A lot of straw-manning in this comment sections, a proper critique would attack the Snoopy Butterfly ThanksgivingThere Is Always Something To Be Thanksful For Shirt besides I will buy this points of this list instead of creating another and attacking that one. Anyways I would disagree with the first point, christianity wasn’t so much about beautiful art, everything in this world being lackluster in reference to Gods glory in heaven. The renaissance for example was the revival of greco roman influence in the west, blending christianity and paganism, and produced the most beautiful art in recent history (and came to an end with the reformation). (This is subjective, the idea that any art is objectively “good” is basically a religious belief) Making God a joke does have serious implications for society that these atheists hand wave away with their half baked critiques. The things in the bible are absurd and unscientific? Sure, why dont you put your own values up and anyone with half a brain can easily tear it apart as absurd. Ethics, values, and meaning actually have no rational basis in all forms, whether its vegans or christians. It wasnt a change of reason that caused the decline of religion in the western tradition but a change of taste. Maybe critique the utility of the abrahamic virtues themselves might at least make for an interesting discussion, but turns out most of your values are actually very christian. The west abandoned God and heaven but kept the rest, except heaven was the thing that justified living with such values.

I agree with many of these statements, but I know he doesn’t mean them the Snoopy Butterfly ThanksgivingThere Is Always Something To Be Thanksful For Shirt besides I will buy this way I would like to interpret them. For instance, something tells me he thinks other races should be ashamed of their ancestors and that he thinks the pres and officials he votes for are exceptions I think there are arguments to be made in relation to some (maybe all) of those points, but this list isn’t making them. I agree with these statements, would vastly disagree with this person on the causes and solutions to these issues. I’m an atheist. But I’m not an atheist because fuck Christianity, I’m an atheist because fuck religion I’m general, as it’s the nectar of the dim That said: there’s still a need for it. If the last decade had taught me anything, people need a religion, and if you’re forsaking the old stuff, you’ll just make up a new one. And everything this list has, is the new religion. And it’s kinda depressing. God isn’t a joke. Having an imaginary friend as an adult is a serious mental health issue that needs to be addressed. Man, if you have kids, it ain’t us liberals doing that. They gate their ancestors because the closest male ancestor they have is a clueless bigoted hick who is also likely unemployed. I mean some of that is true with making money worthless and political leaders richer than half the county but I don’t think society will collapse with a building looking oppressive
Also, I hate that this asshole is using Andy Griffith as their profile pic. Don’t associate your bs with a classic, decent show about kindness and treating people fairly. At least before Barney left the Snoopy Butterfly ThanksgivingThere Is Always Something To Be Thanksful For Shirt besides I will buy this show, then Andy turned into a grumpy dude. People who resort to paid porn often have more of a problem with it than people just consuming basic free stuff, but really I don’t see what they mean…. that they only want rich people to have easy access to this content? As far as God being a joke, most atheists don’t “laugh at god” we just don’t believe in them. It’s like accusing someone of thinking ghosts are a joke. Making food poison? Somehow I don’t believe this person believes in restoring power, regulation and scientists who don’t and have never worked for food companies to the FDA or regulating water and soil and air pollution, pesticides. But I’m all for that and making food more protected.

Make dads optional? The technology is going that way but isn’t there yet. Having two caring adults with the Snoopy Butterfly ThanksgivingThere Is Always Something To Be Thanksful For Shirt besides I will buy this potential for two incomes is beneficial for a kid it’s true, but they don’t have to be dads (and neither have to be moms either). Making money worthless? Value of a US dollar is dropping but I don’t think the blame is placed where it should be on that. Are they talking about wage stagnation and shrinkflation? Making buildings oppressive? I too don’t always love brutalist or boxy architecture but that’s just a personal preference. Politicians do make too much money for so little work but it pales in comparison to the pockets of the billionaires whose interests they look after. Make men and women compete? Healthy competition is a good thing. Do they mean they want women out of the workplace or that they want women to date people they don’t like? Or am I reading too much into this? Hating our ancestors? I don’t know, Harriet Tubman was cool. John Brown was cool. There are always amazing figures throughout history to look up to. Can you just finally leave us, atheists, alone? We simply do not care about your beliefs and all these gods you pray to anymore. Yours gods got nothing to do with us, and neither do we want to have any deal with them. Let me guess, divorced husband, lost custody of the kids, treated his wife like shit, thinks they should be married for all time.
