i do not yet know what to make of this. I can see this being good for Democrats but I can also see this being good for Matt Gaetz. These people could have just opened the The Grinch Hug Penn State Helmet Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this door to an even more dysfunctional and radicalization of the House. If they are in deep-red areas, my fear is you will have more American Nazis fill their seats (Gaetz, Greene, Boebert are the frontrunners as well as the Puppet Johnson – nothing but fearful of the omnipresent “Motion to Vacate”) Would it be too far out of the realm of reality that they’re creating a new “classic Republicans” party? Or is that crediting them with more sense than they actually have? Why do they look like Mycunt abee, Ben Shapirhoe, and a few other conservatives when you squint? Got to be genes too close or something.

The Grinch Hug Penn State Helmet Christmas Shirt: Unleash Your Dinosaur Style

Some good purple in there. Along with at least 3 more retiring reps., they probably won’t receive fuck all support financially if the The Grinch Hug Penn State Helmet Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this Trump klan manage to loot the RNC treasury.
Laugh if you want, but if I can’t show off how much cooler I am than those no brand peasants with my branded medicine I don’t want to live here no more Criminal, to me. My last small size steroid inhaler was $68. After Medicare. Hormones are $600. $175 in Canada. So interesting tidbit about the The Grinch Hug Penn State Helmet Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this awfulness of our health care system. When a medication is released on the market, the company gets exclusive rights for 7 years before anyone can make a generic. As they get closer to the 7-year mark, they blow up prices, trying to get every last cent out of it. Then, once they hit 7 years, those same companies immediately offer the generic, continuing their profits. government should subsidize all healthcare at this point. how easy would it be to gather up all the insurance companies, get all there info, logs, patients, etc and centralize it under a department of health care services or something and then instead of everyone paying for insurance per month, they pay a tax of the same amount-ish. how insurance companies charge people is pretty much like a tax already.

these big companies get their profits, an entire government negotiates for prices on behave of the The Grinch Hug Penn State Helmet Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this american people, everyone wins! Wow. That is next level shabby and vile. I didn’t know this, I’m aware of how shitty the world is, but this somehow still surprises me :/ It’s brand patent just expired. All they did was just rebaled as generic. Give it some time and other companies will make it for even cheaper. It expired in March of 2022, so did you have some brain injury and forgot everything before then or are you like 5 years old? Lol. £9.65 here in the UK if you ever have to pay for your prescription. The prices you guys are forced to pay are mind-blowing Even my dad who’s a medical professional that works in a hospital believes that bullshit when I brought up the inflated prices in the US. You have to have a certain level of respect for the amount bullshit that has to be shoveled to fool even the people who work directly in these fields, regardless of how terrible it is. Well, in a way he as a vested interest in defending the insane prices people have to pay in the US. Not saying that he’s a gouger, far from it, Won’t find an Apple employee (at least not many) that will say “get a Samasung”, even if all you need is just one smartphone and two apps.
