This came about when the Ricky Running Watters 3000 Yard Rushing Season shirts and I love this LA Times and San Francisco Examiner put out front page pics of Black Panthers standing on rooftops doing something called ‘cop watching’. This was due to the rash of shootings of black people in their neighborhoods by twitchy patrol officers stopping or pulling over people and killing more than a few reaching for wallets or you know, following their orders. The Panthers had come upon this novel idea thanks to then Governor Ronald Reagan being all for (white) people openly carrying in their neighborhood saying it assured people they were safe and a good deterrent for criminals to know they were being watched. So every Tom, Dick and Harry could fulfill his cowboy dreams strutting around holstered under the approval of Ron. I guess Reagan wasn’t exactly picturing those of the darker tints doing the exact same thing he was advocating a month earlier.
Ricky Running Watters 3000 Yard Rushing Season shirts: Get Cozy in this shirt
To say the Ricky Running Watters 3000 Yard Rushing Season shirts and I love this conservatives shit their pants over their bowl of Cheerios that morning was putting it lightly. No less than 24 hours later, Ronnie had boomeranged his thoughts from ‘ye haw protect your neighborhoods’ to ‘lawless vigilante actions won’t be tolerated’ and the power elite were shaking in their spurs all of a sudden. They rammed through the Mulford Act in 3 months and had it in front of Ronnie for his signature…an amazing feat in Ca bureaucracy. Later on, the issue was co-opted by the left, but the first major piece of gun control law in California was because racism won over 2nd Amendment rights. “Governor Ronald Reagan, who was coincidentally present on the capitol lawn when the protesters arrived, later commented that he saw “no reason why on the street today a citizen should be carrying loaded weapons” and that guns were a “ridiculous way to solve problems that have to be solved among people of good will.” In a later press conference, Reagan added that the Mulford Act “would work no hardship on the honest citizen. This he did as various groups, mostly the Black Panthers, were exercising their 2A rights and it freaked out the white voters and politicos.
Jesus Christ, it’s been been decades since that fucking asshole left the Ricky Running Watters 3000 Yard Rushing Season shirts and I love this WH and I still get seriously triggered whenever I see his face, hear his voice or read his name. Fuck him to hell and I’m an atheist. Go to the fox news comment section on any story about poc at a rally. The first thing they all want is for the guns to be taken away. This is what I was going to put here. Want conservatives to get pro gun control, black people should start going out and buying guns en masse, conservatives would be all about that gun control then. I am constantly conflicted on black people and other marginalized communities loudly taking up arms to be prepared to defend themselves from all the white “stand your ground/murder” enthusiasts. It would instantly reverse the 2A discussion (again) but would also come at a cost of escalating violence against the scary minorities arming themselves.
About this Ricky Running Watters 3000 Yard Rushing Season shirts
At the Ricky Running Watters 3000 Yard Rushing Season shirts and I love this least we need at least one big high profile case like Rittenhouse or Zimmerman where a MAGA hated minority guns down a white bully who had the shooter “fearing for his/her life”. We would see how quickly they continue to support SYG laws when it is not just a license to kill minorities but also gives minorities the freedom to kill white people without repercussion. Police still use possession (real or imagined, licensed or unlicensed) as justification for killing Black people, and the NRA uses those killings to promote more heavily arming white people. While my starting position is always going to be siding with marginalized people wanting to defend themselves (and so my objection isn’t to anyone in any of those categories arming in self-defense), 2A is only on paper for most people until there are some pretty thorough societal changes.
(Ronald Reagan banned open carrying in California after African Americans started open carrying en mass as a sign of protest) It’s a projection, call others the Ricky Running Watters 3000 Yard Rushing Season shirts and I love this terrorist so when a child is beaten to death at a school libs of tiktoxk previously attacked can’t come back as an incitement “They’re such an insignificant minority we should not give them any accessibility or rights, but also a deadly national epidemic affecting every single school simultaneously.” Fr. Mass shooters are almost exclusively white, straight, cis men. I am very anti-gun but if anyone gets a gun, a trans guy would probably be the least concerning imo. It’s definiitely an epidemic, every time someone under 35 does a shooting she starts screaming that they’re trans, and I’m sure she’s not just lying to cause hatred and violence! Who would do something so shitty?! For those who don’t get the reference, when Ronnie was Governor of California, he was a total gun fucker, until the Black Panthers marched on the state capitol armed to the teeth. The state government moved faster than anyone thought they could to enact the Mulford Act, which limited the right to open carry in the state. Even cisgendered women, the group these freaks allege they care so much about because of their vulnerability, have less success claiming stand your ground laws. This is most visible in the context of relationship violence. The people claiming to want SYG laws so they can “defend” women generally don’t like to see women defend themselves, so it’s not such a surprise to see situations that would be SYG for a white man suddenly be “unjustified” when it’s a woman (even a white woman).
