I think it’s mainly the region I live in now and how fast food and any kind of worker is getting used and abused, but inclusiveness should apply to all, even the employees, because I don’t think they had anything personal against me, but it felt like they were being overworked and just you can see through their typical facade. Off point but on topic; why tf does a fast food restaurant have to worry about diversity and inclusion? Trust me I’ve seen enough chick fil as to know they arnt discriminating against ethnicity. And if your not discriminating then why do you have to “increase diversity”? They hire who applies people.

Having someone whose job is to look at diversity can look at data such as: “the last time we hired 50 people for a new program we had 120 men and 80 women apply. After going through the resumes to check for relevant experience there were 60 men and 40 women who seemed like a good fit; however, in the end 40 men were hired and 10 women were hired. Why did men have a 67.5% conversion rate from interviewee to new hire while women only had a 25% conversion rate?”