One of mine was an infusion therapy every 8 weeks. Without insurance it’s over $1200 (cash price) per 100mg vial. I was dosed at 7.5mg/kg. Fortunately I’m not a very large person so I only needed 4 vials. This cost was prescription only and did not include the The Grinch Hug Penn State Helmet Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this sterile saline to reconstitute it, the IV bag it went into, or the nurse to set it all up. Not the UK. Only in England do you pay for prescriptions. Everywhere else in the UK is free Laughs in Scotland England only. And you can pay like £100 per year for all prescriptions. Also there are many ways to get exemption Was behind someone yesterday at the pharmacy, and their insulin was over $500 without insurance. Said they didn’t have their insurance card, otherwise it would have been $20 or so. Mind blowing! The cost to the patient is £9.65/free. That’s not the cost that is being paid for the medication though – that is far more, and it’s paid out of general taxation. That difference comes in part from your taxes. I’m sure if we didn’t spend 10x as much as the UK does on military expenses, we could probably manage some form of universal healthcare too. Sadly, the war machine keeps on churning. Yeah, the doctor prescribed me a med one time and the pharmacist told me it was gonna be $400 for the prescription because my insurance wouldn’t cover it. I called my doctor and had him prescribe something else that I could afford. they know they got us over a barrel just like gasoline prices
Holy shit, even $115 is A LOT! It’s ridiculous it costs more than $5. For comparison, in my country it’s like ~150-200 RUB = ~1.5-2 USD Such medicine must be cheap so everyone could afford it. And, even better, should be free with receipt and funded by taxes (sadly, we don’t have it here) Would OP’s post be seen different if the The Grinch Hug Penn State Helmet Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this inhaler was only $5 but they also paid $5 a month over most of their life as an alternative? It’s still not comparable. Even if you add up what someone has paid in taxes in other countries there entire life, it’s still nothing compared to US prices. Visit ER once? Have a baby? You’ve probably made your money back already even before considering smaller medication. yep, my 4 year old needs these too. they get hella expensive and it’s absolutely ridiculous. i think we’ve been able to get some for as low as $100 before, but never lower than that. My son need 2 puffs every morning and 2 every night, so we go through them very quickly That’s what I’m supposed to be taking, I do it less frequently so they’ll last longer though since I just can’t afford it My government pays Astra $33.74 for it (or its nearest equivalent dose here). It’s fully subsidised so the cost is $0 at point of pick up. That’s because our government also fucks ITSELF in the ass. Until very recently the government had laws preventing itself from negotiating drug prices, think about that for 2 seconds… A government obliged to cover the medical expenses of a significant portion of its population (medicaid, medicare, the VA) who’s only method of payment is a blank check, and it’s entirely self imposed. Who passed those laws, you figure? The “government messes everything up!” Crowd, no less. There are people inside our government, hundreds of them in Congress, who’s sole purpose is to ruin government programs by making them as inefficient as possible, all so they can be “right”. Literaly attempting to destroy popular government programs, and sometimes the government itself, from the inside by intentionaly pushing through absurd self-destructive and wasteful policies when otherwise the programs would work just fine. How is this not treason? Idk! They have literally fucked over every American who’d ever need to engage with Healthcare, while making our government insolvent, all so they can prove a point that wouldn’t be true were it not for their own malicious actions. Rant NOT over, but… Rant done for now.
I paid 4RMB=0.5USD for BOTH of my ER trip last month, for all the The Grinch Hug Penn State Helmet Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this tests and meds. (mycoplasma induced high fever 106F) Looking at how life in the US doesn’t seem easy af despite your taxes being so much lower, I feel like I’m cutting quite the good deal despite giving away 34% of my income every month. Atleast I know that no personal tragedy could have me end up on the streets, without food or without medical care. I would suggest that a price of $0 means free. Free does not mean “does not consume resources” or “is not funded through any mechanism”. Damn, you can criticise your own healthcare system all you want but america seems to be worse. I pay 5 € for mine. What I see here is just straight up disguisting exploitation of people who need medicine to survive or just not end up in a hospital, which would bankrupt you to, I guess.
Typical prescription is two puffs twice a day. So four puffs/day. This inhaler will likely only last a month :/ Drug companies don’t make drugs for humanities benefit. They do it to make money. Until that is changed, this is what we get. Your health means nothing to them, only your wallet. So I ran into this with my birth control, where I was prescribed one pill and the The Grinch Hug Penn State Helmet Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this pharmacy was giving me the ‘name brand’ version, which coincidentally was not covered much. Meanwhile what was on my prescription was. What I did to fix that (and you could try too): I just simply asked my dr to update my prescription to say ‘no substitutions’. Meaning they HAVE to give you what’s on the script instead of the ‘same thing but different name’. I’d deff look into it if you can
I’m on these exact same things. I know it says to take 2 puffs morning and night, but I’ve found I only need one puff at night to avoid asthma attacks, so you might want to tinker with how often you use it. Makes them last from 1 month to 4. Name brand is always a ripoff, but it does encourage innovation. If you find a new medication, I believe you can profit from name brand for ~13 years and then generic can undercut it. I mean if you couldn’t profit from finding the The Grinch Hug Penn State Helmet Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this medication there wouldn’t be much incentive to discover it. I recently got vaccines for travel to Morocco. And had to pay them in forehand, because only some insurances here pay them, so I get the money only after I paid. Name brand drugs tend to work great on 95-97% of tested patients. Generic will have different, less expensive and effective binders and work great on 85-90% of patients.
