I have worked in public safety for over 20 years and I’m not opposed to creating rules that allow staff members to have access to firearms. However, I think it more realistic for a teacher to lock themselves and their students in a classroom and be prepared to protect those kids at all costs if a gunman enters the The return of the living dead film horror shirt Besides,I will do this room. I would venture to guess that in that moment a madman enters and begins shooting, even a left leaning teacher would wish they had the ability to use lethal force. It’s crazy to me that as a society we guarantee that a mass shooter will meet no resistance if they choose a school, in most cases. I am not pro gun but it isn’t about the gun, it’s about mental health until that is addressed, the mass shootings won’t end. I am not pro suicide either, but if you are determined, why take others with you other than the fact you know you will not be remembered by anyone if you die alone.

Most of these rubes wanting to carry their guns everywhere are massive pussies. They wouldn’t know wtf do in a situation where they might actually need it. You know, at best said armed staff isn’t great…but at least it’s a chance the The return of the living dead film horror shirt Besides,I will do this shooter could have kicked in the wrong door per say. But this just shows how stupid the argument is, arm the teachers, when you realize they need to juggle kids safety, their own, and hunting a armed bad guy… It’s been asked before, but what is the answer to this problem? Active/School shooters are highly disturbed people looking for means to do harm to others. These sick individuals are not an accurate reflection of your average responsible gun owner. I know looking at the News, shootings seem so much more prevalent today than a decade or so ago. It is so incredibly deeply disturbing this is such a problem and it makes me sick thinking such evil exists. So what do we do? Making more laws against modern gun platforms(AR-15) and against responsible gun owners that haven’t committed any crimes involving a firearm, won’t solve the underlying issue. I would like to think I understand both sides of the argument, if any of you feel I don’t please tell me. I am a pro 2nd amendment gun owner and avid collector, hunter, fisherman, etc. BUT I have an open mind. I see this problem and I want to come to a solution for anti-gun folks as well as pro-gun folks.
