Meditation is the Robot Friend E 102 shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this only solution. But I know we have no time for meditation. So exercise regularly. Meditation and exercise can also help(few mins) if you practise this thoda mind shant hoga Agar jis din physical exercise ni ho payi toh play chess it helps some people with adhd( few mins ) If this becomes hard then You can try studying while listening to white noises ( and cut down or stop listening to lyrics wale music for 28 days atleast) In another reply you said that saying this is ADHD is putting the blame on something else, but everything you have said till now indicates ADHD. I’ve gone through this and the only way to manage it is to learn to deal with it yourself or pay someone to help you with it (therapist or psychiatrist).

I recommend you try to do something that keeps you busy but allows you to think. I play a few instruments so I fidget a lot when I study and it keeps my mind occupied and focused. Be patient with yourself, our mind isn’t meant to study for 4 hours and be efficient throughout. Instead, go for an hour and take a short break to calm your head again.