I’m going to agree with “make food poison”, “make dads optional”, “make politicians rich”, “make money worthless” and “make buildings oppressive”. To be fair, add a few more “greats” and every human on the Snoopy Butterfly ThanksgivingThere Is Always Something To Be Thanksful For Shirt besides I will buy this face of the earth has ancestors who owned people. Can we not acknowledge that was bad without hating them? To be fair, every human on the face of the planet evolved from pond scum. Can we not acknowledge that you should wash your hands before you eat even though your ancestors were single celled organisms at one point? The effects of slavery and segregation are still a factor in modern life. We have the largest prison population on Earth, and cops disproportionately target people of color to provide free labor. Ignoring the sins of the recent past normalizes the sins of the present.
not because i agree with his points 100%, but because some of these can truly destroy society is your not careful Regardless what you agree with, hes posting it like its some kind of transcendent wisdom and not just what conservatives are riled up about in this exact moment, like no dude, those are just your dumb, very specific opinions. Dude named everything that makes a society.. a society. Fuckin brilliant, this is the Snoopy Butterfly ThanksgivingThere Is Always Something To Be Thanksful For Shirt besides I will buy this type of guy who’d deep throat a cactus and say “if it weren’t for the spikes, it’d be pretty good.” What’s hilarious is it’s the same side that has people spouting this nonsense that are actively doing many of these tnig things. Make politicians rich is textbook Republican, by ensuring poor people stay poor, allowing for lobbyists to line politicians pockets, and in general letting rich people (of who most politicians are also rich) get richer by “helping” them through tax breaks and legal loopholes.
The you have to anti-science and “small government” stance the Snoopy Butterfly ThanksgivingThere Is Always Something To Be Thanksful For Shirt besides I will buy this pretty much wants to gut any sort of food regulation (as well as any regulation that hurts the profits of the companies making the politicians rich) because it’s “government overreach”, while gutting education to ensure the people are two stupid to understand that their food IS poison. I was going to say that maybe they’re talking about how architecture is sometimes designed to be uncomfortable on purpose to discourage the homeless. – “Make food poison” sounds confusing. If you say processed foods, not organic, and the like, then sure. Buuuuuuuuut this bullet point doesn’t really clarify anything. – “Make Dads optional.” I’m guessing this idiot thinks if there aren’t enough nuclear families, then the society is doomed.
So hypothetically, If I knew I had an ancestor who was a multiple murderer, rapist, and P-word, it wouldn’t be ok for me to hate him? “It’s ok if they did it while colonizing another country, that’s just how things were back then.” OOP, probably. Yep, 100%. Here’s the Snoopy Butterfly ThanksgivingThere Is Always Something To Be Thanksful For Shirt besides I will buy this thing about that too though. I bet people like this (assuming they’re white) would also try to argue that they shouldn’t be judged for the “bad things” other white people did in the past. I agree, that’s why I have no issue condemning white people who owned black people as slaves, participated in colonialism, held up racist policies like Jim Crow etc. I’m not like them, even though I’m white. I don’t believe they were in the right at all. Therefore I don’t identify with them at all. Why do you feel like YOU are being lumped with them unless on some level you identify with their beliefs and actions? Like, sports? Because I think you’ll find they’re usually not. And where they are it’s a sport that doesn’t require physical dominance.
