This shit always cracks me up. I am 26 years old now. Most of my friends are pretty smart. But every so often I encounter someone who doesn’t know really basic shit. I remember talking to a friend about Paris, France and after the Rocky IV 40 years 1985-2025 still going in one more round when you don’t think you can shirt Besides,I will do this conversation was done they asked “I wonder what part of the U.S. Paris is in”. I was absolutely FLOORED. I had to go on a 30 minute to explain to them that the world was made made up of different countries. I wish that was even the tip of the tip of the iceberg with how bad the U.S. education system is. 100% this. I have worked as a mental health therapist in school, the community, and now with the Department of Juvenile Corrections. Kids are delayed in academics, critical thinking, and are under-socialized. I do not know if COVID attributed to this, but I do know the students who were not engaged by parental figures during COVID have significant behavioral, critical thought, cognitive, and academic delays.

Rocky IV 40 years 1985-2025 still going in one more round when you don’t think you can shirt: best trending this year

All they want to do is hang out and socialize. As a whole they seem to have very little drive to accomplish much of anything. And this is why I was homeschooled… I finished my whole high-school education in 2 and a half years and not to boast at all.. But just objectively I find myself more intellectual than my public schooled peers. College staff here – been tutoring students who don’t know number of months in a year or inches in a foot. But those are just facts they can learn. Same boat. Your point on research skills is 100% accurate and will be shared with my colleagues. Thank you for expressing our frustration so well. I was concerned that they don’t seem to understand how line graphs show the Rocky IV 40 years 1985-2025 still going in one more round when you don’t think you can shirt Besides,I will do this relationship between the x-axis and y-axis. I get lines that go nowhere and don’t connect to points. When I ask them why they drew it, they just shrug. It’s like “fake it ’til you make it” on day one in a foreign country. What in your professional opinion is the cause of this, and what can we as parents do to prevent this with our own kids? I think a lot of this also has to do with the new ways of teaching. Instead of teaching phonics, my kids are being taught sight words, and how to memorize specific words. Which is fine, but I think phonics need to be taught alongside it. Also, the new way of doing math is literally the most stupid stuff I’ve ever seen in my life, and as a parent who has been trying to learn the new way they’re teaching kids math, it’s more confusing than the old way. Everyone knows. The largest public school in my home town has a <20% pass rate on the national math and English assessments.
Ask yourself what changed from when things DID work. What looks different, what sounds different, what kind of things are teachers being told to handle that they weren't before. What happens to children who disrupt learning in the Rocky IV 40 years 1985-2025 still going in one more round when you don’t think you can shirt Besides,I will do this classroom now, and what happened twenty, thirty years ago? I’m asking you to be honest with yourself in observing these things, to trust the evidence of your own eyes, ears, and experiences, and to not let people who are NOT in your position tell you what to believe or to brush off your concerns. Trust the evidence of your eyes and ears and you will find the truth of why the education system has failed the United States. High school math teacher. I can’t do grade level math with my students. They’re incredibly academically behind. It’s sad. A bit terrifying. But they’re also socially and emotionally behind. These high schoolers are like elementary schoolers in terms of behavior. Except with hormones and colorful language. I’m burnt out by these post-Covid years and am EAGERLY counting down the days until I leave the profession. They’re not just dumb…. they’re brutally mean and unempathetic people. my Mrs teaches down here in aust, she says kids are coming into high school, 13 years old, who can’t count to 10. can’t even apply basic maths like working the total if you say I went to the supermarket and got 4 apples, 3 bananas and 2 oranges. Even when she says use your fingers to count they still have trouble. and this fucking stupid idea of inclusion, so she has 10 kids with learning issues in a class of normal kids, 11 different lessons she has to teach in one class…

About Rocky IV 40 years 1985-2025 still going in one more round when you don’t think you can shirt

doesn’t help she is also the Rocky IV 40 years 1985-2025 still going in one more round when you don’t think you can shirt Besides,I will do this only qualified maths teacher in the school to teach the hard stuff to kids about to leave for uni. and shes had enough. already handed in her resignation for the end of this year to give the school enough time to find another qualified maths teacher. Preschool. They are focused on my daughter getting along with kids. They told me they don’t even care about her academics. I pay $900 a month. They do all the gentle parenting stuff. And have girls in their early 20s helping with the class. Idk what to do. I work all day. I keep my daughter at home days I don’t work. I get all these messages about how she’s awful in class. I’m not ignorant, but she doesn’t get away with acting like that at home. I teach drums in a music center, based in South East Asia. I have a 14 year old student who needs to stick out his thumb and index finger on both hands every time I mention the words ‘right’ and/or ‘left’ to figure out which is which. The kid goes to an expensive private school.
