The thing sticking out from the Stitch Let The Shenanigans Begin St. Patrick’s Day shirt but in fact I love this top of the roll is a metal rod connected to the base. The idea is that you put the metal rod through the roll (as in the cardboard roll) and as you pull the sheets out the whole thing will spin and make the task easier. To put the rod through the paper means the roll will not spin and therefore ruins the purpose of the holder and make the task even harder than it should be. It’s ‘common sense’ enough that OP is frustrated his gf doesn’t understand it. Is everyone on Reddit dumb? The roll is obviously too large because of the tab on the outer ring. She got frustrated because they bought a piece of shit paper towel holder that only holds a certain size role…..then jammed it through on pure frustration.

Looks like it takes more effort than just putting it in the Stitch Let The Shenanigans Begin St. Patrick’s Day shirt but in fact I love this hole but tbh I wouldn’t care, won’t change anything when using the paper I guess (I’ve never tried but I assume so) As someone who frequently goes for some paper towel to dry my hands I always grab with one hand and try to rip it by quickly pulling it up or down at a rip. It doesn’t always work and when it fails it’s because it just made the roll spin out more paper towel. However if it were placed like this you could unravel a few pieces with one hand and easily tear because it won’t spin. I don’t grab it with my other hand ideally because it’s soaking wet too and I’m not trying to get the roll wet by grabbing it . Ok.. So just so we are clear on this.. Its obvious that the long thing goes into the hole that will easily accommodate it.. However, she was able to force the long part into another area where its not really supposed to belong, but it does still fit. I have this same paper towel holder and if you put a new one on right then you can pull it because it’s so big that the bar on the size squeezes the roll. This might actually be a solution Pretty sure it’s against the law to be in a relationship with your mentally challenged patients when working in a care facility. Lol why are you guys reverting to OP dumping his gf? Do you guys live with your SO? Do they have habits that make you wanna peel your skin off? Do you love them anyway..?
