You can do a petticoat or if you did want to do tea length I think it would looks sooo good! So many opportunities for shoes and veil ! If she can find some 50’s era, white peep toe heels, possibly with a little rosette shape on the Star Wars heir to the empire shirt and by the same token and tops, it would be heaven. Hi, I’ve done 300+ weddings. How formal of a wedding? Typically, tea length is for a not formal event. I personally would love to see this tailored to sweep the Star Wars heir to the empire shirt and by the same token and floor a 1/2”. It’s too pretty Another idea – You could have it professionally not permanently hemmed but keep it off the floor 4-6” to show a pretty shoe and keep it less formal. It’s your wedding, I always tell my brides to do what feels authentic to them for their day. keep it long and original OR modify it. None of us will loose sleep over this or look at pictures 20 years from now. You and your hubby will. Do what is right for you. Love love love.