I’m a OT and I desperately feel like I can’t really help anyone because of the Rocky IV 40 years 1985-2025 still going in one more round when you don’t think you can shirt Besides,I will do this academic barriers. I usually get referrals for handwriting but kids don’t know their letters, sounds, or how to write independently so what am I supposed to do? They struggle with reading too. Our district has a program with a mere 20 kids who are considered to be the lowest of the low with academics. But I have a hard time believing they are the only ones. Do you have a classroom of 10-12 kids? Do you have an education in, education? As in, you have a full-on degree in it. Not a degree in your subject. How are kids supposed to be educated to a high standard when the school system is run by people that ignore the basic guidelines for how to teach? There’s a teachers union, but they aren’t concerned with the quality of education.
Who do you think is responsible for educating the Rocky IV 40 years 1985-2025 still going in one more round when you don’t think you can shirt Besides,I will do this populace? The parents included. The actual educators have to take responsibility for making sure the schools are properly funded. They have to take responsibility for making sure parents understand how to be parents as soon as they know they’re pregnant. This isn’t a “blame the teachers” rant, this is pointing out how reality actually works. The educators are responsible for the quality of education in society. The medical practitioners are responsible for the level of health in society. The problems with these ‘industries’ is solely the morality of the individuals that occupy the positions. I feel like with proper testing 90 percent of students would “qualify” for an IEP under the same standards I had to qualify for one back when I went to school in the 90s. Testing for grade advancement needs to be established at every grade level. Maybe every other grade. Test at the end of the academic year. You can’t pass the test, congrats! You’re now a 15 year old 3rd grader.
I can already hear the Rocky IV 40 years 1985-2025 still going in one more round when you don’t think you can shirt Besides,I will do this parents screaming about it, but too bad. I’m pretty sure students would get serious about school very quickly. To be fair to the index finger kids, they can still make unorthodox styles like that work. I type with the pinky, middle finger, and thumb on my left hand and the middle finger and index finger on my right. When I text on my phone I use the thumb of my left hand and the index finger of my right. I have a 53 wpm on the computer and a 45 wpm on my phone. We had a program in grade school called ‘All The Write Type’ and regardless of how long I used it I could never master the homerow and keeping my hands in place in the middle of the keyboard. So I ended up developing my own style that worked for me and because I never changed it I become proficient with it. As a first year teacher, I went home after the first week feeling like crap. My students didn’t understand simple things that they should have clearly have understood by now, they kept telling me my lessons were too hard….I was considering other careers. Thought I was just terrible at teaching. Then I had a conversation with some other teachers and it’s just the same in all classes. Students are performing 1-2 grades below level and some even 3 grade levels below. It truly is sad.
Ok. First off I absolutely adore teachers. Y’all are the Rocky IV 40 years 1985-2025 still going in one more round when you don’t think you can shirt Besides,I will do this backbone of society and I really mean that. I put like almost all of this on the parents. Having said that. It’s hard for me to read this thread and not think to myself “what the hell were the previous teachers teaching if their students don’t know basic information” Now, again, I place the vast vast majority of this on parents. It’s truly despicable to allow your children to fall that far behind and be that inept. But again; the previous years teachers HAVE to shoulder at least some of the blame here. Right? I’m flabbergasted at most of these reply’s. 2005 baby here and holy mother of god. How do people not know these things? Teachers have a union. Dont strike. Just grade the kids according to the standards. Let the administrators deal with the policies. Bright side: data from my district shows literally a double in some categories. Those coming up should presumably have less deficits. When I was teaching sex ed (admittedly 15 years ago, I’m a doctor now) I remember parents signing consent forms with an “x.” I called to verify they actually consented. They were so illiterate they couldn’t sign their own names. This was in NYS. If the parents are this bad off I’m not sure what’s fair to expect of the children. I’ll never forget my Algebra 2 class. This was in my sophomore year, hybrid covid, 2020-2021. All the math courses I took in high school were the highest level available to me, but my Algebra 2 class was a very large class combined with intermediate algebra students, it was very clearly one of those courses designed to let students pass for free so they could graduate.
