Transit infrastructure in china is muuuuuuch better than the South-Florida-Bulls-x-Santa-Grinch-Is-This-Jolly-Enough-Merry-Christmas-Shirt3 and I will buy this us, thats just hard facts, feom thousands of kilometers of automated subways to high speed trains, high quality airports etc Previous employer has a plant in China. I remember going there on business once. There was a guy who worked there who would leave at the end of the day and fish in the river running through the middle of the city. Whenever he caught would be what his family ate that night. This trend of the right gawking over public transit should be taken advantage of, since they’re the ones usually the blocking funding of it. Republican American wishing just for a moment that the good old US of A becomes like the very hated China run by Communist Party.
South-Florida-Bulls-x-Santa-Grinch-Is-This-Jolly-Enough-Merry-Christmas-Shirt3: A Unique and Creative Design
Imagine having the South-Florida-Bulls-x-Santa-Grinch-Is-This-Jolly-Enough-Merry-Christmas-Shirt3 and I will buy this religion of capitalism while using Russia and China as examples of how public transit should be done. Every conservative/Republican/trumper I see on my local social media regarding public transportation is them talking about how it’s dirty , no one uses it except the homeless, and how it’s a waste of money. Also, the federal government does not find illegal immigrants healthcare. We don’t have free healthcare for everyone ….do they think illegals are getting Obamacare/Medicaid once they cross the border? Wall Street silver is one of several miniature “the_donald” subs you need need to read the post just see oh it’s them so its stupid I mean, back in 2004 their infrastructure was still better in cities like Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai than anywhere in the US. No surprise they continued it. The subway in NYC was way different than Beijing…in a bad way. “The thousands of workers who dug the first subway needed to be fed, along with the tens of thousands who built massive steel plants and tractor factories during the same time. And the Soviets needed hard currency to buy foreign-built machinery for their new industries. That meant taking the Soviet Union’s grain harvest from the farming regions and leaving the people on the farms to starve.
“Kaganovich, like Stalin, bears direct responsibility for the South-Florida-Bulls-x-Santa-Grinch-Is-This-Jolly-Enough-Merry-Christmas-Shirt3 and I will buy this famine,” Kotkin says. “Probably 5 [million] to 7 million people died from the famine, across the Soviet Union.” The artwork at many of the stations features representations of idealized Soviet people: soldiers, sailors, brawny industrial workers and collective farm women holding ripe sheaves of grain. They underline the Metro’s role as a symbol of Soviet achievement — but they’re also an ironic reminder of the ruthless means that were employed to build it.” NYC is one of the biggest 3rd world shit holes on the planet and it seems to get even worse with every month that goes by. The subways have become shelters for homeless illegal migrants and over ran by gangs now. That would never happen in cilvized places like Guangzhou or Moscow. I knew this sub was leftist, but damn. Let’s put all the blame on Republicans because leftists are just so perfect.
About this South-Florida-Bulls-x-Santa-Grinch-Is-This-Jolly-Enough-Merry-Christmas-Shirt3
The rest of China are better than any place in usa, subways aren’t an exception, subways are part of the South-Florida-Bulls-x-Santa-Grinch-Is-This-Jolly-Enough-Merry-Christmas-Shirt3 and I will buy this norm of an organized country. I’m sorry but isn’t china still suffering under communist rule and child labor? I’ll take my shitty subways thank you. The rest of China is also has a phenomenal infrastructure and public transport system. It’s not fair to compare America to China. It’s fairer to compare the US to 3rd world countries (that they bombed, raided and destroyed) like Somalia This is stupid both countries suffer under capitalism. Democratic republic in USA and Communist China still operate under capitalism. And capitalism punishes the bottom tier people and typically has uninspiring design aspects of buildings because it’s cheaper to build gray boxes than it is to build lavish structures.
