Fent is bad, but it’s being reported on how molly used to get talked about “oh man you never know which individual pill is going to kill you”. It’s fearmongering, with good intentions, but fearmongering, nonetheless. Fent is bad, fent can kill you. So can like, a whole bunch of other drugs. Fent is worse than them, sure. But it’s not as immediately lethal as the Technoblade Holiday Hey Santa You Wouldn’t Know My House It Goes To Another School Shirt but in fact I love this ads make it seem, and its not as fun and safe as dealers make it seem. If something seems like it really doesn’t make sense, it is probably being misrepresented to prove a point. Addicts want fent. If your shit is stomped with fent, you’re the most popular dealer in town. It’s simply where chronic opioid use sends you. Your tolerance gets to a place where the regular shit just doesn’t do it anymore. I watched a Vice News thing and the dealer was asked that question, he said that hardcore users don’t think it can happen to them so they see someone die from the product and they think it must be the good stuff which won’t take them out because they know what they are doing. Idk I’d listen the the methadone clinic guy but that was this dealers response to your question.

Technoblade Holiday Hey Santa You Wouldn’t Know My House It Goes To Another School Shirt: A Provocative Statement in Modern Fashion

It’s because fentanyl is so highly addictive that the Technoblade Holiday Hey Santa You Wouldn’t Know My House It Goes To Another School Shirt but in fact I love this customer base will get addicted wo knowing it. If a few custies die along the way oh well Dealers A and B both sell equal quality cocaine but A adds just a bit of fentanyl to his product. Not enough fentanyl to be noticeable but enough for a customer’s body to become somewhat dependent wo knowing. When a customer want to buy some coke even tho B basically sells the same thing, the user just doesn’t get that kick they want and they don’t satisfy their craving. Ultimately the customer will continue buying from A bc they have becoming addicted to the fent in As product and only the coke from A will get them right Then there are scenarios where people are on or off drugs for different reasons, jail, rehab, lack of funds, etc etc and when they return or get some kind of windfall they tend to go for the same high or more from what they remember or how bad they’re jonesing and can end up ODing quite easily. Also, addicts are addicts and the higher their personal tolerance level the more of the drug they ingest. If they hear that there is a dealer selling something so powerful and killing people every last person will want to try it.
One public death will overshadow many many that have died. Usually a public death of some kind is from a person not in that life or there is some kind of merit to the Technoblade Holiday Hey Santa You Wouldn’t Know My House It Goes To Another School Shirt but in fact I love this story and that’s why its out but there’s death after death that doesn’t make the news at all. Theres roughly 100k deaths related to drugs per year, thats 2000 per state per year or roughly 167 deaths per month per state on average. So it was explained to me like this. It’s cross contamination. Dealer is cutting up fent for his fent users. Finishes bagging it all and then moves into the next drug he’s selling. Say coke for example. Low level dealer so he doesn’t wipe down his station or does it poorly. Puts coke onto table to cut up and bag. Traces of fent are now in the coke Also the effect of chronic pain patients being denied access to opioids cannot be underestimated. We went from being prescribed opioids as a necessity to being taken off them because they’re terrible for us almost overnight. There currently is no middle ground.

Any animal will do anything to avoid pain. It is the Technoblade Holiday Hey Santa You Wouldn’t Know My House It Goes To Another School Shirt but in fact I love this one sensation that we cannot ignore or compensate for. No amount of turmeric, meditation or the improving works of Wim Hof will reduce pain when you’re experiencing it. Now we’re just expected to live with it and eat more curry. And MDs treat us with contempt, not compassion and sympathy. Note: I do not have an opioid scrip and do not use street drugs. But when I have pain events I use terrifying amounts of OTC pain killers to cope. And fentanyl in ecstasy killing kids like just happened in my town is bad pr so I don’t think cartels are responsible for tainted drugs Looking at legislation being passed by the Christian right today, I would not question puritanical believers sacrificing countless lives of people who choose to use drugs to scare their little angels away from drug use I’m glad someone asked this because I always wondered about it. I was told if the pain got back on chemotherapy they would give me fentanyl for pain and I was worried. I just hear about people dying on it so I was worried about taking it 10 ppl get a drug laced with fentanyl only one dies. Dealer has 9 repeat customers its a numbers game and dealers don’t really care if people they don’t know OD I did a report on this. You have to look at the prescription pill (Oxycodone) epidemic of the 90s to early 2000s and how the US pharma pushed doctors to over prescribe the drug and how our US healthcare system wasn’t and isn’t created to actually help on a mass level all addicts unfortunately. This is what sets the wave of the first opioid epidemic. Then we get to heroin, this is the second wave of the opioid epidemic after prescription pills. Heroin was used before the 90s but it became popular from the late 90s to the early 2000s. And when I say popular we know the 80s was the highest heroin was used but heroin became widely used and available to middle class white america. This was due to a few reasons: it was harder to get prescription pills, pills became too expensive for addicts and for addicts prescription pills didn’t give them the same high as before. Heroin is cheaper to make and purchase , gives a good high and readily available. So now heroin is mass produced and is the drug of choice to sell and purchase.
