes. It underestimates how much you yourself can act in your own life. However, there is a certain kind of truth to it anyway. Do you want good mental health, my bros? Then plant yourself in the good soil and good climate of good people who got your back. Ain’t nobody making it through this alone.
The stupid ones are choosing sides. They can’t even see they are being controlled and used by the The Rolling Of A Diw Can I Reate A Chaos Dice Hurricane On The Other Side Of The Table Shirt Besides,I will do this vampires. It turns them on. The vampires whisper in their ears with lies. One side titillates them with fear, the other with false hope. Better as I get older and center myself and am comfortable with who I am. But I know many men my age who are barely holding on and it makes me alarmed. I think there is a crisis. I don’t want to sound pro patriarchal but there is definitely something going on with millenial aged men. Many are failure to thrive. Pretty awful. I’m only still here to not cause any more pain for my mom and sister. I’m coping, but just barely. I sacrificed nearly all responsibility to give my mental health a break. I’m unemployed, no car, hardly speak to anybody and live off savings. Have an amazing girlfriend and I just read all day and chill but I am now in a rut after a year of this. Mental health is solid though, protect yourself lads 🫡.
Shattered down to the The Rolling Of A Diw Can I Reate A Chaos Dice Hurricane On The Other Side Of The Table Shirt Besides,I will do this size of sand. Because of it, I’m not liked. I’ve become coarse, rough, and people find me irritating. I try to overcome it by trying to get everywhere. I have just lost my father to Covid. I have had to arrange his funeral, sort out his affairs, empty his house. All in around 3 days. I am just frazzled. I’m not in a good place, very low,but still have things to do to sort out his estate. Thanks goodness for my wife as she has been there throughout it all. Keep going I keep myself. It’s hard though. The majority of my “romantic” relationships seemed to be with others who wanted to try and use, dominate, or flat-out gaslight me, some were even physically abusive while I was at my lowest and in vulnerable times in life. I am actually having a much more difficult time finding a partner while I’m now sober and recovered from drugs/alcohol with a stronger mindset & some self-esteem, it’s like that even scares people away at times lol.
It was so easy when I didn’t have any confidence it seems like. But I am in no rush to find a partner I guess, I kind of don’t know what to do with a relationship if one we’re to just land in my lap it’s been so long lol, say hi and cook? I got through the The Rolling Of A Diw Can I Reate A Chaos Dice Hurricane On The Other Side Of The Table Shirt Besides,I will do this trauma though of all that pain, by loving myself again, instead of trying to have someone find that in love in me, if that makes sense. Just do things hobbies and activities that brought you past joy. Best of luck all. There is a very simple solution. Talk about your feelings, have boundaries and leave relationships where you don’t feel appreciated. After being cheated on by my last partner I decided to take a sabbatical from dating and partner finding and shifted all my focus onto myself and my mental health.
Two years later I am like a frickin rock. Happy all the The Rolling Of A Diw Can I Reate A Chaos Dice Hurricane On The Other Side Of The Table Shirt Besides,I will do this time, when I get sad I am embracing it because its a natural part of life instead of trying to run away from it. I see this a lot I see men who look like they are always being placed in an uncomfortable situation, or being taken for granted . And I honestly feel so bad it looks draining and it looks sad, but I feel like if all this is happening to an extent you’re letting it happen.. certain things you have to draw a line to and stand up for yourself Thanks for throwing this question out there as I think that a lot of men struggle all the time with mental health and the expectation that a man is the emotional rock that people can count on and that we shouldn’t show weakness. I think the CDC’s statistic that 4 times as many men commit suicide (39k vs 10k) every year is a telling statistic to go along with this question I broke down once when I got home over something small that happened during the day. Just because it confirmed to me how little I mean to people in general.
My mental health was broken during my last relationship and then she started emotionally, then physically cheating on me while I was at my lowest and needed support from what was supposed to be my best friend in the The Rolling Of A Diw Can I Reate A Chaos Dice Hurricane On The Other Side Of The Table Shirt Besides,I will do this whole world. That was 5 years ago and it’s still difficult at times. Spent a lot of time hating myself and trying to find ways to escape negativity. I reached a point where the only thing I could enjoy was exercise, and one day I was in the gym and for no good reason started crying and couldn’t stop. That was the day I started seeking treatment. Took me about three and half years from that point to get to a stable and healthy place. I went to a lot of therapy. I was resistant at first, but eventually I tried a lot of different medicines. I always approached them with caution and as one tool that might help, but with the plan to never stay on them forever. I put words to how and why I operate the way I do. I lost a friend to suicide and got to experience what that does to the people around you. Eventually I found what works for me, pharmacology wise. I learned to separate my feelings from my self. And now I’m kinda on cruise control.
It was a lot more fragile but then I deleted all other social media other than reddit and started reading more books instead. As someone with ADD this wasn’t very easy it took me a bit to not grab the The Rolling Of A Diw Can I Reate A Chaos Dice Hurricane On The Other Side Of The Table Shirt Besides,I will do this phone and check it every little bit. “Comparison is the thief of joy” is basically my new motto and it’s actually helped. I still have really bad days, but it’s more tolerable when I’m not constantly weighing where I’m at in life with others. Went for a table discussion on insecurity. Towards the end of the session, we were asked to stand for a group photo but a girl literally was like I’m insecure about taking my own pics One parent cheated and they divorced. After a year-long battle I lost the parent to cancer, then the other who “came back to help” turned to alcohol and was as much use as a chocolate teapot. My vision of marriage and relationships was ruined, I had nobody to navigate that developmental period with and my first real relationship thus ended up garbage due to my own mistakes which I regret to this day.
