Because, tbh people approach you because they want to soothe Texas Longhorns We’re In 2024 College Football Playoff Bound Helmet Shirt and by the same token and their ego of 1. They are better than you. 2. Their kids are better than you. Dude I get how you feel. It’s important to note that the world they live in and the world u live in is very different Do not listen to extended family members when it comes to careers. It’s okay to take their opinion if they’re truly an expert in a field or something but generic typical Indian shit like this is best to be ignored They don’t know about Sora..as a science student u wud bridge the gap to generate better animation through AI with collaboration through actual artist work. Nobody will be able to define prompts for AI model like Sora as clean as a science student like you. The job for future will be completely in new domain and dimension…you are thinking right ..u don’t need anyone to vouch for it !!
Texas Longhorns We’re In 2024 College Football Playoff Bound Helmet Shirt, hoodie, long sleeve, v-neck tee
bro being an animator is fuking cool job, donot mind haters, and donot be shy to say fuck off , if someone insult you younger or older, Here’s a little gift to encourage you. Creating animations is going to become a lot easier soon, with the Texas Longhorns We’re In 2024 College Football Playoff Bound Helmet Shirt and by the same token and advances in AI. Only your imagination will be the limit. Bro be the best in your career, take mentorship or choose someone as your guide, slog day and night fail, learn and repeat and be so successful that one day, they would feel ashamed of letting you down.Even Rajesh Khanna said”Kuch to log kahenge, logon kaam hai kehna”.Game animators have worthy career They dont deserve to occupy your brain my guy, they are horrible human beings , u are better than them . Be the one you want to be and noone can tell you otherwise , i wish you a great career ahead
People do that all the Texas Longhorns We’re In 2024 College Football Playoff Bound Helmet Shirt and by the same token and time especially at the wedding. And no matter how innocent you were you are going to get hurt so I believe the best option is to avoid these people by giving the lie they want to listen to. Tell them u wanna be a doctor/engineer and ignore them. The only people who need to know the truth are your parents and they are the only ones who should accept it no one else. VFX student here. A common person in India would not understand what you want to do with your life. Tbh they don’t even understand these “science” jobs either, they just think it’s glamorous to be in the science field. My parents themselves don’t understand what I study or what my job is going to be. But they’re supportive enough to let me choose my path. And honestly they are the people that matter: your parents. Nobody else matters. These uncles and aunties won’t question my choices because I know how to shut them down. And you should start to learn that as well, even if you have to be disrespectful. The fact that this aunty hit you has to be dealt with seriously but idk if you have the means to do it. First step to achieving your dream is to understand that you don’t have any control over others and their opinion, but also, they don’t matter.
Some information about Texas Longhorns We’re In 2024 College Football Playoff Bound Helmet Shirt
An economy doesn’t run on those alone and neither does a country. You need people in all sorts of roles for a healthy economy. What were your parents doing when this ruckus was going on? You need to name drop all of these stupid fuckers to your parents. OP, follow your passion. It’s ok to take guidance from your parents and it is absolutely okay for your parents to give their opinions (obviously even they cannot slap you, it’s wrong), but ultimately, it should be up to YOU. These people have absolutely no right to assault you and get away with it. Learn to stand up for yourself. You should’ve called your parents instead of letting them walk over you. They did it once, you let them do it to you and they WILL do it again. Wtf dude. How tf did they dare to slap you? Where were your parents? I hope you told them at the Texas Longhorns We’re In 2024 College Football Playoff Bound Helmet Shirt and by the same token and moment. This riles me up tbh. What are they? Some superior shitty people who think they know everything just because they were born a few years before. These bunch of assholes know more about you than you. Wow! Just wow. I’m so sorry you had to go through this.