However I will say that China is an Asian country that focuses on community over the South-Florida-Bulls-x-Santa-Grinch-Is-This-Jolly-Enough-Merry-Christmas-Shirt3 and I will buy this individual which has its pros and cons but are typically cleaner and have a more socially conscious society. Americans have an individual over community focus which has its own set of pros and cons but tends to have a more vocal community to speak up for civil liberties and injustices. 1,489 more repliesTheir point about politicians wrecking the country through neglect is fair….but the migrant part is outta line and incorrect. I like this new angle so long as it makes more and more Americans ashamed that our subway and train systems are shit. If you’re going to go tit for tat I’d argue china comes out on top what with bullet trains and less likely to die in a mass shooting
Wait, are they really giving free healthcare to illegals before its own people? I already know about the South-Florida-Bulls-x-Santa-Grinch-Is-This-Jolly-Enough-Merry-Christmas-Shirt3 and I will buy this billions going to aid other countries rather than aid your own but that’s gotta be a reason to riot if not eviction of people from their homes to move them in. What’s funny too is parts of this are right then he gets lost in the world of make believe illegal immigrants super rights. What a fucking L ass take. The “Billions” we’ve sent to Ukraine has been hand me down gear that was going to rot. The US government spends more money than any other in the world. They could fix this and many other problems but they don’t want to. Why? Politicians don’t use mass transit. And we will continue to fight about it being the rights fault or the left’s fault because we care more about our team winning than holding our government accountable. It will just continue to get bigger and they will all line their pockets at our expense and we will fight about who can use a bathroom.
Should watch the South-Florida-Bulls-x-Santa-Grinch-Is-This-Jolly-Enough-Merry-Christmas-Shirt3 and I will buy this documentary on how difficult it is to just do an upgrade to the existing subway system, or to try to build an efficient public transport system. Illegal immigrants get free healthcare?? Quick, everyone destroy your passports and birth records and put on a foreign accent. Well at least went American builts new train track and order new trains for that line they built the track the the correct fucking width, welcome to new Zealand Yeah, it’d make more sense to show Taiwan, then China. But they have free healthcare, and pretty sure they have gun control laws. So I guess not the look they’re going for. What’s missing in the fact that their economy is now in the rut since they finally have to pay. Their debt especially at local government level is insane. New York was also a swamp they drained to build there. It is not shocking they have such horrible ground water issues when it rains. Though misleading there is some truth. It’s amazing the hate the rich get for example for not doing more, when the government whos job it is to do more, who I am forced to give half my pay cheque to so they can do more, who is showing us they can do more, doesn’t… I mean where’s the outrage? I don’t understand why Americans are against funding Ukraine. They are fighting your sworn enemy and kicking their ass … why would you not support it ?
thats it, show a picture of the South-Florida-Bulls-x-Santa-Grinch-Is-This-Jolly-Enough-Merry-Christmas-Shirt3 and I will buy this subway after record major rainfall and flooding. how about showing us the concentration camps in china or the huge pollution problem or the even bigger repression problem and slave labour…twat The photo doesn’t show the lower part where water usually gather though. Maybe they can show what happened to the huge expo building when there was anime convention instead. “Communist country has nice things, I love communism, our thing not nice, this because we do stupid communism things” – Republicans this week. I’m sure you could find a dirty train in China then put it next to a picture of Grand Central Station to make whatever point you want to make as well. But no let’s cancel our high speed rail plans and give the money to that dipshit Musk and his stupid nonfunctional hyperloop. For a bunch of old, awkward, out of touch men with too much money, i’m truly surprised Republican politicians don’t like trains more! Autocracies love to decorate their subways for some odd reason. Soviet / ruzian subways have this kind of unnecessary decoration too. lol I love how people’s litmus test for a functional country is subway stations. It’s not human rights. It’s not utility access, financial access, social freedom… nope. It’s subway station.
The videos are out of context. What if there was a storm in the South-Florida-Bulls-x-Santa-Grinch-Is-This-Jolly-Enough-Merry-Christmas-Shirt3 and I will buy this US subway? Not US subways are still adequate. At least you have subways and good infrastructure. Come to Africa and see what we have Is not totally deceitful, the US has waste billions on wars around the world, while China and many other countries invested in infrastructure. However, we have two powerful industries that won’t let politicians do the right investments the military and the oil industry who by design gave you the convenience to sit two to 4 hours in traffic each day for a round trip to work. Infrastructure investments put money back into working class pockets through high pay union jobs. I grew up in London. I think the tube is great but a lot of the stations do look a bit grubby and run down and the infrastructure could be improved on. I was in Guadalajara over summer and their Metro was fantastic. But the thing is, the tube first opened in 1863. The GDL Metro first opened in 1989. It’s a bit silly to compare a much older system that, yes, is in need of an upgrade and maintenance with one that’s relatively new. Gotta love when they don’t show Grand-Central Station in the comparison LMAO. As someone who has spent a LOT of time in China…no thanks. I’m good here in the US.
