im glad to see im not the Teyana Farewell Rose Petal The Last Tour shirt so you should to go to store and get this only one struggling with seeing themselves on camera! i think its just something to get used to lol This is an understandable reaction to have when you first start recording yourself to post online for anybody to see. I understand the anxiety completely. What I’ve learned as i have forced myself to come out of my shell on the internet is that people don’t actually care about what you look like. You might randomly get a comment from someone being a dick calling you ugly or something, but those types of people would say that to anybody. If the content you’re making is good, and you have good things to say- people will gravitate towards you regardless. People like to see an everyday person doing this type of stuff tbh. You gotta try and shake that idea in your head of needing a “YouTube face”. I can’t tell you how many huge influencers I’ve seen that are farrrr from the Hollywood or even societal standard of attractive lol. Showing your face isn’t about looking good, it’s about adding relatability by putting a face and an actual human behind the content being produced. It’ll take time to get comfortable with it, but everybody has to start somewhere. If you’re feeling uncomfortable- that means you’re making progress. I believe in you dawg, you’ve got this!!

Stupid response here, but I pretend I am attractive and funny when I record. I imagine I’m Jordan Adika. Then I stop overthinking how I actually look and sound. There are billions of people on this earth. We are all different. Don’t worry about it. This has been my struggle as I started out while in shape, but then gained weight due to a sort of allergy that I’m now fixing, but it’ll take some time.
