Right now there is one system trying to completely move the STRAW HAT EYES Shirt it is in the first place but US to a fascist state. If you’re talking about US politics, there is no such thing as far left, and calling the democrats far left is itself right wing propaganda designed to normalize continuing to move towards the extreme right. This is one of the main problems with “centrism”. People often claim to be centrists and then parrot right wing talking points anyway. The other problem is that the Overton window in the US has shifted pretty far to the right. In most places in the world, the US democratic party would be considered center-right. So, if you’re right of that, you are pretty far right and not “centrist” in any real sense of the word. American centrists suck because their right is so right centrists get pulled into the “right wings who don’t want to be bothered with politics and disagree with other right wings on a couple of things” territory. Because modern centrism is merely far right extremists pretending to be centrists in order to make it seem like their corruption is normal.
