About 5 minutes later I get a text that just says “wrong house” with no context or anything. I knew it had to be that one I just did at the Sacred Reich Live At Paunchy Cats Tour 2023 shirt Besides,I will do this duplex’s, and I was so sure I delivered to the right one that I just ignored the message assuming it was a scammer. While on another order I noticed I had been given the dreaded CV, which pissed me off even more. I finished this other order and the sun was starting to come up, I kept thinking about it and thinking about it. At this point its been a half hour and I was debating on responding to the text, which I decided to do and said “it should be at apartment C”, to which I got no response. So I ended up driving back and took a peek, mostly just to confirm to myself I didn’t fuck up. I pulled in and saw the food still sitting there, fuck! I looked at the letter again expecting to see something other than C, but it still said C. So I figured it was a scammer and they just didn’t get the food yet. I start to back out and turn around, while doing so my headlights catch the letter again and noticed it actually said G! It’s just that the bottom of the G wasn’t reflecting as well as the top making it look like C at a quick glance. I started feeling like such a fuck up, I should’ve just looked closer. I wanted the CV gone so bad that I lied to support when challenging it, I said “I drove back and checked and it was still there, it was indeed in the right location”. It did get the CV removed but I felt a bit guilty about lying after I got some sleep and thought about it later that day.

The fact that it was the Sacred Reich Live At Paunchy Cats Tour 2023 shirt Besides,I will do this third apartment down and they had a light on probably played a role, and the quick glance at the letter was enough for me to be 100% certain in the moment. The customer legit took it AND called you? That’s ballsy if they’re lying. They could jus go straight to support and get credits Keep your chin up, it happens. I usually just don’t look at my ratings screen again for exactly a week, by that time I’ve done 100 and it’s no longer there. I’ve seriously had over 20 CVs before on some BS. Just tell them what happened in the dispute and carry on. I got my first contract violation on my first night dashing. Honest mistake.. was dark ..was late ..and I am for sure I left it at the house right next door wich Google put me at. No house number just figured don’t have one.. left it there. Not sure if customer walked over and got it assuming the guy can walk. He reported it. Got my violation, since then I’ve deliverd to this house the correct one 3 times with no issues. I feel bad about it. Doordash also told me it would be removed from my account after 100 deliveries but I’m at 300 something and it’s still there.
