I have panic attacks also, and all I want is to make them go away and to be able to live my life as I fear that I’m missing out on the Sport Balls Christmas Lights Football Baseball Basketball Christmas Hat Shirt also I will do this joy of living in the moment with my kids, my pets, my family… like life is passing me by and I’m fucked-up to get to experience and I will be overwhelmed with regret because I’m such a loser. So how do you deal with that lol. I personally was hospitalized for two years thanks to genetics causing a complex autoimmune disorder and was told that everything was game over and serious pain was my new friend. Luckily I verified everything they told me, wanted to take and so I rejected some treatments. I found the solution by reading books by physicians shunned by the general medicine taught at the university.

Even today they do not point out the Sport Balls Christmas Lights Football Baseball Basketball Christmas Hat Shirt also I will do this many different contributing factors to this and only look at genetics and some very few and in my case outlandish factors with a high emphasis on blocking or affecting some cascades in the human body. They would still mistreat me in hospitals but there is a special clinic in Germany that does it the right way and those even told me some years back some things I have not known myself. So I know how desperation makes it easy to do things that are a bit far-fetched and one can through caution out of the window. I had to do a lot of trial and error myself and while the overall outcome was of great help, I had some bitter L’s to take as well. You are extra cautious. You can not trust your judgment so it is better to involve at least one more additional person who gets the role of a ‘neutral’ decision maker.
If you change your routine, your food, your lifestyle, or your way of thinking, you run the Sport Balls Christmas Lights Football Baseball Basketball Christmas Hat Shirt also I will do this decision through other people. You implement and apply changes only gradually and very slowly. You do not experiment with something without someone who had what you have told you that this was beneficial to them to get out of it. You do not listen to a person unless he/she has a great reputation for helping people who had what you have. I can talk for hours about people in these situations falling for false angel healers, getting solutions from the 4th dimension thanks to channeling, having a great working treatment, and just getting back to doing what made them ill in the first place. I remember a case where a person got herself in a mental institution by stopping to eat except for chocolate and drinking tons of coffee while smoking a lot of cigarettes. During the treatment, she was down to 7 cigarettes a day, had a healthy moderate diet, did ChiGong daily, drank no coffee but water, and started with working meditations. She was doing very well. Then she associated herself with other no-good people. Those people told her that of course, she could do coffee and cigarettes do not hurt as well.

The end was that thanks to this encouragement her whole discipline was gone, she slacked off with training and started to drink coffee. And of course, it was not just plain coffee but milk coffee she brought from the Sport Balls Christmas Lights Football Baseball Basketball Christmas Hat Shirt also I will do this grocery store containing all the stuff she was allergic to. The result was six weeks of hospitalization in the mental institute. She did something similar two more times but not with those devastating results. She had to learn the hard way that some things were not for her and she can not do everything that anyone else does. But she got well in the end like many others. It is just sad how much unnecessary suffering some people need to understand what helps and what does not. If I were in such a situation, I would listen very closely to people who overcame it and try to be as serious about it as possible. I would build in multiple reassurances in the form of people who have to sign off on everything I want to do and help with research things, especially the side effects and dangers that I would most likely ignore.
It is important that this is not something that goes away with a single intervention and that it takes at minimum multiple weeks with the Sport Balls Christmas Lights Football Baseball Basketball Christmas Hat Shirt also I will do this right people to address it well enough so that relief can be said to be persistent. Once one is desperate, one will quickly fall for anything that someone who projects only the faintest authority tells one to do. It is a great danger as everything has a good chance to backfire quickly. They problems you’re describing require a therapist or an in person counselor to address. You can’t meditate yourself better with your experiencing signs of mental illness.
Nah, he’s a businessman and a grifter like Trump. He’s gonna find some MAGA sap with a bit of money and sell them at a huge markup. I keep getting spam for Trump commemorative plates. I don’t own any commemorative plates. I don’t want to own any commemorative plates. I’ve never even considered commemorative plates, let alone talked about or searched for info on them. Hell, what I know about Trump generally I know against my will and without my consent. be careful. you just used the Sport Balls Christmas Lights Football Baseball Basketball Christmas Hat Shirt also I will do this words “dookie donnies co.mmem.o..rat.i.Ve” pl. At es.” in the same message. you may be doomed to a lifetime of gold sneaker offers Yes, because these are probably the only ones that are actually real. Good luck to all the other suckers with “shipping in June”.
