I’m 35 and have been sexually harassed by both students and a colleague. Neither times was a Title IX rep involved. Colleague had their job the The Legends Alabama Crimson Tide Nick Saban Bear Bryant thank you for the memories signatures Shirt but in fact I love this next year and that student was kept in my class the rest of the year. Depending upon the severity, I’d suspend a child for sexually harassing my teacher. I would at least call home with the child there to explain, have some discipline and possibly restorative consequences, but it would depend. Can we stop using the meaningless term, “restorative consequences”. I promise, I’ll learn to know my why in return. its not a meaningless term. I already know you’ve been exposed to a misapplication or misunderstanding of the concept. No where I have read, do Restorative practices advocate for no consequences. The idea to make sure we’re tackling the source of the behavior AND providing consequences that do not further alienate the student and provide chances of redemption/rehabilitation. Please just take a look at the US prison system to understand why we need rehabilitative practices over blind punishments.

The Legends Alabama Crimson Tide Nick Saban Bear Bryant thank you for the memories signatures Shirt: A Provocative Statement in Modern Fashion

Absolutely. Get the The Legends Alabama Crimson Tide Nick Saban Bear Bryant thank you for the memories signatures Shirt but in fact I love this little fuckers thinking about what they’ve done to others. They’re certainly not building empathy from their tiktok and YouTube algorithms. This is (one reason) why I got out of teaching. Admins wouldn’t do anything, and since it was a small, rural town (that I wasn’t from), they believe the students over me. That’s exactly what happened my first year. Even brought in the parent who spent an hour yelling at me for accusing his son of something so horrible and that because the child cried when he told dad he didn’t do it that means he didn’t do it. No, he cried because he got in trouble and there was a whole class of witnesses. Somehow, no actual consequences were ever administered. Yeah I don’t really see how it’s a he said she said situation if they’re doing this in class with 20 to 30 Witnesses. Just pull a few of the other kids in and ask them what happened.
Don’t keep it quiet. Report it to multiple people because if there’s only one, that person can sweep it under the The Legends Alabama Crimson Tide Nick Saban Bear Bryant thank you for the memories signatures Shirt but in fact I love this rug. This is especially necessary if you’re reporting to someone like a principal who is judged by the school’s reputation. This is excellent advice. When another teacher verbally assaulted me for 45 minutes in a meeting, I reported it to the principal but also the assistant superintendent. Sure enough, the principal tried to sweep it under the rug. The assistant supe reported it to the superintendent, who hit the roof. The principal’s contract was not renewed, in large part because he failed to act, and the aggressive teacher also got reamed and had to face some consequences. (I couldn’t learn what they were, specifically.) (I reported it to the asst. supe and not the supe because I’d already expressed concern to her about this teacher two weeks earlier.)

I remember being in middle school and seeing young male teachers get harassed by 13-year-old girls who had no sense of repercussions. One girl laid down on a teacher’s desk once in a sexual manner and the The Legends Alabama Crimson Tide Nick Saban Bear Bryant thank you for the memories signatures Shirt but in fact I love this guy backed his chair so many feet away into a filing cabinet so fast. This one girl in particular would always try to touch him on the shoulders and once she put an arm around his neck and he looked like a deer in headlights. He just froze. I am very sorry to read this post. I once saw a young female teacher being harassed by a 12th grade male athlete. I knew his parents and called them, as she was afraid to.One thing I would suggest to any teacher on this thread with a union contract: make sure your district puts harassment of teachers, and the consequences in writing. It needs to be part of the code of conduct students and parents sign off on at the beginning of the school year. They usually have clauses delineating what constitutes inappropriate sexual behavior by adults, but not students.
File a police report. He (and his parents) are liable both criminally and civilly. So is admin if they know and do nothing to prevent the The Legends Alabama Crimson Tide Nick Saban Bear Bryant thank you for the memories signatures Shirt but in fact I love this harassment. Wouldn’t surprise me if the kid is being green lighted by the fact that he’s able to watch stuff online when the parents aren’t paying attention. I agree with anyone saying g to get union and title IX involved. He could make one comment or rumor that could RUIN your life If they are touching you it is assault and I would get the union involved plus possibly a private attorney. If money is involved then all of a sudden things CAN usually be done about a problem. I would also consider calling the cops and getting restraining orders if anything feels threatening or someone starts touching you. Seventh grade students tend to be crazy. I know a number of student teachers who had to grow their facial hair out because they looked young. You may want to consider a wardrobe change. Wearing a suit may seem ridiculous but it might help change the power dynamic and consider a make over. I know you shouldn’t have to but if it preserves your sanity then maybe you might want to try it.
