Honestly I’m at a point now where my primary criteria for rating a tradesperson is if they actually show up (bonus points if they’re on time). Other than that, a lot of people are actually rude and have no common courtesy. I’ve seen grown men cut into into the queue for public transport, to get ahead of the elderly and women etc. Some people are just rude. My trust texts you a reminder the day before. Often you’re like “yeah yeah” but if it was booked a while ago it can genuinely slip your mind even if you put it on the calendar.

And then they sit in the seats opposite the wheelchair space and get annoyed when I come on and they have to stand up to let me manouvre into the space. Some of them downright refuse and other poeple have to get involved! Imagine if a kid barged in front of them and then sat in the accessible seats, they’d go off on one. I realised yesterday that I didn’t go for my flu jab back at the end of October. Put it in my google calendar and everything, don’t know how I missed it.