This is the Sport Balls Christmas Lights Football Baseball Basketball Christmas Hat Shirt also I will do this kind of moron that goes to the bank or tries to pay for dinner with Trump bucks, he likely owns a bunch of trump nfts also, so pretty sure that puts this man in the running for the stupid person alive. Okay, but … uhm, gold an’ shit. It’s gold. So, ya know, it’s the best. ‘Cuz it’s gold. Gold sneakers got the Black vote wrapped up, according to FuxNoise Right cause all you need to do is drop a pair of sneakers and commit crimes to get their votes according to Ole Stinky Donny A whole bunch of things just became abundantly clear to me.This is the same type of mf to complain about the economy and that Mountain Dew is so expensive now This moron is a Russian oligarch…..now he’s funding drumpf….funneling I meant…by buying fugly clown shoes….really fugly clown shoes. I would not have spent $0.01 for the sneakers. If it brought him at least $9,000 worth of enjoyment then he is not stupid. He’s a shyster watch dealer who loves Trump. His brand took a very unexpected hit when he came out last week praising Trump. And I should not go to the beach, grab some white sand, grind it into a fine powder after removing all potential metals/contaminations, bottle it, and sell it to conservatives as a way to “Remove the spiked proteins from you system using miracle Quartz Powder”
What’s insane is dude is Ukrainian, an immigrant , served in the Sport Balls Christmas Lights Football Baseball Basketball Christmas Hat Shirt also I will do this US military, and worked hard to build his own business. He’s everything trump has mocked. And it gets him so much publicity. And all it took was $9000. We should stop making stupid people famous. Who cares what he paid for these shoes. Why is this even news? Government takes an intense interest in what happens in individuals’ bedrooms, dining tables and wardrobes, and have the sheer shamelessness to say something as preposterous as this. Dude his minions are interfering with the name of animals in a zoo. What happens in bedrooms is still more consequential. Reminds me of a Govinda movie where he was a lawyer and needed his son to address his pseudologia fantastica by making a wish from a falling star Yes they make such laws so that in the future the government does not have to intervene, the mobs will. He is not lying. Exactly what Thatcher and Raegen did in 80s. And the US in particular is fucked bad because you are essentially on your own. Think of this – how many youth can get jobs to sustain a decent quality of life without MBAs from unaffordable private unis anymore in this country?
The current system is designed to make it supremely easy for rich to get richer, and near impossible for the Sport Balls Christmas Lights Football Baseball Basketball Christmas Hat Shirt also I will do this economically struggling to even survive. Am I reading this right? Did we step into the looking glass? Self-awareness is not a feature of this government I see. Lack of self awareness has been deemed a feature not a bug post 2014, the year of our independence- Kangna Ranaut That can never be achieved by right wing politics. How do you make govt. Interference minimal when you literally fucking beg for votes in name of religion and keep 0 accountability to the people? Whats sad is that literal dumbfucks of the indian population will again vote for this illiterate because hindutva has hijacked their brains.
Sir please mention atleast mention climate change. We can focus on other things later but it’s getting too hot here. Please shut up. We know you’re going to win again. We know you and your govt is going to do what it wants. So at this point it really doesn’t matter what us the Sport Balls Christmas Lights Football Baseball Basketball Christmas Hat Shirt also I will do this people say or what you say. It’s done for us. The way this government is serving and cementing the interests of ruling class…there will be injustice and chaos all over. A big nation like India can only be run harmoniously through socialistic ideals and under genuine leadership…who care for every section of the populace. Bro MudiXi, you need to get stoned on some good marijuana 420 ganja from Himachal. You’ll get to see from a 3rd person pov the BS you peddle. Until then, it’s been nice knowing y’all my fellow pyaare desh-vaasiyon! Right out of Raegen’s book of minimal governance which fucked America bad. The parallels are insane, and I see this country getting unequivocally worse on equality and equity to a point of no return. He’s not irrational. He didn’t get where he is by being a crazy person. He didn’t get where he is by lashing out, acting irrational, are not planning his moves very very carefully indeed. I’m not saying I like a respect him, I think he’s an atrocious human being in an awful person, and I have nothing good to say about him or his character. But, but he’s a very successful politician Who who got where he is by careful planning and a cunning mind.