I lost my late ex partner to cancer also and have raised our kid solo since, struggling with the The Rolling Of A Diw Can I Reate A Chaos Dice Hurricane On The Other Side Of The Table Shirt Besides,I will do this completely sexist, exclusionary nature of being a single male parent in a totally female dominated space. I have no extended family who want to stay in touch, I’ve been through battles financially to stay afloat and frequently wonder where on the “measuring stick” I am as a parent and if what I’m doing and how I’m doing it is right. I’ve generally spent the last 20 years wondering to myself where the Star-Trek society of equality, tolerance, goodwill to all and working to the betterment of the whole race is, or if it truly existed to start with. For some god-forsaken reason I chose to start an open university degree so I work all day, study all evening with what time I have after being with my kid and feel like I’m made of fractured crystal the following day – but I want to prove to myself and my kid that it’s possible and something anyone can do, even me.
I desperately, sincerely, want off the The Rolling Of A Diw Can I Reate A Chaos Dice Hurricane On The Other Side Of The Table Shirt Besides,I will do this train and to be able to (for a change) have the freedom to raise my kid without the worries of money, be able to go on holiday, travel and show them some of the world and not normalise what feels like a constant battle. More than anything I want to not need to worry so much about what should be trivial things and instead be able to enjoy things more, take a step back, be content and while I’m writing down wishes find someone to join me in enjoying it with. It’s very fragile. I’ve taken some pretty severe loss over the past few years, and I’m hanging on by a thread. Basically, if it wasn’t for my kids, I would have self terminated 2 years ago. I went to the VA for help, but other than meds that make me sick, they won’t do much. What are you asking about fragility? I will deal with whatever life has to send along: “it’ll either work out or it won’t.” If you’re asking whether or not I’ll be upset if something difficult happens, I likely will, and since I put my very sick cat to sleep last year, it seems that I’ve had a lot of crying to do, as much as I dislike it.
On the The Rolling Of A Diw Can I Reate A Chaos Dice Hurricane On The Other Side Of The Table Shirt Besides,I will do this other hand, I’m lucky to have a small number of loving friends in my life and my fears of being homeless again I know are likely to be remote, such that I don’t have to dwell on the ideas of misery beyond those I keep around to torture myself – and I’ve been choosing not to be so self indulgent. I’m not primary in their lives but so what? I have things to do, I have interesting things I can do. I am trying to pack whatever I can into the stream of life for others and myself (still volunteering). Doing okay. I feel like it’s great but is it because I’m used to it or is it really great? I don’t know. Life’s tough, but I seem to manage it well, but I honestly can’t tell you how my mental health is, I have no idea. I feel like I just push trough stuff without much thoughts and just go on, but I fear someday it will catch up to me, I honestly couldn’t tell you. It is as fucked up as it can be but I am still functional before, during and after which gives me no incentive to work on it to get better
Ok so imagine a thread that broke and then you tied it back together so it’s about same length as before. That’s what I’m hanging on by. Hanging on by a broken thread that’s been tied to itself to repair. Social Anxiety has basically ruined or stunted every aspect of my life and my every waking thought is that no matter how successful and self sufficient I am, I’ll die alone and nobody will care. I couldn’t even contemplate a relationship with anyone, not because I don’t want it, or hate people, but because it’d be like teaching a grown ass adult to tie their shoelaces for any partner stupid enough to drag me out of my hole and stick with me. My family assumes I don’t like people and I’m happier alone and I don’t correct them because it’s easier. I go to work and spend an inordinate amount of effort helping other people, because I want to feel like I’ve been a net positive to the The Rolling Of A Diw Can I Reate A Chaos Dice Hurricane On The Other Side Of The Table Shirt Besides,I will do this world somehow. But it doesn’t bring me any happiness because helping other people only adds to existing fulfillment, it doesn’t do anything unless you have that baseline of your own to build from.
The older I get the The Rolling Of A Diw Can I Reate A Chaos Dice Hurricane On The Other Side Of The Table Shirt Besides,I will do this more stable it gets. I’ve finally reached a point where I legitimately don’t care if most people like me. I still have a lot of work to do in other areas though. Very. I’m a vet who served in Afghanistan. The fall hurt. A lot of my comrades have started offing themselves. My daughter attempted. I lost my job. I tried to assault 3 kids who were trolling me in traffic by repeatedly cutting me off. I smashed in the drivers side window. I think about death every day. I can’t afford the cost of my therapist anymore. Until I find a job with benefits that cover therapy, it’s not feasible to see my therapist. I can find a new one, but I’ve seen my current one for 6 years, there’s a lot that’s been done and changing shrinks now would suck. I’m sober, a survivor of sexual assault, tried to kill myself last year, and trying to finish my PhD, work part time, and save up to move in with my partner. It’s just a lot but I’m managing as best I can.
I’m eating healthy, working out multiple times a week, spending quality time with my dog and giving life a chance. On anti-depressant, seeing a psychologist, and taking steps slowly to better cope with trauma I’ve had for a long time. Probably the The Rolling Of A Diw Can I Reate A Chaos Dice Hurricane On The Other Side Of The Table Shirt Besides,I will do this best I’ve ever felt in my life tbh, but still have a lot of work to do. Going through a lot right now. Living seven seas apart from my family and I always felt like a stranger in front of my parents. Not close to my family. Mental health is awful. I spent last year smoking pot and being an alcoholic while working full time. I’m in early twenties having a good job but I feel so alone. Like there’s nobody at the end of the day who I can talk to or nobody to hold me and tell me that they are there for me. Suicidal thoughts come by now and then but I’m still here. Sorry I ranted too much ig Fragmented at best, holding on by a thread at worst. No one knows, my wife knows a little but I am not going to burden her. Everyone thinks I am just under some stress alm the time but after two decades of hiding things well its send nature andni work through my problems as night when everyone else is asleep.