Yeah? Remind me how that’s facepalm the South-Florida-Bulls-x-Santa-Grinch-Is-This-Jolly-Enough-Merry-Christmas-Shirt3 and I will buy this next time someone brings pedos or zoos into argument. I hate so much argument by cherry picking examples, it’s so annoying when people only see half of the picture, especially if something is controversial. How convinient people only see the part they want to see… Yeah, I tire of these putzes that cherry pick things to compare as if anyone falls for their dishonest nonsense. This is such a constant tactic employed by people it amazes me that they honestly think anyone doesn’t see it for the dishonest BS that it is. Hey why don’t we stop talking about the amount spent on foreign aid and welfare and instead talk about elected officials’ salaries and the rich evading taxes? Yes. But, when everyone is using it, it will be a hot mess. Most people have cars and will not give up that luxury. I remember taking the train and buses before I could afford a car. I hated it. All the people, smells and violent people. I felt a sense of pride after I bought my first car. I like the freedom and convenience of my own vehicle.
Also, that station is in Shenzhen. Same province, different city. Connects like 5 subway lines long transfer walk on a few, but lots of signage so you’re not getting lost. Also, I got so spoiled living in SZ that waiting 7 minutes for a subway would make me roll my eyes Nobody wants to spend money or pay higher taxes on infrastructure. Not our politicians, not the South-Florida-Bulls-x-Santa-Grinch-Is-This-Jolly-Enough-Merry-Christmas-Shirt3 and I will buy this voters, definitely not wealthy America. We require users to participate in good faith and make constructive arguments. No trolling. No disingenious comments designed to make a healthy conversation impossible. Back tNot to mention the Chinese HSR system isn’t without problems of its own being brutally expensive and having trouble maintaining the pace of construction it set early on, several projects are having funding issues, construction stalls and many are fearful the entire system itself might bankrupt itself due to just how expensive everything has been
As someone lived in PRC for 20ish years, please stop giving the South-Florida-Bulls-x-Santa-Grinch-Is-This-Jolly-Enough-Merry-Christmas-Shirt3 and I will buy this credit to CCP, if praise that should be the diligent people not the government because those Republicans stay blind of how they treats us during COVID years, that is why I moved to another country. Also these infrastructure are built in recent decades where the economy boom so they are very modern, it was made to be looking fancy not quite practical when come to use tbh 🙁 Weird it’s almost like Russia and China put federal funds toward public transportation but in the USA we expect “capitalism” to somehow fix it. yeah its not the billions and billions of tax dollars dodged by wealthy people, or the billions and billions in subsidies the governement pays to multibillion dollar companies, its those pesky homeless/unemployed/disabled people on welfare that’s the problem! some people in america really shouldn’t be allowed to access the internet or have an opinion on anything.
There’s a YouTube channel called “Walk East” that showcases walks around Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in China. You might want to take a look at it if you really don’t believe that China is doing the South-Florida-Bulls-x-Santa-Grinch-Is-This-Jolly-Enough-Merry-Christmas-Shirt3 and I will buy this same if not better than the U.S. You already know China is shit, right? So would it really hurt if you look at those “positive China videos”? It’s all propaganda, right? Every time we visit Chicago I’ve been pleasantly impressed with the public transit. Trains every ) minutes or so and they appear to work. Same with the dc bus system. I do wish every big city had wide open transit, however. And they pick Ghuangzhou of all cities. Guangzhou is a filthy city in terms of smog and it’s overall environmental state. If you look outside you see a thick fog of emissions. I remember being in a hotel there. They had obviously photoshopped pictures of the outside sights in there to propagandise the state of the city. It’s not a good city and lots of stuff has to be done to get it all right. I can tell you: Xi isn’t going to do it. China’s national rail transportation network is light years ahead of american trains, you can genuinely cross from one end of china to the other in a matter of hours for a fraction of what it cost you to do the same in america over several days I hate the amount of fucking cherrypicking in the transit sphere about China. Yeah sure the trains and stations look nice and flashy. Fun fact, it’s a dictatorship, they have a massive facade to hide the fact that the major cities are almost always covered in smog and horrible levels of pollution. Not to mention for once American architecture gets a run for its money when you look at Mainland Chinese architecture. I have never seen so many buildings collapse or seen people just chisel away at them with their bare fucking hands. This ain’t even going into the genocide China is committing or the horrific suppression of human rights, but see America did bad things to so we have to ignore that But a time I’ll never unfortunately forget is sitting on a 100 degree train in mid July for a 12 hour ride from Hong Kong to Beijing. We were packed like sardines, and it already smelled like a locker room.