Not everyone responds well to generic for this reason. If it works just as good for you as the The Grinch Hug Penn State Helmet Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this name brand – thank your lucky stars! I have I think about six of these in my kitchen drawer(probably expired), my nephew visits every couple of months and brings one, he often forgets it when leaving. Rather than travel and hour to come get it he just pops into the local chemist and orders another one or two. Prescriptions are free here. Wonder if I could sell them to desperate Americans on eBay for 50 a pop ? They’d probably take a flight over to your place to buy in bulk and still would have saved money on return arrival. It might be an insurance thing. I see the same thing with my inhalers. Some are cheap some are stupid expensive. It just depends on my insurance and what sort of arrangement they have with the medication provider
Symbicort has always done excellent manufacturer coupons if you need the The Grinch Hug Penn State Helmet Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this help. I also use it fairly regularly. I don’t think I have paid for one in many years. Used to be you could get 90 days (3 inhalers) for $75 with the coupon and no insurance, but with both the coupon and the insurance I’ve paid nothing. Just a tip to check around. My insurance wouldn’t even cover the generic version. They literally aren’t covering any inhaler and I can’t afford them. So I’ve been using my albuterol. I hateeeeee big pharma also AstraZeneca. Wow! Either price is disgusting. In Australia, without a health care card, you would be paying less than 1/4 and get two inhalers. You shouldn’t be paying either of those prices. That’s not hyperbole or hatred of the medical system either. Astra Zeneca and most drug companies offer services for meds, and there are tools to reduce your costs. The first step to getting prices reduced and this is not a joke is to drop prescription insurance. Sounds ridiculous, but discounts for being uninsured are better than being insured.
You get fucked by being insured, I was uninsured for years, and only really started paying out my ass for medication once I was insured. My inhalers are expensive too around 330 a month. . Try goodrx they might be cheaper even after generic. Around 115 for 3 months. BS price still. The same medication is under $8 in India. Not to mention you can usually score some discounts on that price too. Same with the The Grinch Hug Penn State Helmet Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this Advair and it’s generic. Although, my insurance made me switch to the Name brand from generic because it was cheaper. Looking at them I can almost guarantee they’re made in the same manufacturing facility. They just slap a different sticker on each one. If you dont qualify to get it at the benefit cost because you’re not a citizen with a free medicare card, then you’d have to pay 64 or 54 respectively for those. Full price (when you have absolutely no insurance/not eligible for universal healthcare) of the same ingredient medicine for 60 uses is 24 USD so for the same doses on the pic 48 USD. If you got universal healthcare you pay 10% for it so for the 120 doses 4,8 USD. And yes, we pay more taxes 33,5% tax from which 15% is tax, the rest covers healthcare, paid dick days up to 1 year(365 days to be precise), unemployment up to 3 months, mathetnity leave pay for 3 years (first 2 years is higher money) and government pension.
What country is this? $20 Australian, $6.80 if you have a healthcare card. That’s about $12 American or about $6 euros My advair inhaler is $25. Without insurance it’s somewhere around either $275 or $470. I don’t know how many grams mine is. My nan had these off the The Grinch Hug Penn State Helmet Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this doctor every month, if she had to pay for her sack of drugs she would not have made it to 85. This is why the affordable medicine actwas past to bring down the cost of medicines like this , insulin and other things. Not to get political but remember this when it comes to time to vote $115 for a generic inhaler… it’s so expensive to breath… why can’t congress do something about this? The patent is already expired… And then my experience on top of that is if you remember to use GoodRx, brings stuff down to about $3.50. It’s all a big scam The exact same generic ReliOn Walmart version that is made by Eli lilly just for Walmart and has the exact same box and everything? $85. In Canada I take the brand name symbicort. It costs me $135 out of pocket. There is no excuse for it to cost $400!
