Stereotypical bullies were never really a thing in my schooling history. She peaked in high school. I went to college and built a good life. I remember the incidents of violence and bullying, and in some cases outright sexual harassment of very young girls. I spoke to one of the girls about things I saw that happened to her at the hands of one teacher in grade 10. She opened up to me about other things that had happened in her own family as she was growing up. She died a couple of years ago, and most of those teachers are long dead, but I still remember the hurt they caused, and will never forgive them or think kindly of them.
There were multiple and theyve done quite well for themselves continue to bully people in some manner and deny that theyve ever done it. As much as I know – a classmate mentioned him on a class gathering a couple of years ago, quote: “I could have never imagined such a fallen, stinky, disgusting drunk as he is now.” She was absolutely huge, probably pushing 400lbs+. Severely hump-backed. Poorly done tattoos. With a very tiny (maybe 5ft?) wannabe Jersey Shore type (I’m in west coast Canada, so a bit cringe). I mean, I suddenly felt like hot shit but I wasn’t particularly comfortable. I think she recognized me, but not where from, so kinda watched me a bit too much. I didn’t stay long. Buy interesting to see her trajectory didn’t seem to change much.

Not making the goal further away, just making the goal disappear entirely. No feed = no views = no subs. I guess it depends how you wanna define it. But I’d say no, they aren’t just movie clips with SpongeBob segments I’d say they’re mashups/edits that involve all different ways of mixing up the audio, music, visuals etc… often to totally recontexualize the movie scene in silly or funny ways. And they’re not easy to make and have them funny and compelling, that’s for sure… I know plenty of them aren’t as good as others. It’s a process.

Clear that some folks believe that I’m just complaining about low views when this is truly unrelated. I have many posts with low views. That’s fine. This isn’t that. Yeah, I’ve got Shorts and Longs with a Reach that has flatlined for several days and several weeks. 0 impressions/Reach for a month time. I wouldn’t mind if it’s getting impressions and my titles/thumbs mean nobody’s interested. Fine – that’s my fault and I can work on that. But I can guarantee that if I post a video tomorrow, it will get 0 impressions on this dying channel. I could have spent 50 hours on it. It could have been designed by Spielberg or… er… Beast… but nobody will find out about it. And indeed you’re not shadow banned. You’re just being limited in your reach by YouTube. And for reasons you don’t know for sure because they haven’t told you. It takes time to nurture your audience, make them feel warm and fuzzy, and eventually, they will come back and buy or sub. If not, then you have 2.7 billion other people on YT you can work on. One thing about being in a business or YT, don’t try to make everyone happy, just be happy with yourself and people will be attracted to that happiness. No one wants to be around sad people I have plenty of shorts on my account with 50 views… 100 views… Low numbers by any measure. I am fine with that. It was frustrating because i was so used to seeing the short take off getting to 1k -2k or more views. The only thing that I knew worked and I used it sparingly, was to delete the short and then upload it again after 2-3 days and schedule it for a different time. It’s not a hack or a fix, but it worked for me about 85% of the time. On the second go, if it doesn’t hit the feed, I would just leave it and move on to the next short. I feel yah. It works when it wants to. I just got to the point that if my short doesn’t hit the feeds, its a wash and just to move one. It sucks, especially the feeling of how much time you put into the video, editing, etc, and then nothing happens. But I will tell you one thing, I posted a short 2 days ago and just today, YT pushed it, but 2 of mine last week didn’t hit the feed and my local subs watched it.

I was getting a 50-70% view rate when I was getting 3k-6k views and I am still getting that same view rate but the number of people who are shown the shorts has dropped to around 50 instead of 6k-12k. Only recently have I started to get about 400 views per short but still very far off from where I was in December. I have some posts that stalled at 50 views and I’m okay with it bc they did hit the feed. And if the metrics aren’t good enough when they’re presented to people, then you just have to accept it. Yes so in YouTube studio on mobile, underneath the “how many chose to view” in the reach section… It’ll say “how viewers find this video”