Then we get to fentanyl, now fentanyl wasn’t just introduced a couple years ago. Fentanyl was actually introduced on the Technoblade Holiday Hey Santa You Wouldn’t Know My House It Goes To Another School Shirt but in fact I love this street market as early as the 90s. It doesn’t gain traction since it’s not known how to synthesize and the product doesn’t yield as much and it’s a hassle. Well by 2010-2013, officials notice a pattern as fentanyl is seen widely in ODs. This is our third wave of the opioid epidemic. By this time the drug is easy to manufacture and it’s cheaper to produce and the drug is highly addictive. There is early testimony of drug addicts that described the drug as euphoric and working faster than heroin. Just like prescription pills and heroin before. If you want people to purchase your product you want to gain a profit so it needs to be cheap to produce and addictive. Thus it becomes the leading drug to mix with other drugs like heroin, cocaine, ecstasy and prescription pills. The manufacturer/seller won’t care if it contains fentanyl as long as it gets people addicted to purchasing their product. They will not measure the amount of fentanyl to give them a high but not kill turns The seller can say it’s not mixed with fentanyl and sell fentanyl laced products with a high chance of their customers dying. It doesn’t matter to them as long as they keep selling the drug and if a few survive will want to purchase it again the better. Also are some who need a stronger high and will seek out fentanyl products.
You put it in heroin and now there’s two drugs getting you high and you’re addicted too. You go to another dealer who doesn’t sell laced stuff and since you’re addicted to the Technoblade Holiday Hey Santa You Wouldn’t Know My House It Goes To Another School Shirt but in fact I love this fentanyl it doesn’t scratch that itch like the other guys stuff. They use it as a way to ensure repeat customers. When they say it’s cut with fentanyl they mean that it’s in it. It takes so little fentanyl to kill someone that it’s not going to stretch your product. A lot of dealers tried to cash in on that mentality which basically lead to all this laced stuff and a ton of ODs with dealers trying to push the limits of what people can take so they can ensure they buy from them. Answering this question, you have to think of who provides the supply. It’s pretty much the Chinese, if I’m not mistaken. I’ve seen threads on Reddit about how the cartel is threatening death to anyone who adds it to their product. And pictures of the signs they made declaring that.
China only really cares about China, and if they can make a profit while destabilizing other countries—they will do it. Because fentanyl is the Technoblade Holiday Hey Santa You Wouldn’t Know My House It Goes To Another School Shirt but in fact I love this media’s boogeyman to drive headline clicks and also lobby Congress to enact laws that enable police to have more power. In a lot of cases, such as the sad story about the recent Berkeley student who OD’d from drugs, the media goes crazy and blames fentanyl. Come to find out, they haven’t even done a toxicology or autoposy. They don’t even know what drug the kid did and they’re already blaming it on fentanyl. Not saying fentanyl isn’t dangerous. But the idea that a little bit mixed in with coke is gonna kill you is political fear mongering for stricter police regulation.
