My BF says he has to have air blowing on him all the time. I sleep under the covers, he sleeps nude, no sheets, nothing, just him and the fan. My husband doesn’t like the fan, I do. I just…aim it at myself and not him? Is that not something you can do? Wife and I have the same issue, I wake up in sweats without a fan and she can’t sleep with it on. Our ‘compromise’ is to turn down the AC a few degrees every night. It’s a waste of energy, and I still wake up hot, but it’s better than sleeping in two different rooms. Her comment however… if she reacts that way continiously over minor disagreements then that’s emotional abuse. YNW, but if a partner said that to me I’d simply move on.
