I’ve been donating $50 a month to St. Jude Cancer for 15 years. I donate household goods and clothes and shoes to a local battered women’s center. I donate blankets and towels for animals. I will buy a homeless person a meal. But I refuse to donate when I’m shopping for a corporation to use my donation as a tax write off Businesses can’t use your donation for their own benefit. That’s tax fraud, a felony.