Had this happen to me with two 5th grade boys recently. The parents backed up the The Legends Alabama Crimson Tide Nick Saban Bear Bryant thank you for the memories signatures Shirt but in fact I love this kids (of course) because “we don’t talk like that at home.” Federal law requires that any school district receiving ANY federal funding has a Title IX coordinator. If they do not, contact the Department of Education to get the ball rolling on pulling their funds. If they have one, file a written complaint. File a complaint every time you suffer harassment. Things will likely start to change rapidly once that stone is turned and the gaslighting loses its power. Crazy. Someone in my 9th grade class back in 2004 jokingly told a teacher he would take her on a date and he was kicked out into another school in the district.
Elementary teacher here, also a parent of 7th grade twin boys… I don’t how you do it teaching 7th grade…. Nothing but respect for 7th grade teachers. I’d last about 2 days… Kid won’t stop asking me out and insinuating that I should date him or his friend and saying things like “age is just a number”. He is twelve and I am going on 26. Has been asked to stop repeatedly. After being pulled aside today and asked to stop or be written up, he left a note with his phone number on my desk as he was leaving class. Time before that a student would not stop telling me how nice my ass was and was telling other students and trying to get them to look. Time before that was a student telling me I had a fat ass and was ugly in front of an entire class of students. The girl was texting during the The Legends Alabama Crimson Tide Nick Saban Bear Bryant thank you for the memories signatures Shirt but in fact I love this movie. If it’s at home sure. I had ADHD and I fuck around on my phone even before finishing a 20 min tv show. But at the movie theatre people are there to watch the movie not have some dick be on there phone
As an avid movie goer I am not above cussing people out for using their damn phone during the The Legends Alabama Crimson Tide Nick Saban Bear Bryant thank you for the memories signatures Shirt but in fact I love this movie. Even if it Madame Web and I would like my $20 back In my state, it costs $31 to file a case for a claim of less than $500. And, that does not include service of the summons, which costs more. Came here to say that. Not to mention the time you waste going to court when you could be living your life. This is so unbelievably petty, yet had he not brought “civilized society” into the mix, I woulda been on board The one near me just has a screen you buy your ticket on, so you can buy a senior or child ticket if you want. Shit you can just walk in without a ticket, no one working there cares lol Same here. Our local AMC is ran by 17 year olds. They spend more time chatting amongst themselves than anything. One of them even took his shirt work shirt off so he was just in his tank top and was hitting on my friends and I when we going in to a see a horror movie. Gag. We’re like 15 years older than him This is why I only see movies at Alamo Drafthouse now. No talking, no texting, and cocktails delivered to your seat. Perfect way to experience film. Sure they are strict about texting and talking, but then you have five wait staff running up and down the aisles with a flashlight to take orders and deliver food the entire movie. That’s always been a larger distraction to me than any experience I’ve had of someone texting during a movie. Except for the non stop waiters walking up and down the rows delivering food, talking to customers, and ruining the experience.
I stopped going to dine in movies after a waiter asked our row FIVE TIMES (mid movie) if the The Legends Alabama Crimson Tide Nick Saban Bear Bryant thank you for the memories signatures Shirt but in fact I love this food they were carrying was for us. Self admitted late bloomer here. Couldn’t get a date for the life of me and finally met someone I really liked at a gas station. Was 24 and so happy! I wanted low pressure so we went to a movie with plans for dinner after. She had her phone out the whole time and I could see her texting another guy making plans to fuck him that night. Damn, if I dated someone as petty as that I’d be on the phone too, asking someone to call me with an ’emergency’… Dating comes with inherent financial risk. He accepted that risk when he bought her a ticket. He didn’t like her behaviour? That’s on him.