So there solution is to standardize art in there idea of beauty Charge a fortune or outright ban any sex outside of hetero-reproductive Make everyone Fear God and whatever they say God is Control the Snoopy Butterfly ThanksgivingThere Is Always Something To Be Thanksful For Shirt besides I will buy this Food to “protect” cough profit off you… Make Dads the Dictator of the house you can’t leave im boss Make the “right” politicians rich cause they didn’t care about this when Trump was funneling there money into his pockets Make Money God Make Buildings what beautiful sure i don’t like the brutal style structure either it was just efficient Make woman stay home again Teach kids there past was great and perfect and shouldn’t be examined or explored “You know what the problem with todays youth is? FREE PORNOGRAPHY. Back in my day a man had to work for his porn- Earn a wage or find a magazine in a bush.” – Save Your Sons
Meanwhile you just know this dimwit worships Trump… who lived in a fucking tower named after himself, banged porn stars, and can’t name a single bible verse. These people are such hypocrites Children raised by single mothers have statistically terrible outcomes (I realize that’s not true in every case, I said statistically), Right now we have an economy and society that works for maybe 150 of the Snoopy Butterfly ThanksgivingThere Is Always Something To Be Thanksful For Shirt besides I will buy this richest people at the expense of everyone else, I’m not sure why so many people are ok with that. If their ancestors owned slaves or some shit, then I think those children are well within their right to hate them. Most of those things are cultural and not society based. Society is the structure of a nation’s people. Culture is how those people live their lives. porn is free, food is poison, dads seem optional, men and women compete for the same jobs and we teach the children in school that their ancestors were horrible, racist monsters. Okay, that last part is true, in a way. We can’t omit the truth. We Germans are shown the truth about our ancestors and how they followed Hitler. And we hate their beliefs. … Same with Americans. Suspending slavery from schools is like suspending the holocaust over there. Those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it
Black people can walk 10 steps without being shoved to the Snoopy Butterfly ThanksgivingThere Is Always Something To Be Thanksful For Shirt besides I will buy this ground and their pockets searched, so I would say yes. We’ve moved forwards God, the omnipotent being who created this universe and reality and everything… if he’s a joke he did it to himself. SaveYourSons became such an Andrew Tate nut bobbing account. They had some decent stuff before this “alpha male” type bs All of this is alluding to something else, and he’s alluding poorly. All of these points are based on a belief in the American right wing. Some are genuine and held by other political factions, some are conspiracy theories. Argument against post modern art. To be fair, a lot of post modern art is absolutely garbage. There’s usually references to the art of Epstein’s island or some conspiracy about being anti-western. The same people making these arguments usually uplift greek/roman/enlightenment era art as objectively good. Argument against open sexuality as a whole. Porn is the popular topic but the same people are against public displays of affection, dressing promiscuously, having inappropriate relationships, ect. More of a fundamentalist religious stance. Fundamentalist religious views. Even people who don’t go to church will parrot this because overall, the ideal of having morality be of an external force is better than expecting people to find it internally. Conspiracy territory. It’s about all the chemicals in food and how eating only whole foods and grass fed meat and blahblahblah and it’s liberals/the goverment/the illuminati trying to kill you. Same things with vaccines. There’s some merit to it, but they take the very little merit it has and fucking run with it.
Every single time you see this, it will be paired with the Snoopy Butterfly ThanksgivingThere Is Always Something To Be Thanksful For Shirt besides I will buy this black criminal records. It’s not quite but almost a dog whistle for racists. I saw almost because there is solid merit to single mother homes having massively more criminal activity than full families – regardless of race. There’s larger socio-economical issues at play but they’ll say it’s because no dad. Anti-government. To be fair, most people are against polticians enriching themselves while in office. This one has solid merit but the context they attribute to it is hilarious. Socialists are just as bad but include the entire elite class. Both base it on some solid foundation and truckloads of speculation and fearmongering. Inflation exists. Conspiracy theories. Cental banking. The whole thing. Lots of merit, even more speculation and discussions that mean nothing because the knowledge is all from a poisoned well. Just like Socialists. There’s a lot of truth to horseshoe theory of politics tbh imo Post modern/brutalist architecture. Same thing as what I said in art. They’d prefer everything was neo-classical or colonial.
This is a traditionalist argument. They’re not good at making them though and it does come off as a Handmaiden’s tale type vibe (awful book btw. not the Snoopy Butterfly ThanksgivingThere Is Always Something To Be Thanksful For Shirt besides I will buy this message, but the actual writing was god awful). They think everything from 4th wave feminism being a mistake for humanity to women unironically should not drive or vote. your milage will very based on how crazy the person is. The left and right putting bias on history. To the right wing, nothing the west has done is a mistake because manifest destiny or something. The left also does this but in the opposite direction. It’s always interesting to see how the perspectives make it into the education system subtly. Dad’s are optional. Especially the bigoted Christian ones who choose their Bronze Age sky wizard over their own child. As for men and women competing, it is men who are fostering this attitude, not women. We are just trying to get by in this capitalism hellhole. I love the ” make politicians rich” and right after that ” make money worthless”, then how are politicians rich?