This is horrible behaviour. I do not advertise violence but this aunty needed a slap back. Please tell your parents and if they try the Texas Longhorns We’re In 2024 College Football Playoff Bound Helmet Shirt and by the same token and oh they are elders and they know better bullshit. Just tell them next time you won’t come and tell them if they don’t do anything, rather resort to their way. Again I’m so sorry these idiots treated you this way. Also yes right science is everything and finance and economics was scooped out of their ass. I hate hate such people. I’d be spittin filth and throwing punches after that interaction. I’m from Sri Lanka and this is like a very common scenario in here as well. Fking old goobers has no idea of the current world. Bro stand up to urself coz no one will if u have a dream and ur good at it go for it no matter what(after uve considered the pros and cons of it obv) Also i cannot comprehend how can anyone slap u for choosing a career they have no idea about u should absolutely tell ur parents about it if u r comfortable enough.Parents might not get thier kids pov but they should know that someone slapped you when they had no right to. U got this bro dont let anyone bring you down. You can dm if u need someone to talk to i am literally the unlicensed therapist of my frnds group.Cheers!! Say that you wanna open up an aimation company, they wont look down on you for that. You need to find the mid ground when dealing wid such narrow minded people.
What were your parents up to? If you’ve got evidence or witnesses, the Texas Longhorns We’re In 2024 College Football Playoff Bound Helmet Shirt and by the same token and police might actually consider filing an assault case against a minor. If you’re all about self-defense, screaming about her actions in public would have been a better move. Let’s face it, some Indians act like jerks in private, but in public, they miraculously transform into model citizens. Someone slapped you and what bothers you is their orthodox thinking? How old are you? Did you tell your parents about it once you came back home? Should have slapped back. Your self respect >>> anybody. Don’t let anyone slap you are anything. You doing need to sit and argue with them Oh my god! How can she slap you?? Like literally slapped or like playfully but in a sarcastic way she tried to slap?? I mean it’s just unbelievable that someone can slap someone else’s kid like that??
Welcome to the Texas Longhorns We’re In 2024 College Football Playoff Bound Helmet Shirt and by the same token and club!! Be strong and a cut throat renegade bruh!! It will help you to man up…. I faced the same as I wanted to be a professional photographer. It’s Indian Culture… I never liked the orthodox society norms or rules… Back in my childhood, I was sexually assaulted for months. I was forced & compared at every point of my life… even marriage… I even tried to commit suicide couple of days before my marriage…. no one cared… I am on the verge of a divorce… did anyone bother about what I was going through… naah… Either accept it or leave it and chase your dreams… fck the sick society… I did a B.Tech, a MBA, a MS, worked as a IT/BA Analyst, Consultant, Researcher but still I do maintain my siderole as a Photographer…I get lot of compliments for my photography skills… as that’s what I ever wanted to be… I love it… Passion is never attracted to money, but it does attract a lot of money… someday i will leave it all and concentrate solely on Photography… I don’t give a fck what society thinks about me… There are a bunch of nutjob engineers, doctors, data scientists, management consultants, lawyers, IT professionals and ISB/IIT/IIM d**kheads who potray themselves to be the top dogs. In reality they ain’t… Don’t drink the koolaid… !! Man Up and be a real gangsta in your line of work… all the very best!!
As a 3D artist who is pursuing this path over software engineering and a cushy job at a bug tech company. Fuck. Them do what you want not what they want to see you do. Its your life and choices learn to live with independently As someone who is studying an animation degree, I would suggest detaching yourself from snarky remarks that will be thrown at you from many directions. Truth is these people don’t understand or comprehend the Texas Longhorns We’re In 2024 College Football Playoff Bound Helmet Shirt and by the same token and scope of animation as a career and only believe in academics. It’s really shitty that your relatives are such dungballs, but these are the same people who start sucking up to you when you start to thrive in such a profession. How many are kids here? People say a whole lot of things, not everything has to be taken personally, I don’t know what y’all will do when you actually enter the corporate world. Yeah people are like that in this country, most people are completely clueless about career opportunities one can have, ignore and move on. Also find it hard to believe you actually got slapped in front of everyone and nobody did anything.
If you really become an animator I will be happy for you brother, I also wanted to be game dev but for job opportunity I left it and now no turning back, it is really rare to do what you love and survive on that financially moreover if u r from humble background Personal opinion so don’t think much about it but don’t take science if you don’t wish to and if you don’t have to. And even if you did you can always change your stream but honestly four year of college struggling ain’t fun. Patience. Just wait for one of their kids to elope and marry the Texas Longhorns We’re In 2024 College Football Playoff Bound Helmet Shirt and by the same token and girl they actually love out of their caste. Then watch them dissolve out of family functions. PS- I don’t condone any of these behavioral patterns. It’s just the sorry state of affairs in these times. CCTV aunties rule the world with their husbands.