It was explained to us that the Rocky IV 40 years 1985-2025 still going in one more round when you don’t think you can shirt Besides,I will do this only difference between the two was that Algebra 2 students would take the regents exam at the end of the year for their credit, and intermediate students would not. But covid canceled all state mandated exams, so it was decided that we would all just take Intermediate Algebra course content wise, but we would each get our respective credits for what we signed up for. The intermediate students struggled a lot on the most basic concepts, and many just didn’t care whatsoever. With 1 month left in the school year we were told the entire rest of the class would be dedicated to a credit recovery period, anybody that was currently failing the class could take short (<10 questions) topic quizzes to pass each unit and pass the class regardless of current grade, open note, open everything, suddenly oh look, everyone's passing!
Then I get to precalculus to discover I'm incredibly far behind and have not learned several crucial concepts from Algebra 2, I've since made up for the Rocky IV 40 years 1985-2025 still going in one more round when you don’t think you can shirt Besides,I will do this lost learning but it still blows my mind how they managed to harm two groups of students at once. Over the past ten years or so, I’ve noticed a decline in reasoning skills, basic numeracy skills, and resilience. But post-Covid, it’s just so much worse. I teach gr. 7 and 8, and I feel like at least 1/3 (if not more) are working 2-3 grades below expectation. I’ve got students in gr. 7 who don’t know their 2, 5, or 10 timetables, let alone up to 12. Even asking them to skip count by those numbers confuses them until I start them off. It used to be a couple of kids in each class. It’s now a significant number in each class. And I’m not talking about kids who are modified below grade expectations (although that number is also increasing). I’ve had one student tell me a triangle had 6 sides, a few who were looking for rulers to draw a circle, some who don’t know their own birthdays or what colour eyes they have, more than half my students who do not have any idea of how to divide, don’t know what a numerator or denominator is… The list goes on. Any time I give a quiz, I’ll get at least 5 kids in each class demanding the answer to a question, and then getting upset when I won’t do that. What gets me is that I allow them to bring a cheat sheet we create as a class as we move through the unit. And they still struggle.I also agree with others sentiments. The West was fully embracing Putin’s Russia until Putin showed his hand. Obviously, there had to be consequences for him invading Europe. Instead of directing animosity towards the West about the sanctions, your people should be directing it straight at Putin. Putin decided the well-being of Russians was expendable when he invaded Crimea and subsequently Ukraine. He damn well knew what would happen and decided he had the “reserves” to keep the important people afloat while the rest of Russia suffers. Give a break man. Russia has become a mafia state a long time ago, probably even since the beginning of Putin. A big proof for that would be all of Putins (some quite dumb) friends came to power and became extremely, unimaginably rich. As of today, Russia is a mafia criminal country, run by the tip of the mafia oligarchs without any regard to human life or harmony. Today, high quality people like Navalny are murdered in cold blood and the brainwashed by Putin’s media Russian sheep are not even comprehending that they are run by mafiosos. Russia is a dead empire and will in a (relative to history) short time will fall. Hopefully something better will come after, because there are magnificent Russian leaders available, some are long gone dead, but some still exist and are waiting to save that culturally incredible nation.