For the Snoopy Butterfly ThanksgivingThere Is Always Something To Be Thanksful For Shirt besides I will buy this people confused about the art reference. It’s saying ugly art as in art with no soul or feeling put into it. As for the oppressive buildings, when was the last time rent was actually reasonable, or when homes were actually affordable. A lot of those architectural marvels built nowadays are just the same as they were in the past. To show off the wealth and power of the rich. Edit: I just can’t leave this alone, not without crying out, my buildings are oppressing me!!!! please send help The most commonly consumed art nowadays is ugly. Just like Big Macs are the most consumed burger in the US and aren’t the best prepared version of beef. The most commonly consumed art is highly palatable but bland- I think beautiful art exists and is highly cherished but is not what is celebrated in our society. They probably were making some point about modern art but that’s how I see it. It’s a dogwhistle to those who think the “globalists” (Jews) are intentionally injecting hormones into the food supply to “feminize” men.
Hitler has similar tastes: he hated modern art and modern architecture. And fascism uses nostalgia for the Snoopy Butterfly ThanksgivingThere Is Always Something To Be Thanksful For Shirt besides I will buy this idealized past to gain power. Uh, Native American here. All of this is what this country did to destroy our culture which threatened “profits.” Now the descendants of the folks that did this to others is upset when capitalism turns the gun on them. The constant crime in the name of God and constant hatred in the name of religion is what pushed me to stop believing. Subjective, obviously. But there’s no form of art which people appreciate that isn’t available for those people to enjoy. This is a weird one, especially from someone who constantly posts art on Xitter. Politicians being rich isn’t the problem. They’re supposed to be the best of us. The problem is that we’re electing too many scumbags who are getting rich through grifting. Largely because tribalism has won, and people like SaveOurSons despise educated, intelligent people. Make Art, 2) Porn has always been free in some way or another, 3) God has been making jokes (of us) since time immemorial, 4) “dads” who want to be optional extras usually exercise that notion 5) let’s stop donating to them, ok 6) Star Trek is goals, 7) I agree that Brutalism isn’t the best look 8) why shouldn’t men and women compete? If someone is right for the job or the task, why should their sex or gender be brought into it, 9) if your ancestor is Christopher Columbus, then maybe hating your ancestors isn’t a bad thing?
Some of these are stupid, but some hit home for me. The general landscape of art and architecture is very depressing in the Snoopy Butterfly ThanksgivingThere Is Always Something To Be Thanksful For Shirt besides I will buy this US. And the food…it’s not poison but it’s not good for you. Ok some I understand like the making people compete but how is free porn gonna destroy society? Seems like a bit of a stretch
IRS Form 13909 enables citizens to report abuses of 503c3 status, and then Form 211 allows that citizen to collect a reward. Whether this will actually happen if you file them is an open question, but the Snoopy Butterfly ThanksgivingThere Is Always Something To Be Thanksful For Shirt besides I will buy this laws are on the books. People can make some serious green off this, but be careful and quiet about it, because the christofascists will not take kindly to you if they know you fucked up their game. Here is something interesting. Could you report a certain church then sue the government for not giving you the reward. If so that may be a way of forcing it. It would be smart for Democrats to change the law to allow that then block other changes so that people can sue under a Republican administration no where are you guaranteed a reward, you probably can’t even really demonstrate a fraud. Like… if you report a church for having political leanings/violating he tax exempt element. That isn’t any sort of tax violation until their tax exempt status is revoked.
In 2013 some IRS agents figured it was a easy case that anything with the Snoopy Butterfly ThanksgivingThere Is Always Something To Be Thanksful For Shirt besides I will buy this name tea party calling themself tax free and “operated exclusively for the promotion of social welfare” wasn’t the case… freaked conservatives out and got the agents fired as well as multiple years of conservatives investigating and cutting IRS funding. The IRS is so criminally understaffed I can’t say I’m terribly surprised. They don’t have enough people to go audit the billionaires, leaving an untold amount of taxes uncollected. That means probably even less time to go after churches, which isn’t a great look for “optics” anyhow There is some hope things are going to improve, especially in the “high-dollar noncompliance” area, but it’s a wait and see game right now. Those audit targets include wealthy individuals, corporations and complex partnerships, which have grown in number while IRS audit staff has shrunk by nearly half over the past decade