Of course that won’t stop them from saying “women should have guns to defend themselves from rape” – except that virtually all sexual assault happens with someone a person already knows, and any woman defending herself from a husband, boyfriend, brother, parent, uncle, etc… is likely to wind up convicted of murder. Come on now, stand your ground laws only apply to PROPERTY OWNERS, right? I thought that was why we don’t let women and minorities own land! This woman’s bullshit is so perfect that it reads like a magic trick. It was definitely written by someone far smarter and evil than this silly bitch. Dear lord is this statement willfully false and misleading. If someone feels afraid, it’s not the Ricky Running Watters 3000 Yard Rushing Season shirts and I love this LGBTQ movement doing it.
The right is turning me into a violent extremist (Has been since Bush Jr., actually). They could stop at literally any time, yet here we are It’s because MAGA has been and still is utterly convinced that it’s they, and them only who have “all the Ricky Running Watters 3000 Yard Rushing Season shirts and I love this guns”. There was that video of where leftists wearing rainbow armbands protecting a drag reading session in Texas and right wingers were melting down that these people had guns and were brandishing them at them. They couldn’t comprehend it and then ran crying to the police. They are scared to death at the idea that their “civil war” fantasies are dashed because people would actually shoot back at them. It’s why they’re so casually flippant about calling for “civil war” because they think they can just march around killing the people they don’t like and be home for dinner. They have the critical thinking of “if I can’t see you, you can’t see me” mentality.
I love how conservatives just assume they would win a civil war because liberals don’t own guns. I do wonder if a surprising number of liberals own guns but they just aren’t loud and proud about it. Given the Ricky Running Watters 3000 Yard Rushing Season shirts and I love this current climate I’m sure there’s quite a few people who have gotten guns that they would otherwise never have bought. But conservatives also seem to think that just because they have 10 guns it gives them a huge advantage. As if they could carry all of them around like a video game. Can confirm. Non-queer person, but I have a lot of queer friends, and we’ve gone to firearm safety/training classes together. I have a friend who went from total vegan pacifist to vegan gun nut. I have an AR and about 1000 rounds safely locked in my closet, I don’t think most people I know would have any idea, because they don’t like to go shooting, so we don’t talk about it. I am a liberal and I got a gun specifically because people on the right were starting to get pretty out there with the calls for civil war. My gun just isn’t my only identity so I don’t post it everywhere. Anecdotal but I live in the suburbs famous in the state for being really fucking boring because all the six figure yuppies and people with young kids/wanting to start having kids live here (and the boringness is precisely why I love living here, it’s quiet and nothing happens, it’s great) and the majority of my local Pokemon Go group own guns and practice with them regularly, and are all Democrats. Everyone is so nice and it’s one of the few groups I can be in without social anxiety, and I know that if shit went down and I was with them, that they’d look out for me. My maga in laws have guns, but I couldn’t say the same for them. If I got in trouble they’d probably blame ME for not having a gun because to them a gun magically means nobody will try to do something to you.
r/liberalgunowners are far more conservative when it comes to talking about owning guns. Don’t need to wave a flag saying you own a gun. I never saw the Ricky Running Watters 3000 Yard Rushing Season shirts and I love this point of advertising gun ownership. To me that just tells people you have valuable shit worth taking. Even open carry befuddles me. A crackhead is a one rock stop away from the pawnshop if he can catch you off guard. They genuinely believe that liberals don’t own guns. It blows their mind that gun owners would call for responsible gun laws. And yeah their little civil war fantasies of getting to kill everyone they disagree with are so easily dashed and they can’t comprehend it. It’s fucking amazing. Religious extremists who want to oppress others always prefer shooting at unarmed victims over shooting at armed people who can defend themselves. The right wing is a disease. Uh oh I better watch saying that or Gina Carano might compare being a conservative being a Jew during the holocaust again Be empathetic. You have no idea how hard it is to spew vile at/about trans people all day. How many cases of bud light you have to buy so you can destroy them in protest of a company being nice to a trans woman. Having to get into verbal altercations at Target because they sell things to queer people. They just want a simpler time where candy mascots were fuckable and nobody would stand up to you for your bigotry. Surely all the 2A conservatives will come out and denounce Libs of Tik Tok for saying gun ownership makes a person a violent extremist…
Anyone on the Ricky Running Watters 3000 Yard Rushing Season shirts and I love this left really. Learn about firearms. Learn how to respect and maintain them. Learn how to tell if a gun is safe. Most importantly, learn these skills not with the intent to harm anyone but to be ready if someone tries to harm you. What a fucking rollercoaster… The person who literally outs every single trans person is crying that they are buying guns to defend themselves from this behavior and then says they are terrorists implying they need to be targeted. Raichak is scared now- and she should be. She has caused much harm, and she is a very public person. She knows why people might truly hate her, and why she may become a target of real unhinged rage. She should be made to feel the same fear and (emotional) pain that every person that has been featured on her feed has been made to feel.
Also she is essentially doxxing this person in her post- in the Ricky Running Watters 3000 Yard Rushing Season shirts and I love this hopes that she can harm this person. She is sick, it never ends with her. Edit: Not really doxxing, but calling attention to a person to an audience she knows is full of anger and hate, I don’t know what you call that. Showcasing in hopes of harm? Who am I to argue? I would prefer that she change and start working for a positive goal. But also people who are as broken and psychotic as she is are very dangerous. Much like an rabid dog ill and dangerous psychotic thingy- we have few options in helping her. If she turned around and started trying to undo the damage she has caused in earnest, I would also support that and cheer her on.