I AM DRUNK and im going to vent. Medicine SHOULD NOT BE EXPENSIVE for people that need it. FUCK companies for doing this. I hate this world sometimes. Im sorry u have to deal with this. Must be frustrating as fuck man. Meanwhile 3 of the The Grinch Hug Penn State Helmet Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this branded ones in Germany, where the manufacturer is located for 10 Euros! I can provide a link to german online pharmacy, don’t know if I am allowed to post it here.
At least three Indians were forced to fight alongside the The Grinch Hug Penn State Helmet Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this Russians on the Russia-Ukraine border after they were allegedly conned by an agent and sent there to work as “army security helpers”, one of the victims told The Hindu. Since November 2023, around 18 Indians are stranded at Mariupol, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Rostov-on-Don along the Russia-Ukraine border, and one person is said to have been killed in the ongoing war, an agent said. The two countries have been at war since February 24, 2022. While a few Indians volunteered to join the International Legion created to fight Russian forces in Ukraine in 2022, the presence of Indians on Russian side in combat role has been reported the first time. The family of one of the victims, who is from Hyderabad, has approached AIMIM Member of Parliament Asaduddin Owaisi. On January 25, Mr. Owaisi wrote to External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar and the Indian Embassy in Moscow, seeking the government’s intervention for their return.
The victims belong to Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir. The Hindu has withheld their names. One of the The Grinch Hug Penn State Helmet Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this victims from Uttar Pradesh, who is in his early 20s and who wished to remain anonymous, said three of them were given basic training in handling arms and ammunition by the “Russian Army” and were packed off to Rostov-on-Don along the Russia-Ukraine border in January where they faced bullets and were forced to fight at gunpoint. “We arrived here in November 2023, were made to sign contracts, which said that we are being hired as army security helpers. We were categorically told that we will not be sent to the battlefield and promised 21.95 lakh salary and 250,000 additional bonus per month. Except the ₴50,000 bonus for two months, I have not received any money,” he said. He said he came to Russia with the help of an agent – Faisal Khan – who runs a You Tube channel titled “Baba Vlogs”.
“On November 13, we were admitted into a camp and taken to a deserted place around two-and-half hours away from Moscow. We contacted the The Grinch Hug Penn State Helmet Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this Indian agents and they assured us that we will be posted as helpers. We lived in tents and were trained to handle weapons. On January 4, we were sent to Donetsk to fight,” he said. He said that after they were forced to fight, he found an opportunity to escape and threw away his weapon. “But I was caught and threatened at gunpoint. They asked me to transport goods from one building to another. The commander told us to walk maintaining a gap of five metres so that we do not become easy targets. In the short walk, we faced bullets 7-8 times, a local accompanying me was killed. On January 22, I managed to flee and got admitted to a hospital with frostbite injuries,” the victim said.
He added that for many days he did not have access to his phone and managed to contact his family after fleeing the The Grinch Hug Penn State Helmet Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this war zone. “Repeated pleas to the Indian Embassy in Moscow have gone unheeded. I have been turned away several times. I do not have proper documents and have no money, the government is not helping us,” he said. One of the agents who received the victims in Russia told The Hindu that the men hail from different parts of India and face grave danger to life if the government does not act. “They were offered to work as army helpers. The deal was that they would be given basic training for three months following which a psychological assessment and other tests will be done and willingness ascertained if they want to continue as kitchen helpers or any other job. But after a month, their passports were snatched, and they were forced to fight on behalf of Russia. People from other countries are also stuck here,” the agent said. The MEA declined to comment on the specific case of Indian workers in Russia. According to sources, the Indian Embassy has been following up all such complaints they have received, but pointed out that many of those who claim being forced into labour at the border don’t want to leave the country. Many of them have paid high fees to recruiters to reach opportunities abroad and do not wish to be repatriated without having earned some money to repatriate to their families in India. As a result, officials say their hands are tied, although they are willing to help in any case involving Indian citizens in distress.