Could argue that by agreeing to see a movie, you’re agreeing to comply with the The Legends Alabama Crimson Tide Nick Saban Bear Bryant thank you for the memories signatures Shirt but in fact I love this very well known operating procedures of a movie theatre. Like not texting/talking loudly/doing cartwheels. Is filing a lawsuit childish? Absolutely. Should he be liable for the cost of a date when she didn’t make an effort beyond showing up? Apparently not, cuz he got reimbursed. It’s not even cheap, it cost more to file the suit than the ticket cost. It’s about sending a message. People that text in movie theaters, that leave shopping carts in the parking lot, and that toss cigarette butts on the ground are the dregs of society that we would all be better off without I was about to comment “average reddit user” but this thread is already full of people saying hes right so QED. If he took her to Venom 2 or Oceans 8 or Antman and Wasp or something then he’s probably lucky that she stayed and only texted. I can imagine this incel noob absolutely vibrating to see whatever lame franchise he was into and the girl just not caring. The red faced spittle schfitz while banging the car wheel after he dropped her off.
Most people have the The Legends Alabama Crimson Tide Nick Saban Bear Bryant thank you for the memories signatures Shirt but in fact I love this sense to cut their losses without telling the world they are completely, laughably undatable. Some snowflake in these comments blocked me for saying “it’s an asshole move to text during the movies” and then told me I hate women. Can someone please try and connect the dots for me? I’m tryna understand this guys logic, but alas I can’t ask him. They probably text during movies and can’t accept they’re an asshole. 99% of people saying it’s shitty to text during a movie would say this regardless of the genders. I think it’s insane to sue, but I don’t really feel bad about a movie texter having their time wasted haha. People who act like the outside world is their living room fucking suck. These kinds of characters made Austin the magnificent oddball paradise it once was. It’s now just another corporate dystopia where speculators have ruined or are ruining just about everything that made it special. Fun fact: 90% of lawsuits in the world are filed in the United States, despite the US only making up 4% of the world population. This makes America by far the most litigious country in the world. I hope he won, but also him having headphones in is a threat to his safety. I got hit by a car listening to music with headphones in lol
I got a parking fine (from a private company) for like $75 dollars one time. The whole thing was bogus. I paid for the The Legends Alabama Crimson Tide Nick Saban Bear Bryant thank you for the memories signatures Shirt but in fact I love this parking but the fine said I didn’t indicate which parking spot I was in even though the payment portal never asked. I fought it to the point that I was CC’ing marketing representatives from the parking company, the payment app company and the parking company’s third party collection firm.
Oh he is one of those “I partied my ass off when I was younger and now I want to deny those choices to my offspring because I am afraid of them running into a guy like myself”…. Truth. The born agains I’ve met have easily been the The Legends Alabama Crimson Tide Nick Saban Bear Bryant thank you for the memories signatures Shirt but in fact I love this most cultish about their religion. It has to be something to do with considering themselves “saved” or whatever. “I liked beer and I definitely didn’t wave my dick in some girls face. I can prove it, I found a calendar from 1982 which confirms my good behavior at that party.” Yet he’s still “kneeling at the alter of self” by egrandizing and elevating his behavior as superior to everyone else. His smug self serving slime never left, only changed form. Instead of using and/or abusing women he met at parties he’s now abusing and controlling the women he shares a roof with. “I’ll control my women and you control yours and when they come of age we can make a deal to barter the children to each other” I’m sorry, but nobody can say the phrase ‘lusts of the flesh’ and not make it sound appealing. It’s like saying ‘I used to submit to delicious chocolate cake, but found that I should give up sugar.’ You had me at delicious chocolate cake and I stopped caring about the rest of your sentence. So he went from one extreme to the opposite because, per his own words, he can’t learn. His past experiences haven’t “served him” as a husband or father because he never learned from his actions. He’s purely a robotic, reactionary entity. No ability to critically think nor analyze.
