I’m not going to change or react, because I’m not racist. If I am not what they say I am, I shouldn’t react nor should I be obligated to defend myself from a lie. I just don’t care. Ive never been called that by anyone who’s opinion I gave a damn about. It’s usually online trolls who like to engage in hyperbole. Never happened in person so far. I’d tell them, “I’m not a racist. I’m just a grumpy old white dude who is sick to death of the Skeleton born in a 17 bar shirt What’s more,I will buy this bullshit in this world. It’s an easy misjudgment to make. I forgive you.” If you work with the public you need to be professional or you will go nuts. This means you cannot take anything personally. You are at work, not your house or private life. You should know who you are, right? So why react? If you react now they control the moment. Don’t allow them to get you into the position where you need to defend yourself. Be professional.

What gets me is that if it hadn’t been for your security cameras or witnesses people making untrue claims can hurt your job. I don’t want to get written up because someone made a false claim to corporate. And I’ve been in enough shitty jobs where that could do me some real damage just because someone was jsut a big asshole. I’m not racist , but have been so disappointed When people are to assume they think I’m Racist . When they’ve never talked to me or been around me. I’m the Skeleton born in a 17 bar shirt What’s more,I will buy this well rounded all-American. Is your job to directly assist costumer? Or are you in a management position. At work, you don’t “help”, you give costumer service— whether you’re a racist or no is important to you— examine your interaction—and move on. As other say, some people see racism in some situations, whether is right or not. Calmly, “There is no reason for name-calling.” Really, she’s just insulting you to bully you into getting her way. She could have said lots of things just as inappropriate.