It does sound sad but Are you sure the Texas Longhorns We’re In 2024 College Football Playoff Bound Helmet Shirt and by the same token and exact same sequence of events happened IRL? Too much TV type action.. how old are you to be ‘slapped’ by aunties in weddings? Animation is a very rewarding career OP. Its not just about making cartoons. Its about creating advertisements, educational content, movies, banners, flyers, product manuals, brochures, video games and many more. Follow your path. These fucktards are everywhere. Don’t let you down because of them. Once you become a big animator, just humiliate them the same way. Sometimes relatives speak whatever they want just because you are jobless and not earning anything. They take liberty of the fact that you have no value in society. How old were you that you let her slap you. Don’t hit back but atleast hold her hand and prevent it from hitting your face. screw them bro, uncles and aunties are still living in 80s when the only thing out there was “IIT/Engineering”. they are as irrelevant as furniture. forget about them, Dont think of taking revenge, as of now when they dont see u successful they will tont you once you are successful they may find something else to tont you or may move-on They come from a world where science jobs have shown success, they won’t be able to digest that NIFT graduates also make 2 lakhs per month these days
Do animation, it’s a very high paying field and is going to boom as we enter the Texas Longhorns We’re In 2024 College Football Playoff Bound Helmet Shirt and by the same token and virtual reality era. Someone needs to make the VR assets SPOILER:DON’T SKIP THIS FOR GOD SAKE WHY DO YOU PEOPLE ASK FOR PERMISSION FOR WHAT YOU WANT FROM LIFE AND ALSO YOU TAKE ADVICE FROM THOSE PEOPLE WHO DONT HAVE ANY SYMPATHY FOR YOU.IF YOUR SOUL TELLS YOU TO CHOOSE A PARTUCULAR CAREER PATH THAT IS NOT ILLEGAL ,THAT IS NOT WRONG THEN WHY DO YOU SEEK PERMISSION FOR OTHERS Hang on… an aunty slapped a highschool boy in a wedding, in front of hundreds of other guests, with the boy’s parents present, leaving him in tears? This could totally be a saas-bahu serial plot, but as an IRL incident I find it extremely hard to believe. Because if one really wants to slap someone, attempting to do it in public would be a foolhardy thing to do. All that said, being talked down to absolutely sucks. Especially by drunk good-for-nothing uncles. But no one in history has ever achieved even a little of their dreams without growing a damn thick skin. In OP’s case, he also needs to learn some basic grammar and spelling, they’re atrocious.
You should tell your family. Wtf??? What sort of a-ho*** are they thinking they can slap a minor??? Is your family okay with your choice? If they’re fine with it you have nothing to worry about. To be honest, I don’t know how job opportunities will work out in India…as long as you are able to be part of some animation studio I think you would be fine job opportunities wise but I think you will know better than I do. I would also recommend not meeting your father’s colleagues anymore if there is any event you could ask to stay back at home. Living right my Texas Longhorns We’re In 2024 College Football Playoff Bound Helmet Shirt and by the same token and ass. I was one of these guys who lived life right according to my parents and relatives. When I joined a small startup instead of Msft they mocked me and said that I am wasting my pedigree and slandered me and told my mom to pray to god to give me street smartness. They also mocked me for marrying a woman from a different state and different religion.
There is a point at everyone’s life where they should do what they want to do. The earlier they do it its the Texas Longhorns We’re In 2024 College Football Playoff Bound Helmet Shirt and by the same token and better. People who say hard work beats passion have not seen how much passion can drive hard work. In long run passion is an absolute necessary for a good and satisfied life. I know folks who listened to their parents and did MS and then PhD and then joined an org which used them as data analysts. Stagnant personally as well as professionally. OP I am an Automotive Designer. I have worked for two MNC s and have got my designs out in the market. Like you there were people including my family and my friends who doubted me. Tomorrow when all their IT educated zombies kids are depressed and sad because of lack of jobs you will be laughing. Chin up . Work hard. Everything set. Don’t worry. Animation is hard but if you love it just do it.