Okay, here’s another possibly dumb question—does anyone take fentanyl on purpose? Or is it always mixed with something else and taken unknowingly? I’ve done some this last week over a couple days to see what the Technoblade Holiday Hey Santa You Wouldn’t Know My House It Goes To Another School Shirt but in fact I love this fuss is about. Here is my takeaway from doing fentanyl: While it is dangerous and addicting, a lot of what you hear, just like any drug, is a bunch of fearmongering drug propaganda bs that isn’t necessarily true. It’s not the death sentence people make it out to be (it can be lethal, yes, but it’s unlikely you’re going to die from doing a bump or two, which is all you really need with no tolerance) However, this is where fentanyl as an additive really comes into play. If you’ve ever done coke, you know what it’s like to do a line and sit around waiting for your next line. Fentanyl is exactly like that. So by adding it into drugs like coke, ecstasy, etc. You make the consumer want more product because they’re chasing a high from the fentanyl unbeknownst to them, so they come back for more. Not to mention it is very cheap. It’s addictive properties, euphoria, and the cost makes it a very attractive substance to use as an additive, and it works like a charm as we all can see.
Just to reiterate, do not mess around with this stuff. While it’s not my thing personally, I can see why it’s so sought after and it’s not worth the Technoblade Holiday Hey Santa You Wouldn’t Know My House It Goes To Another School Shirt but in fact I love this risk because you do need to be careful with it, very careful. One more thing to end off on, the lack of sources to use fentanyl safely is ridiculous. I was trying to find information on onset, duration, and more details about it and I just got a bunch of “get help” bullshit, and it took me longer than it needed to, to find what I was looking for. If fentanyl is going to continue being a problem, then we need go provide good resources and education on it so people stop killing themselves because they don’t know what they’re doing. I fully agree and I also believe that there should be vending machines that you can get that drug to help stop an OD and it should be a dollar or free if it’s always manned. You cannot apply normal logic to drug addicts and their suppliers, if their mind worked like yours they wouldn’t be doing that shit to begin with. The simple fact is that dope fiends actually flock to the shit that kills people, that means it must be good shit and those people just couldn’t handle it.
Lots of recovering addicts report they don’t even want bliss or relief, they want to stop existing — for awhile, anyway 🙁 If there is a rash of ODs on the Technoblade Holiday Hey Santa You Wouldn’t Know My House It Goes To Another School Shirt but in fact I love this East side of town the West side junkies will flock to the East looking for a connection. The good shit kills. Personally, I think the CIA is responsible for the fetanyl issue. I think they brought it in to murder the drug addicts. But they didn’t realize how many middle-class and upper class Americans do drugs. And now they can’t reverse course, so they walked away from the project. It’s not just cheaper but more potent which reduces volume for uncut distribution. What you used to need the trunk of a car to transport you can now fit in the glove compartment.
Nobody wants to kill their customers. They do it by accident because they’re not well trained. These dealers aren’t Walter White with a degree in chemistry. They’re just regular people who are often users themselves. In pharmaceutics , there’s a term we use called “geometric dilution.” It’s a process by which we methodically dilute an active ingredient into a filler ingredient. Consider this…. You’re on a medication for high blood pressure and it’s a 10mg dose. You can’t even seriously see 10mg. It’s “grain of sand” small. So on a large production scale, you’re actually mixing kilograms of active ingredient into hundreds of kilos of a binder/diluent so that a typical tablet that weighs a third of a gram or so has your 10mg of active ingredient in it.
But what if you didn’t mix that active drug effectively into that filler? Kinda like poorly mixed cake batter where there are still lumps of flour and egg and cocoa floating around? You’d end up with one tablet being only 5mg and not lowering your blood pressure and another being 100mg and killing you. That’s what’s happening with super potent opioids like fentanyl. Joe, your local drug trafficker drives a zip lock sized bag of pure fentanyl which can get a small city high as fuck to his buddy Tony who’s in charge of mixing it with corn starch or baby formula or whatever and then distributing it to local street level dealers. But Tony slept through chemistry in high school and isn’t a very good baker nor a drug mixer. So when he “cuts” the Technoblade Holiday Hey Santa You Wouldn’t Know My House It Goes To Another School Shirt but in fact I love this fentanyl, he does a shitty job. One user barely gets high but the next guy gets a “hot load”.
