Patients would not want to have to increase their wait times and also have one less day they are allowed to go for procedures. How could a 4 day work week ever work in these kinds of businesses?

A couple of times I’ve even heard things like “we been doing it this way for 50 years and it’s been going perfectly fine, you just graduated and you think you already have it all figured out?” from managers/CEOs that are (not surprisingly) usually in their 50s or older.