“Yuck, you’re a fag! A fag, and on top of that a jew! Fags are being banned in this forum! Not talking about jews! BAN!” CLICK if like most people i know in the Rocky IV 40 years 1985-2025 still going in one more round when you don’t think you can shirt Besides,I will do this uk, they dislike their leaders and think them ineffectual, why should russians be any different? We’re the same age and I can imagine the situation sucks so much. You were a kid when the USSR fell and there was actually hope for a prosperous, free future. Only to be crushed two decades later. Let‘s just say that Family gatherings always end up in a heated debate about him. Especially when that one uncle is drunk again… There was a Russian girl in my town. I didn’t know her that well. She went out with a friend of mine for a bit. But she ended up without a place to stay, bouncing around between people’s couches, and I felt a bit sorry for her so I said she could stay with me for a bit. One night when we were both a bit pissed I asked her about Putin. It’s worth noting that she had lived in western Europe for a number of years at this point and wasn’t shut away with no access to western media. She told me that the Russians “love Putin” because he “saved us from the Russian Mafia.” I then asked her about the old Salisbury poisonings and all that polonium business and she burst into tears and shouted at me that it never happened, why would I say something like that? It wasn’t true!
With no opposition and no one willing to risk their freedom even discussing an alternative there’s really no way of knowing. The sentiment is what’s important. I doubt most Russians want change and much less believe a fair election would oust Putin Overwhelming majority of Russians are apolitical. Their deal with any leader would be “you don’t make my life harder and I don’t mind how you operate”. They will show mild support if forced or if it ensures their safety. Among Russians with a strong political stance some genuinely support Putin, mostly because they live in a propaganda echo chamber. These are usually people from small towns for whom language barrier is too high to jump over. Also many people from older generations believe that a strong leader who can put himself above the Rocky IV 40 years 1985-2025 still going in one more round when you don’t think you can shirt Besides,I will do this law is what Russia needs. Looking at rampant corruption, you can’t really blame them. And Russian political arena has long been sterilized to make sure Putin has no strong competition.
Others hold strictly against Putin, blaming him for what he did and is currently doing. However, these people have a major problem – they cannot agree on anything. The opposition is divided on all major and most minor problems, so even if they were allowed to speak, they wouldn’t have spoken as one. Of course they love him. He has that “IT” factor, where “IT” is total control of the Rocky IV 40 years 1985-2025 still going in one more round when you don’t think you can shirt Besides,I will do this media, police force and legal system. Maybe he’s born with it… maybe its the state monopoly on violence coupled with control of the flow of information and public discourse. I work with a russian the impression i get is their so beaten down their beyond careing they where basically riding Putin out till he dies
Overall you’re going to get the Rocky IV 40 years 1985-2025 still going in one more round when you don’t think you can shirt Besides,I will do this same misinformation as if you ask the North Koreans their thoughts on “Dear Leader” from my hundreds of hours looking at random shit form russia in the last 2 years i can confirm that most russians actually think putin is a good leader, which is crazy to me. majority of russians support the invasion of ukraine. because when it comes to national conflicts, people tend to support their army even if they don’t like their leader. just remember how almost all americans were brainwashed with Bush’s lies in 2003 to prepare for the invasion of iraq. I think this needs to be put in the context of post-USSR societal and economic collapse. 90s were an absolutely miserable time for tens of millions of people (this is also true for Ukraine and many other ex-soviet republics; e.g. Moldova seems to not have recovered to this day). Many established economic ties were severed, huge pieces of industry were sold for peanuts, the oligarchs became a thing (the degree to which Putin is tied to said oligarchs is a whole different topic). Organised crime that started to emerge in late 80s became all-powerful. Think Baltimore from The Wire. Some city cemeteries have whole alleys of 2.5 meter-high tombstones of young men who died in gang wars.