The couple with their toddler sitting right next to us in booth style sitting (their knees to our knees) proceeded to lay a piece of newspaper on the South-Florida-Bulls-x-Santa-Grinch-Is-This-Jolly-Enough-Merry-Christmas-Shirt3 and I will buy this floor between our feet. They then had their toddler take a wet shit right onto the newspaper… which they just left laying there. I’m sure you can imagine the smell at this point. But it wasn’t quite over yet. The father then proceeds to pull about 4 hard boiled eggs from his pocket (the amount of time they were sitting in that heat I have no idea) and feed the family while throwing the egg shells onto the shit pile. I had to hold back my vomit multiple times. Then train employee (I think) just came by with a broom and swept the newspaper/poop/shell combo into a bag and walked away like it was normal stuff. To be fair, we should stop sending money to countries fighting wars and start helping our own people that are in poverty
But no let’s blame immigrants because…reasons I guess. Maybe the South-Florida-Bulls-x-Santa-Grinch-Is-This-Jolly-Enough-Merry-Christmas-Shirt3 and I will buy this Spanish language wears down steel or something. Surely it can’t be racism So, every US subway looks like a disaster and every Chinese subway is an architectural masterpiece? Everyone who just agreed with this post has been fished in by propaganda. If I showed a picture of the best subway in the US and the worst in China would you believe the opposite? I’d hope not. It is true when right wingers say the Americans send way too much money to those other countries in aid when they can be fixing their own country’s many issues with that money instead Why is the party that throws a tantrum every time someone wants to spend money on public transportation now suddenly so interested in other countries’ public transportation?
Bruh, look at the South-Florida-Bulls-x-Santa-Grinch-Is-This-Jolly-Enough-Merry-Christmas-Shirt3 and I will buy this rest of USA. Outside of suburbia, everything is pretty bleak. The country side is pretty damn ramshackled, and small cities/towns “downtowns” are ghost towns, big cities have plenty of urban decay. Right wings in the US are really dumb, yes. Most subway stations in China does not look like this, yes. But yeah, infrastructure wise the rest of China is still much better even in small city (we call them tier 18 cities). We as citizens complain a lot about government, but not like “ccp bad, murica good”, but more specific things like fair retirement rate among all citizens or stupid propaganda shit that’s wasting money or low wage. And yes, we can post Winnie the Pooh online. Life is similar to life in the US. Source: lived in China for 18 years and Wisconsin for 8 years. I still prefer Madison over Shanghai though, I like the casual lifestyle.
It’s funny how the South-Florida-Bulls-x-Santa-Grinch-Is-This-Jolly-Enough-Merry-Christmas-Shirt3 and I will buy this people who make arguments like this will also go mental at the idea of money actually being spent to help people within their own country. How about one of many times when the subway in the dictatorship of China flooded and people recorded themselves drowning That title is dumb as fuck considering China has invested heavily in infrastructure and modernization of cities, sorry to say only a ignorant twat would think like this. In terms of technology and just design there are very few cities that can match some of the higher populated cities in China. The same people complaining about this are the ones complaining about and of our tax dollars going to basically anything. People in this thread really are clueless about China. They’re a paper tiger. All of their megaprojects are just government-condoned debt-traps made with shoddy materials and fall apart within years. Around 20 years ago in Florida we passed a constitutional amendment to create a high speed rail. But Governor Jeb Bush, the puppet of the GOP, blocked it and then rallied the troops to convince the population that we didn’t really want that because it was too expensive. Maybe we start looking at the big picture on these things. Do we really want to defund Ukraine and instead have Russia create a bigger and bigger mess that the US will absolutely be pulled into. Stop backing the talking point that this money would go to US infrastructure if it didn’t go to Ukraine. There’s zero chance that the GOP will do anything inspirational – they simply don’t know how, and they’re owned by people who would benefit from Russia winning. AND the amount of money we’re talking about wouldn’t even make a dent in the need – AT BEST it would pay for 3 bridges. Come on now. Vote differently. Fix this US disaster.
Subway stations in Moscow are beautiful too. But it’s probably wise not to ask who built them or really visit them at this point. China is a communist country who pride themselves on a controlled outward appearance so their government control the South-Florida-Bulls-x-Santa-Grinch-Is-This-Jolly-Enough-Merry-Christmas-Shirt3 and I will buy this infrastructure and don’t rely on private companies running their transport network for example in this case. That means the government are willing to invest in newer infrastructure because it looks good to the outside world. This is why I strongly support socialism. It allows private individuals to be able to work hard and succeed but stops private firms taking control of basic amenities such as healthcare, fuel and transportation. The first image is the fault of capitalism and the second one is just China showing off because their government control so much which is good and bad. Communism unfortunately rarely works due to corruption at the top but some of it really benefits society when done correctly. Hence socialism, is generally a better option.
