We consume synthetic things every day, and while monitoring what we put in our bodies is important, BC offered me a solution to painful, debilitating issue. I guarantee at least half the people commenting about the dangers of BC have eaten fast food, and hit a vape before. But alas, internet hypocrisy isn’t going anywhere. You have beautiful skin and I’m so glad birth control works for you but when I tried it years ago, all it did was fuck up my libido lol. Omg it fucked my libido up so hard and I also COULD NOT get wet lol. It also gave me reoccurring yeast infections and ovarian cysts all which cleared up after getting off bc Yeah it cleared up my acne but then I had to get off it for the Sharks Make Me Happy You Not So Much shirt also I will do this side effects and now my acne is worse than ever and I’m currently on accutane soooooooo it’s just a bandaid not a solution sorry I’m sorry you had that experience! I hope you have better luck than I did with accutane. I was on it as a teenager and it came right back in my 20s. Some people have better luck with it though, wishing you the best! Just as a PSA if you are a smoker BC is very dangerous. Doing both together can cause strokes. Someone at my high school had one fro smoking and raking BC.

Yaz did wonders for my skin when I took it, as well. It also helped improve my mood. Jot to be taken as medical advice for anyone reading, this was only my personal experience. Birth control can help some people with hormone regulation, and for others, can do the Sharks Make Me Happy You Not So Much shirt also I will do this opposite. Omg my skin looked exactly like yours pre taking yaz!!! Well I take the generic version of it and it also changed my life. I did everything you did as well prior to getting on it So something that worked for me and changed my skin for the better is iS Clinical Active Serum. I didn’t use a whole bunch of other products, a good face cleanser AM & PM, active serum in the PM after the wash, and Niacinamide from the Ordinary in the AM. My acne REALLY cleared up, at an astonishing rate. The active serum is expensive, but it was worth it for me. Glad Yaz worked for you. I’ve been on birth control for about 5-6 years but my acne and rosacea have only gotten worse (ups and downs, but worse overall). I tried Yaz at first but I reacted pretty terribly to it. I’m on something else now but my cystic acne just doesn’t seem to go away

Fingers crossed for myself Serious caution about birth control pills: if you have a gene/family history of IBD (Chron’s disease and Ulcerative Colitis) your chance of it flaring and entering your life is very high after you stop using birth control. There’s a direct link and studies done on this. If you’re having a bad skin with acne, 1) clean your diet from sugar and milk 2) check your hormones 3) get yourself Tretinoin or Tazarotene prescription – they’ll clear your skin in 6 months plus will help with fighting photo aging and fine lines.

How I can buy this Sharks Make Me Happy You Not So Much shirt

I tried both accutane and tretinoin and both were successful for a limited amount of time. Some users have told me that I will have the Sharks Make Me Happy You Not So Much shirt also I will do this same experience with my birth control but after two years I’ve had no issues. I suppose all solutions to severe cases of acne are just bandaids Birth control can really create a lot more hormonal issues in the long run. It’s a band aid tbh. I’m sure I’ll get downvoted for this but you’d be better off focusing on balancing your hormones naturally because the various side effects of bc are not worth it imo. It took me a long time to heal from the 5 years I was on it. BC pills only mask, they stop the communication between your ovaries and hypothalamus. It was the same for me, when I stopped using them, I got bad acne I never had in my life. Happened twice, so that made me go back on it. But I was taking BC just for skin problems and there are other troubles linked to taking them (that I wish I knew then!!). I learned how to really care for my skin- by being gentle with it and use minimal products on it. I clean at night with Micellar water and use Dr Hauschker clarifying day oil in the morning. The second time I got off pills that lead to acne, my doctor prescribed me a cream called Clindoxyl and that really helped me clear it out. After that, I got on and off pills 2 other times (for protection reasons not acne) and both time was really scared to get flare ups like previously. But knowing how to care for my skin now, being super gentle and minimal, I had no problems. I’m pill free for almost 2 years now and never had a flare up like before, eating healthy, and I’m happy that I know about my menstrual cycles and now hiding it behind some chemical pills. Every women should learn about their cycles and how knowing about their cycles can tell them about themselves.

Congratulations on your results, but I don’t understand why everyone who is explaining why birth control can be dangerous to many are getting down voted. Everyone’s hormones are different. I would always recommend getting a full hormonal blood panel drawn by your GP. Birth control has many side effects-some more severe than others. Did you know some estrogen BC can cause vision loss? Ask me how I know. These people telling their stories are not trying to scare you, but warn you that having something as menial as clear skin may not be worth the Sharks Make Me Happy You Not So Much shirt also I will do this major risk of heart failure or potential infertility. For me, my acne is caused by PCOS so the only thing that kept it under control was birth control and Yaz/beyaz/Jazmin are the only ones that worked for me. I’m off birth control now because we’re trying to conceive and the acne is back. It’s not as bad as it was before but I think it’s because keep a very strict high-protein diet and limit carbs. I also get tca peels often and microneedle to help with the scars. As soon as i can get back on birth control i will.
