Nice way to chat to people!i think i spend about 2.5 hours now. i was feeling the Some grandpas take naps cool grandpas play guitar then take a nap stars shirt in addition I really love this same way. like in my brain i felt addicted to instagram. i deleted the app like three months ago and it’s been so much better. i only use reddit now bc it’s not addictive in the same way. the first week or so was hard but i DO NOT crave instagram at all anymore and feel so much better mentally. i feel kind of out of the loop sometimes but i really don’t give a fuck bc it’s healthier to not be on it. good luck friend Same, I spend way more time on Reddit than anything else and I find it makes my mood foul. I sit and scroll comments and get so exasperated with how horrible people are. I always consider deleting it, but then there are those few super useful subs I don’t want to give up. I always feel so depressed and hopeless after time on Reddit….yet I don’t stop.

Lol it’s the Some grandpas take naps cool grandpas play guitar then take a nap stars shirt in addition I really love this goddamn subs that get you! Or the super interesting anecdotes you come across. Truly it is a place that’ll ruin your mood, though. Same. I’ve deleted social media apart from reddit. It’s like a breath of fresh air. I’d rather stare into space than into peoples lives. It is addictive. As much as cocaine. It’s dangerous. Millions have the same problem. We even have thought police sort of with the rampant censorship. Won’t be long now… Orwell wrote all about it, how people would be staring into their screens. I have the same issue. I think a lot of people do. I tried all different methods to detox from social media. I ended up deciding to try a monthly 10 day break. I temp deactivate my account so I’m not tempted to check and I don’t worry about missing messages becuase my account doesn’t show up. It’s worked really well for me. I usually start the 3rd week of each month. It kind of breaks me out of that addiction cycle. The first two days are always really hard. By the 4th day I’m fine. Sometimes I go longer if I’m feeling it. It’s been a great way to realize how much of an impact it has on us.