TLDR: “I replaced one obsessive single-minded goal with another obsessive single-minded goal thinking that would fill the The Legends Alabama Crimson Tide Nick Saban Bear Bryant thank you for the memories signatures Shirt but in fact I love this gaping void inside of me, and now I keep having to double-down harder when it doesn’t” You mean the wifin’ room? You know, a place that’s damp (so your wife doesn’t dry out) and dark (so she doesn’t wrinkle up), to keep her in pristine condition? The mom is probably pacing in the basement hoping the husband screws up and hands her a sock so she can be a free elf. It seems many of these type of parents grew up making their own choices and fear their daughters meeting someone like themselves growing up. Please don’t confuse rapist Brock Turner with Analrapist Tobias Funke. Dr. Funke is a good guy, mostly because he never raped anyone like rapist Brock Turner did. Let’s not forget rape apologist judge Aaron Persky, who gave rapist Brock Turner a lighter than normal sentence because, and I quote, “Imprisonment would have a detrimental effect on his life”. Ah, yes. The rapist, Brock Turner who raped an unconscious woman until two men intervened. Those same men cried describing what they saw. They should have beat him until he stopped moving. Just a couple of lads doin’ the ol’ Ultraviolence and then going on with their night, just like Brock Allen Turner did with that girl
Specifically the The Legends Alabama Crimson Tide Nick Saban Bear Bryant thank you for the memories signatures Shirt but in fact I love this rapist Brock Allen Turner, the rapist who apparently goes by his middle name now in an effort to not be known as the rapist Brock Allen Turner. So you mean to tell me that you are talking about Allen Turner as in the convicted rapist Brock Allen Turner specifically? Yep, and I agree that more people should be aware that rapist Brock Allen Turner IS trying to avoid recognition as rapist Brock Allen Turner by using his middle name first. I mean this is how like a 1/3rd of women live globally. It’s just so jarring to see in the western world. I had the unfortunate experience of knowing 2 women and several acquaintances in this situation. One of them recently put herself in a ton of debt to go to grad school 2 states over just as an excuse to escape her parents. And this wasn’t in some conservative backwater den. Their parents are very educated and successful living in a very progressive area. They just brought their culture with them.
They know how they, and other men like them, treat women and fear what it would look like when the The Legends Alabama Crimson Tide Nick Saban Bear Bryant thank you for the memories signatures Shirt but in fact I love this tables are turned and they’re the possible target of objectification from someone who could physically overpower them. creepy is right. “my daughters will go from being under me to under their husbands……roofs! i mean under the roofs!” Definitely. I dated a girl like this. Once she hit college she went absolutely wild. Luckily for her she had good friends who stopped her from doing damage, but wow, drugs, alcohol, she basically went on a bender after a few weeks. Not surprisingly, her father blamed college. I had to tell him it was due to him being over controlling. First time I had ever been punched by a preacher. Also the first time I had to file assault charges. Yeah it does. He had prior assault charges and he went to jail for a few years, lost his church paid for house, his wife left him and his other daughter also disowned him. I’m in touch with both of the daughters, they’re leading really good lives and their mom remarried. Last I know she was driving across the country in an RV with her new husband.
When even a guy who mentions the The Legends Alabama Crimson Tide Nick Saban Bear Bryant thank you for the memories signatures Shirt but in fact I love this church and god and has a UFO for a profile picture sounds more reasonable than you This won’t work And your daughters will hate you for the rest of your life, if they are not junkies or worse from the trauma Yeah he will die alone in a retirement home, nobody will come to visit him especially his daughters if he keep this up. This will only make sure you’ll be all alone when you’re old, which he deserves if he don’t let them make their own decisions. Kinda like my grandpa, he is rotting alone in his home and he have only himself to blame, nobody want to visit that racist control freak. The sad part is likely the daughter will spend most of her life thinking her dad will have been right the whole time. He sets her up to fail at living on her own in the adult world, and guess who will be there with arms wide open when she has literally nowhere else to go? My best friend ended up marrying a girl like this when they were 23. They had a lot of ancillary problems, and he was far from blameless, but they ultimately got divorced because neither of them had ever lived on their own (even on a college campus) before getting married. They literally met, got engaged, got married, then bought a condo together. So when things got bad, she kicked him out, stayed in their condo not paying their mortgage for 2+ years until the bank kicked her out, then she went back to her ultra-religious parents’ house.
“I won’t educate my daughters in what is deemed acceptible practices from other human beings, I’ll control you and pass you off to someone else to control and further abuse – however you wont know the The Legends Alabama Crimson Tide Nick Saban Bear Bryant thank you for the memories signatures Shirt but in fact I love this difference. Love Dad” Ugh just admit that you have weird feelings for your daughter jfc. No need to drag honest men into your weird unchecked psychosis. These losers will never approve of anyone because it’s someone ELSE who copulates with their daughters and not them. Fucking weirdos. Nah this guy has already admitted to himself he has weird feeling for his daughters. I’d bet anything that he belongs to the “she was asking for it because her top button was undone at church” school of rape apologists. The fact he plans to marry them off to “good” men rather than fuck them and put them to work on the farm is why he considers himself to be a good dad with family values