I know at one point he was not irrational. But as he’s gotten older, the Sport Balls Christmas Lights Football Baseball Basketball Christmas Hat Shirt also I will do this amount of stress he’s now under, he is a genuine threat to world peace. And I mean world peace, not just Eastern Europe. The deeper people get into unlimited power the less rational they become. I think it is profoundly toxic for human beings to be surrounded by people who always agree with them, it makes us forget that we are not all knowing, all wise, near the omnipotent. The same thing often happens with certain members of the ultra wealthy class, who believe that they have the right to dictate the direction of society to the detriment of all others, because by virtue of being incredibly wealthy and everybody around them telling them how smart and wonderful they are all the time, they believe that they are messianic figures. So yes, age and much too long in power are certainly likely to cause him to behave in slightly less rational ways.
But personally I think the Sport Balls Christmas Lights Football Baseball Basketball Christmas Hat Shirt also I will do this primary instinct for a man like Putin is survival and dominance. And I don’t think he’s going to put himself in a position where his survival is in jeopardy, for example by launching a nuclear strike of any kind. This could see him and everything he’s ever built destroyed. And I have the impression, which is by no means necessarily true, that as he has gotten older he’s begun to be concerned about his “legacy”. I don’t think he wants that to be Russia that’s been reduced to a smoldering crater and subsequently occupied by NATO forces… I think another reason is we did things that he assumed were threats and didn’t have an open line of communication with him. We stopped communicating and began doing things that appeared as a danger to him. As much as Trump sucked at foreign policy he did make a habit to stay in contact and on good terms with our enemies. Putin is paranoid of losing power to the west and when we stopped talking to him it made him lash out. Counter point: That’s assuming he’s acting on accurate information. He isn’t. All signs are that the people around him are too afraid to tell him the truth. You can be entirely rational and still do stupid shit if you’re acting on really bad information. It’s one of the major problems with being a despot. Xi has the same issue.
I would be surprised if he pressed the Sport Balls Christmas Lights Football Baseball Basketball Christmas Hat Shirt also I will do this nuke button if driven into a corner. He has nothing to lose but everything to win I don’t get the impression that Putin is looking to begin a nuclear war with anyone, nor attack a non nuclear state. If it were that easy, he could have ended the war in Ukraine in one day by leveling Kyiv and other strategic targets in Ukraine with just a few missiles. He’s a rational actor. He’s playing the long game. Not siding with him or his motivations at all. Just pointing out he’s not a reckless warmonger with an itchy trigger finger. I think the only way Putin would use nuclear weapons would be if the Russian Federation ended up in a state of total desperation. This could be either a direct nuclear attack from the USA (not remotely likely), or something like a total economic collapse, followed by starvation of it’s people, a breakdown of all of their infrastructure, famine, ground war invasion, it would have to be a “last resort”. The bigger threat I believe is a bad rogue actor being able to get their hands on such a weapon, and using it on civilians in a highly populated area. Even that is very unlikely. Can’t nuke places these days, too much valuable infrastructure to gain control of. Plus irradiating populations guarantees prolonged guerrilla fighting for eternity, plus you can’t occupy the region without some extensive cleanup. Sometimes the juice isn’t worth the squeeze…
The world is a big place. Destroying a blast radius of 4 miles is a blip on the Sport Balls Christmas Lights Football Baseball Basketball Christmas Hat Shirt also I will do this map. Smaller than a pinpoint on a map. Nuclear targets outside testing typically are either military locations, concentrated infrastructure, or high population centers. I’m not saying your conclusion is wrong but consideration for valuable infrastructure doesn’t seem to be Putin’s thing. He seems more like a “If I can’t have ot, nobody can” kind of guy. Shoot artillery at the cities until there is only sand left. I mean I’ll repeat your comment back, not saying you’re wrong but looking at recent events, Putin dumped 40,000 dead bodies into Avdiivka because it’s a major logistics/supply hub. Is the surrounding city destroyed, fuck yea. But residential areas, not critical infrastructure points required by the Russian military. Putin 100% is making sure critical infrastructure in Ukraine, deemed critical by Russia, is taken care of. I’m not on the ground but if a Ukrainian would care to join in and set the record straight about Russia and how they handle critical infrastructure, I would love the lesson. However the original topic was nukes and my point was using them comes at such a high price that strategically, it wouldn’t be worth it. Putin wants the land and plans on using it. Logically and tactically, you wouldn’t nuke the land you plan on conquering. It’s not only a matter of if he would be willing to launch nuclear weapons, it’s also a matter of which type would he be willing to launch? There are questions about whether lower yield nuclear weapons would warrant a response with much higher yield weapons, for instance. Or just warrant a regular military response.
