TL;DR: People that cared about their job from the Thank you for memories lucifer tom ellis signatures shirt Besides,I will do this start, didn’t effect their productivity working from home. People that didn’t, however, took advantage of the situation, sometimes to the extreme that I would describe as wage theft and definitely resulted in some firings. How can you say “it’s official”? I can barely work when I’m at home. I get distracted far too easily and work so much harder in the office. The issue is, because I work harder in the office, I burn out by the end of the week and crash. No idea how I used to do this consistently before lockdown. Based on my experience with WFH employees, productivity is shit. Seems like outside the office, employees ability to track their work and follow through has bottomed out. I am currently working with 6 different vendors and contractors on technical projects at my workplace and the overreaching theme is that people have lost any and all sense of priority on anything.

Thank you for memories lucifer tom ellis signatures shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

To be fair, that describes pretty much everywhere now. Contractors I work with now are all understaffed with lots of new employees that aren’t up to speed. I’m going to get downvoted to hell, but everyone who works an office job and is calling for WFH forever is running the Thank you for memories lucifer tom ellis signatures shirt Besides,I will do this risk of highlighting to their employer how useless their job is and how easy it would be to replace their output with an algorithm or a remote worker from India making half as much. Companies have fake cultures and big fancy offices for a reason. It isn’t because it’s financially the best decision; it’s because it strokes the egos of upper management to have these lavish corporate campuses full of educated people. You are paid a premium for being involved in company culture. Eventually, if you all keep pushing back to WFH, you will just get replaced with a cheaper option. I know when working at home I do my very best work to try and prove it’s a good thing. I got called back to the office and now I just Reddit all day and look for other jobs.