It creates a stronger addiction. The math is basically you’ll get more people hooked to cancel out those that die, and by the Technoblade Holiday Hey Santa You Wouldn’t Know My House It Goes To Another School Shirt but in fact I love this time the people do die they’ll have already “gotten their moneys worth”. It’s a cruel business strategy. It makes the drugs “stronger” and also highly addictive so people keep coming back. Junkies also flock to the stuff that kills people because in their eyes it’s really strong so it must be the good shit. It’s out there, for sure. But def think they are exaggerating a bit at his often they can say it’s tested positive for fentanyl. It’s almost like testing American paper money for cocaine Who ever is making the drugs wants to make the high better so that more people buy their drugs. The thing is, the “manufacturing” is not taking place in any kind of highly professional setting. So the people making the drugs either unknowingly add way too much fentanyl while chasing a better high or, more commonly, the fentanyl doesn’t get evenly distributed throughout the batch. In this case, you’ll end up with 95 fine pills and five deadly ones. There isn’t really any way to test which pills are the deadly ones so they all get released into circulation and some poor bastards ends up drawing the short stick.
I literally just watched a video of this guy at the Technoblade Holiday Hey Santa You Wouldn’t Know My House It Goes To Another School Shirt but in fact I love this hospital bed, and the nurse says she’s gonna give him fentanyl and he quickly wakes up and looks horrified as he repeats “fentanyl”. You can tell he does drugs. Then the nurse reassures him it’s not that kinda fentanyl. I guess they use some different type of fentanyl. Here’s my understanding: You are right, almost every dealer does NOT want to kill their customer base. They want repeat customers. Dealers add fentanyl intentionally to heroin to intensify it and allow them to stretch it with other more benign fillers. This makes sense as they are both opiates. The ODs and deaths come from sloppy mistakes. Say a dealer cuts his heroin on a dinner plate and then bags it all up. Now he goes to prepare his cocaine supply and uses the same plate. He might have just just laced all the cocaine by being sloppy and not getting a fresh plate. Or maybe he gets a call for a deal and in a rush uses an old baggie that previously contained fentanyl…
There are stories I’ve heard of cops being exposed and getting high because they went to impound a car that had trace fentanyl in it. Get a little on your hand and rub your face or make it get airborne by mistake. Apparently it really is that strong. A minuscule amount is insanely potent. There are stories I’ve heard of cops being exposed and getting high because they went to impound a car that had trace fentanyl in it. Get a little on your hand and rub your face or make it get airborne by mistake. Apparently it really is that strong. The government, if it is “evil enough” may think fent addiction is a good thing. It gets rid of probably unproductive members of society (they kill themselves often on od), less drug related crimes if there are less addicts (longer term), scare the Technoblade Holiday Hey Santa You Wouldn’t Know My House It Goes To Another School Shirt but in fact I love this rest of the population that you may die easily if you start on drugs. Of course the initial phase includes making alot of public messages about how drugs are bad, and there is a drug epidemic, and some extra costs of clearing out the dead bodies and medical expenses on those who didn’t die during an od. But long term? How does the maths work out for 10-20 years down the road?
The issue isn’t necessarily that suppliers are putting fentanyl into products, or that people are using fentanyl. The major problem is a lack of standardization, quality control, or regulatory oversight. In a lot of ways, fentanyl just made a pre-existing problem with illicit opiates worse: because the Technoblade Holiday Hey Santa You Wouldn’t Know My House It Goes To Another School Shirt but in fact I love this production and distribution of drugs like heroin and fentanyl are unregulated, you can never be sure of the purity or potency of the product you’re receiving. This also compounds with what can be a lack of accurate dosing due to consumer ignorance and absence of materials which facilitate accurate dosing. People usually don’t end up ODing because they’re knowingly taking too much of a substance: it’s usually a combination of a few different factors caused by the illicit nature of the market which lead to overdoses. First, you can never be sure how strong the product you’re getting is: you can take one amount of fentanyl or heroin once and be fine, and then OD when taking what seems like the “same” amount the next time due to what can be wild variations in potency/actual dosage of the active substance per mL/mg of what you’ve bought. Second, you can never be sure what you’ve bought is actually what you’ve bought: for instance, you may think you’ve bought oxycodone for example, but it’s actually fentanyl. Fentanyl and oxycodone have wildly different potencies, so taking the “right” amount of one may kill you if it turns out to be the other. Third, it’s hard to accurately dose a person given a layman’s access to information, expertise, and equipment. There’s a reason