Reality is that when you don’t tell to anybody what you wants from life and dedicated to yourself to one particular goal then you become a successful person AND THIS THE VERY TIME WHEN YOU SEE YOUR RELATIVES’ REAL FACE.If they literally have a sympathy for you they teach you to not choose this path but their language clearly SMELLS to me that they just want to show SUPERIORITY in front of you. WTF is wrong with you OP? Do you know how much science has gone behind animation?? Literally the Texas Longhorns We’re In 2024 College Football Playoff Bound Helmet Shirt and by the same token and entire fields of cryptography, blockchain, machine learning/AI has been made possible by hardware that was built basically to render graphics and support animators. Stop being stupid OP. Start studying because you’re a duffer. You could have literally shredded them all if you knew animation top to bottom. Stop being an ass, get off your ass and bloody throw yourself at animation starting NOW. Those drunkards are stupid af and you better not be below or at their level of non-intellect. I know you’re getting a lot of consolation, but real shit, and it’ll get you far in life and to be honest not get you depressed,
It doesn’t matter what people say, you don’t need to respond. You need to show. If you confront every person who laughs at you, you’ll be miserable. Life is literally everyone you trust, slowly break it, barring a very few, that’s why most old people have small circles. People who don’t know you will laugh at you, people who know you will laugh behind you. Trust like 5 others apart from your parents in your life +/- 3. And even then don’t let their opinions get you down. Bro how do you tolerate someone slapping you just for your career choices??? Just reading this I am furious and god knows what would I have done if I would have been in your shoes. You should start being a little rude!!! I literally would have taught them a lesson to the Texas Longhorns We’re In 2024 College Football Playoff Bound Helmet Shirt and by the same token and point that they’ll never try to demoralize anyone again for the rest of their lives! Welcome to India. Where everyone is not only sticking their nose everywhere, they have the gall to lecture you on each and everything
Follow your passion. Don’t let those people bring you down and definitely don’t let them get in your head. I went through a similar experience. I passed over a good package job for a fresher which just software development and took a low paying job in game dev. My main reason to do this because i knew i wouldn’t last long at the Texas Longhorns We’re In 2024 College Football Playoff Bound Helmet Shirt and by the same token and software development job since my passion has been gaming and animation and i wanted to be in that field. Tell your parents about the slapping incident. Hopefully your parents are understanding and will take some action at least. And support you to follow your dreams. I feel so bad for you. Also slapping a 16 17 yo for absolutely no reason in front of so many people is mad. You shouldn’t have left without making a scene and demanding a proper apology. If it makes you feel any better. Tell your parents and get that apology out of her
Not supporting what they did.. but animator as a job isnt gonna be there for long . AI will take over. So move on kid, find something else Bro, I chose a career in game development when there was no scope for it in India, getting 20-30k in a game studio was a dream job, my relatives were making fun of and were trying to steer me in the Texas Longhorns We’re In 2024 College Football Playoff Bound Helmet Shirt and by the same token and “right” direction. I earn more than all their sons and daughters now and have a better work life balance than any of them too. Keep believing in yourself, whatever you want to do, do it with full passion, you’ll go miles with that attitude. This anger should fuel your interest and passion and answer them with your progress in life that it feel should be tight slap on their face. Forget them, they’re from the ancient Jurassic era. Go after what you want and your passion. Focus on that, their words and thoughts are meaningless to you.
My cousin was a medical animator at AIIMS. She used to animate surgeries and stuff for research. And at weddings she would just tell everyone she works at AIIMS. So dw, you’ll get to figuratively slap those people later in life Fortunately 30 years after I was told not to bother I remembered I don’t need my mother’s approval to be a poet I was born a poet successful or not I will at least now die a published poet. We are here to support you!!! I don’t know what they think….. Do they even know where the Texas Longhorns We’re In 2024 College Football Playoff Bound Helmet Shirt and by the same token and art work and animated movies that they watch come from? They are from a different generation their way of thinking is different. It makes sense what they are saying but follow your passion do what you like.