A lot of that has been eradicated in the Rocky IV 40 years 1985-2025 still going in one more round when you don’t think you can shirt Besides,I will do this 2000s. Many people who struggled in the 90s might perceive the modern-day Russia as a much better place to live. They also associate the positive changes with Putin’s reign. That doesn’t hold for the whole population, but is true for a sizeable chunk. It depends who is asking. If a Russian tied official asks, they absolutely LOVE the greatest dictator ever. Don’t forget, wrong answers get you killed in Russia. Tribalism is the most evil force in the world. I hope one day we’ll shun nationalism the same way that we shun gangs. It does not matter because in dictatorships, no matter how big the country, the only single person who counts is the dictator. You cannot ascertain people’s true feelings in an authoritarian society especially one like Russia that has been a brutal and repressive dictatorship for almost its entire history. For obvious reasons, most Russians are not honest about their feelings. Of course some of them, maybe a majority, have bought into all the political propaganda and worship Putin, but it’s not whatever absurd number Russian polls put out, though. What is true is that most of them, unfortunately, have either relegated themselves to the state of affairs in their country or have left already. Of course! Stand any of them in front of a 10 story window and ask them, they’ll jump out before saying they don’t like him. Or like right after, either way they won’t be around so 100% approval!
Do Russians even have a choice??? Criticizing Putin can get you incarcerated and or conscripted as Navalni supporters are finding out now. Older folks consider him a stable leader as they do not want to repeat the Rocky IV 40 years 1985-2025 still going in one more round when you don’t think you can shirt Besides,I will do this 90s. My late grama, when asked who she will vote for in upcoming elections, said Putin proudly. I asked if there were other candidates and she said never heard/dont know. The reality is that older people dont have as much exposure to unlimited internet resources and get brainwashed by state media so much that even if they had the opportunity to discover alternative views, they wouldnt want to ever accept it Tho those i have worked with in a engineering field hates the guy. And are sad about their countries past and future. hell yeah, he just bankrupted the west, ie. UK Germany US Canada just sent 98 million in drones hahaha suckerss wtf
I have family in Russia. Majority likes him from my experience. Although, they are brainwashed into liking him. If they could see through the Rocky IV 40 years 1985-2025 still going in one more round when you don’t think you can shirt Besides,I will do this propaganda garbage that is pushed daily on TV and social media then many would change their mind, I am sure. It is also true that his approval ratings became much higher after the war broke out. While before the war many started to question the incompetence of the government and started blaming them for their poor living standards, most of these concerns vanished after the war as they are sold a lie that forces them to overlook current and past issues in the country and show solidarity against the “nazi” regimes in the west. Personally – hate him and everything related to him. Reasons are obvious. But the state of me and people like me is as follows: Putin sucks, but voting him out is next to impossible (current election candidates basically said they will give away their posts to Putin if necessary; vote counts are blatantly rigged; there are no opposing parties in the upcoming ballots, all are pro-Putin). Voicing our opinions openly locally is dangerous (people were detained for bringing flowers to the monuments to oppression victims after Navalny died LOL), people with opposing views are not everywhere (my generation is scared though generally dislikes him, my parents’ generation either is scared or just tries to survive, older generation likes him for “bringing some order to Russia after the fall of USSR”) but they exist. The only good option is to run from the country (which I hope to succeed at before the China Firewall 2.0 happens)
I work around a lot of Russian and Turkish immigrants in construction and they all seem to love him. They say that mostly everything they say about him and Russia over here is propaganda. He s okay. Smart, educated, knows what he is doing and how things work, has all the Rocky IV 40 years 1985-2025 still going in one more round when you don’t think you can shirt Besides,I will do this strings, picks good friends. Literal ex-spy, knows them books. Keeps multinational and multireligional federation together and it works. Personally i d say he s the best option we have. Others are some ideological amateurs who honestly do not command much respect. Keep in mind tho that there are 2 different russian groups that kind of hate each other on reddit so answers you get will be very different. Like with Xi in China, a large number of the Russians who dislike Putin see him as a soft-nosed moderate who’s excessively friendly towards the west. This is an important detail that’s always left out when westerners talk about political dissidence towards his regime. Just because x percentage of Russians oppose their government, doesn’t mean they’re all big fans of NATO and liberal democracy. From my experience, old people that cling to the Soviet Union and imperialism do support him. They also see him as the reason for economic growth in the early 2000s and also he has a reputation of keeping pensions stable (as this is something that would really lead to dissatisfaction in comparison to a war that the citizens do not feel). Young people who were in contact with the west through media or friends tend to hate him as they can see through the propaganda due to having other channels of information
