These are the Teach them to be kind shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this rantings of boomers brainwashed into hating the youth, the sick, anyone not them. All wrapped up in a blanket of them wanking themselves silly over how tough and resilient they are – the group that have been having a decade long mental breakdown because one mixed race man got elected as president. Every company is working a skeleton crew. Imagine if even 5-10% of your company suddenly strikes. Be that change. I’m concerned about the future generations also. All they see these days from older people (I am a baby boomer) is judgment and hate. What they hear is work, work, work, and work some more to make someone else rich. People 50 and over have had it pretty good through their work years. Face some real facts about the hurdles that younger people face. I hate that age discrimination only applies to people over 40. We got Boomers loudly proclaiming that they avoid hiring us “children” constantly and this is just… acceptable??

It’s going to be a bloody nightmare when the Teach them to be kind shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this older staff retires and they don’t have any younger staff with experience. I had a semi-similar experience about 11 years ago when I was 15 and working for “Old McDonalds Burgers”. One of my best friends had passed away in a car crash earlier that day, so I called the store 2.5 hours before my shift saying that I had lost someone close to me and wouldn’t be coming in. Store manager essentially said okay, I’ll find someone to cover you. 11 days later, I was complaining about him to my other best friend, so he creeped on his Facebook and found this amazing post. I had a screenshot in an old Google drive that I no longer have access too, but I remember exactly what it said word for word to this day.