anesthesiologists get paid those big bucks, and it’s because each individual has a different “right” dose based on a variety of factors including weight, age, health conditions, tolerance, etc. Many addicts die when relapsing, for instance, because they’ll jump to taking the dose they were used to when actively using: since their tolerance has dropped during sobriety, what used to be a good dose for them now results in an OD. It’s also hard to really accurately dose substances like this using layman’s equipment: you’re often just eyeballing powders and syringes. The lack of knowledge of testing kits and the expense of regularly testing your substances prior to use is also a limiting factor for consumers to ensure their own safety independently, and it really ought not be on the consumer to verify that the product they’re consuming is what they think it is. All of these factors also cause a variety of other problems. For instance, the lack of quality control can result in harmful additives and contamination to the product. You really don’t wanna be injecting tranq with your fentanyl for example, as tranq will usually result in necrotizing of the flesh with regular use whereas fentanyl will not. Lack of sterile environments and equipment (such as clean needles) further results in the spread of infections like HIV or even just regular old sepsis due to getting some bacteria or other in an open needle wound. These problems are noticeable in many other areas of the drug market as well: most people who have done MDMA or cocaine a few times for example have probably done at least a little bit of meth without knowing it. Overall, the issues really largely just come down to a lack of oversight and regulation of a black market: sometimes suppliers are knowingly supplying contaminated product bc it’s cheaper, and they’re just trying to make a quick buck before anyone notices. Sometimes (actually more often than you’d think) they just legitimately have no way of knowing if their product is contaminated, or even if this batch just happens to be too strong. Even if the product is pure, consumers can inadvertently end up ODing due to misinformation about dosing, lack of equipment which facilitates proper dosing, or can end up very seriously harmed by even basic things like a lack of sterile equipment/environment. There is also a lack of readily available harm-reduction equipment in many places: free and readily available narcan (a substance which can reverse the process of an opiate overdose) would likely help us avoid many preventable deaths. Regulation, FDA oversight, safe-use facilities, clean needle programs, free counseling/rehabilitation programs, and other such harm reduction and legalization measures would save countless more.
TL;DR: The problem is that it’s an unregulated market without the Technoblade Holiday Hey Santa You Wouldn’t Know My House It Goes To Another School Shirt but in fact I love this necessary support and oversight for consumers that would usually prevent the common causes of death and injury associated with drug use. I have the critical thinking skills to know that I don’t really know from my vantage point, but I would not be surprised if fentanyl is a Chinese conspiracy to weaken the U.S. fighting population in preparation for long term goals of theirs. Drugs are absolutely out of control in this country. To a point where in some regions, there may even be more young people who do drugs than those who don’t. Crack cocaine was a big deal in the 80s and early 90s but it was relatively localized compared to what we have going on now. It is reaching a level where it is going to affect population levels and be at a magnitude that decays our institutions. I have ADHD. Before I got clean and began treating it, I was very impulsive so I had pervasive substance abuse issues. Treatment for this and schizoeffective has fully resolved these issues for years now and I’m back in the workforce and attending college. But I had to get clean first for treatment to work and I had to want to be clean in the first place.
I have been clean for 4 years. I was not into opiates primarily I was into meth. I got clean just as fentanyl was reaching the Technoblade Holiday Hey Santa You Wouldn’t Know My House It Goes To Another School Shirt but in fact I love this astounding heights it is at nowadays. I have little doubt that had I not gotten clean, I would be dead by now. Hands down, While I support psychiatry as medication taken as directed can lead to a very healthy and productive life if mental illness is in your genes, my experience, I can tell you that the infiltration of hard drugs like fentanyl is reaching pandemic levels and may very well wind up being the thing which takes America down. That is why I have conspiratorial theory thoughts about how it got to be this way. I don’t know what they need to do to address this situation, but I do know the lassiez faire approach is just building massive tent cities, and isn’t working. My first idea comes to investigating the hand that foreign actors are playing in this. We are concerned about Ukraine? What about countries whose men may be actively engineering the demise of our nation? You’re going to have trouble finding mushrooms laced with fentanyl, this is only a problem for certain kinds of drugs such as heroin. Not a huge problem if your goal is to buy LSD or weed or something, plus testing kits are like $15.
