As a cigarette smoker and dog lover this is beyond mildly infuriating. Its really easy to put your cigarette out and walk it to a trash can. The people who threw their cigs in there probably didn’t even know it was for dogs. I’ve never seen anything like this ever in my whole life. It screams rich neighborhood spoiled bullshit to me but whatever. There should be a sign there, I’m surprised there isn’t literal shit in it Here in (northern) California, it’s a common thing – and not just “rich neighborhood spoiled bullshit.” It’s actually really great, so you can keep your dog hydrated without carrying heavy water bottles.