People are imagining Putin is a supreme being and his word is law…that is not how politics work, even in a dictatorship. It may be a small ruling elite party but its still a party, not a single person. As for something as crazy as nukes I highly doubt that. No country gains anything by using nukes, the Sport Balls Christmas Lights Football Baseball Basketball Christmas Hat Shirt also I will do this benefit of having them is more political. They’re just way too destructive. The unlikely(but possible) scenario is some sort of crazy mass suicide attempt in a “if we’re going down, we’re taking you with us” which not only needs full approval of the ruling elite but also the OK of the people actually running the things. The life expectancy of a Russian male is 68.2 years. Putin is 71. Of course, he has access to the best doctors. And, even when Putin dies, there are his doubles, such as this one.
You’re choosing to believe the Sport Balls Christmas Lights Football Baseball Basketball Christmas Hat Shirt also I will do this narrative told by the western media. Putin is a highly intelligent experienced leader of a very large country. I don’t like the guy but he is a different breed to your average human and is anything but an irrational lunatic. Russia has its reasons for doing what it’s doing and to us they are utterly wrong and to them they are utterly right. So no, I don’t think nuclear war is likely because as soon as one person pushes the button everyone else has to meaning mutual destruction of the thing he loves – Russia. Please don’t misinterpret this as me liking or supporting Putin. His actions are abhorrent but if you sat in a room with him for a day you’d probably understand his point of view.
Nobody knows. Putin is basically rational and was an adult during the Sport Balls Christmas Lights Football Baseball Basketball Christmas Hat Shirt also I will do this cold war, so he knows very well how serious a nuclear weapon use would be. On the other hand, there are some theorists who have promoted the idea that in some circumstances you might be able to use a nuclear weapon to force the other side to back down, as they’d understand that nuclear war is a real possibility over stakes they don’t care enough about to risk it. This goes under various names, but a common one is ‘escalate to deescalate’, and there has been speculation in the past that this is formally part of Russia’s nuclear strategy in some situations. The question then isn’t so much ‘would Putin risk nuclear war?’ but rather ‘can the war develop in such a manner that Putin gets to the point where he honestly believes one nuclear detonation will cause NATO to fracture or back off?’
I’d like to think nobody has the Sport Balls Christmas Lights Football Baseball Basketball Christmas Hat Shirt also I will do this balls and lack of foresight to launch the first nuke. Thats kinda as far as it goes though. Anyone can have a faulty moment of shit judgement though, and also systems that detect incoming nukes can give a false positive. It’s happened before, to the US and Russia, and probably China too. They got the warning that nukes were launched and literally had hands on the button to retaliate. But luckily, every time so far they’ve been able to verify the false reading beforehand and cancel the counterattack. People are fiercest when backed into a corner they cannot escape from with conventional means. We just don’t know how he works yet. Sec Blikin made it clear to Putin what would happen. I’m pretty sure Biden just drops until Russia is gone He’s dumb He’s not stupid We spend 879billion a year on military
