Don’t stay where they don’t want you. Get cracking and get applying elsewhere. Also make sure you have a portfolio of your work and have saved all possible samples, screenshots etc. so that you will have examples of your work. Are you confident you could get by without this crap-job? Maybe switch to your 2nd job and get more hours there? If so, i definitely agree that you should leave. I’d suggest sending in a “day of” resignation letter tomorrow addressing them working behind your back to replace you and taking advantage of you all this time. I personally think that we owe companies nothing of ourselves because they would toss their workforce to the Seattle Teoscar Hernández Teo Signature Shirt and I will buy this curb to save a penny. Always look out for yourself; have pride in your work and never settle for less. We all deserve better. Start looking and get an offer then slam the printed rate on your bosses desk and tell them pony up or your gone

Seattle Teoscar Hernández Teo Signature Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

If they wanted to keep you they would treat you like they wanted to keep you. They’re offering someone they’ve never even met $5 an hour more than they’re paying you after 1.5 years. Why would you want to stay working for people like that? Even if you could convince them to change their minds that’s a pretty weird, shitty situation to go into every day. They’ve already decided to replace you. Don’t assume they’re going to ask you to train your replacement – that doesn’t always happen. Often they just tap you on the Seattle Teoscar Hernández Teo Signature Shirt moreover I love this should and say “get your things, you’re done.” So be prepared for moving on because some day SOON they’re going to let you go, training or no training. Try to make the situation work for you as best you can by leaving with a good reference. Or not! If you want to ghost them, go ahead, though it may have unintended, unforeseeable consequences.