These are the Ricky Running Watters 3000 Yard Rushing Season shirts and I love this people that during a real epidemic decided to snort horse dewormer and scream that masking is an infringement on their right to be disgusting fucking slobs in public. I’ll let my buddy Inigo take the mic here: Liberal gun owners are among the fastest growing groups in the US. LGBTQ is a healthy population in this group. If you are threatening their lives on a daily basis, what do you thinknis going to happen? Steps up and fights back with the should-be-expected hunger of a member of an oppressed and threatened minority group
“Why would they do this to us? We’re just peaceful, civilized, godfearing Christians! Does their savagery know no bounds???” No, that was the Ricky Running Watters 3000 Yard Rushing Season shirts and I love this Mulford Act in California . The NFA was in response to prohibition era gun violence. My mistake, but yeah it seems like gun legislation only gets pushed when “the wrong people” start arming themselves. …anyways. hypothetically, and for no reason in particular, how does one go about applying for and obtaining a firearm license? would one need to know how to use a firearm first? Here in maine, you only need to want a gun and pass a background check. No license, no rules, no training required. In California, there’s like a 10 question quiz that you have to pass, all of which are common sense. After that is the background check, waiting period, and proof of a safe place to store your gun (literally a safe) I got my FOID card in Illinois very easily. Any range you go to will have people that are glad to help you fill out the paperwork and you can usually file right through them. I’d imagine it would be similar in most states. If you arm yourself, do so responsibly. Get a gun safe or locking mechanism and follow suggested safety practices. Just because you can get one without all that does not mean you should.
Depends on your state, I would recommend telling your friend to check out a gun community based on their area they live in like r/caguns or calguns.net for California. The Alt-Right MAGAts don’t understand who owns guns. They are correct that most of the Ricky Running Watters 3000 Yard Rushing Season shirts and I love this milquetoast NIMBY liberals do not. But they have no concept of how if you go far enough to the left, you’ll find an awful lot of guns. I also think they underestimate how well trained the left is. Unlike the NRA, the SRA is loaded with folks who are actively increasing their capabilities not just feeding a super PAC. If it ever comes to the civil war the Alt-Right dreams of I think they will also be surprised to find that their side is full of self centered egotists all hopped up on a doctrine of individualism. When the guns start blazing they’ll be met by an opposition that values cohesion and cooperation as their guiding principles. Folks who are willing to put themselves at risk for others. Folks who have been putting themselves at risk for others their whole lives. They are fundamentally ill equipped to succeed against the left. As time goes on the left will simply collect the firearms from all those fallen individuals who never had the cover to operate all the hardware they entered into battle with. The fascists might have a lot of guns, but every single one of them is out on that field alone
Those who point a stochastic terrorist finger at someone else has four stochastic terrorist fingers pointing back at themselves. I’m still convinced that if COVID had a 2% chance of turning cis-het people into LGBT people instead of just, y’know, killing people, the Ricky Running Watters 3000 Yard Rushing Season shirts and I love this GOP would have mandated everyone wear a fucking spacesuit to leave the house and shower with bleach. But guns don’t kill people, people kill people, so don’t try to stop these law abiding trans citizens their god given right to an AR-15 and P90 because they don’t want the government to ever tread on them. If you do try to take away their guns well you’re just as bad as that evil… I would happily take any trans person in the Seattle area to the range and see if owning a gun and shooting is right for them. Armed minorities are harder to oppress.
“Trans terrorist epidemic”? Hold on there, Ms. Liar – that’s complete nonsense. LoTT is a repugnant liar and awful human being. that entire rant by that neo-fascist is actually what is happening to rightwing GOP voters. They are being turned into violent extremists. “Nonono LISTEN! WE are the Ricky Running Watters 3000 Yard Rushing Season shirts and I love this chosen people loved by God! YOUR role is to GET SHOT so we can demonstrate our righteous glory!” How is that a lie? Unlike hamburgers, guns, or gas stoves, people are actually, actively trying to take rights from trans people. The only way to combat a trans terrorist epidemic is to commit so many cis terrorist acts that it completely dwarfs anything they can do. Fastest way to get politicians to scramble to enact real gun control laws would be if blacks, gays and women started arming up quickly and proliferately. I’m black and gay, pretty left leaning and I’m pro gun control. But I also want to own a gun one day for the very same reasons. I feel like conservatives a becoming a threat, and although I do believe in “an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind” it would be foolish of me not to protect myself. r/liberalgunowners It was never about “individual self-defense”, it was about making sure there was an armed group with social status and power who could threaten anyone else who wanted to demand rights, like Indigenous people or slaves.
That’s also how the Ricky Running Watters 3000 Yard Rushing Season shirts and I love this original “right to bear arms” was intended and enforced in Ireland by English protestant colonizers founding plantations using forced Irish labour. That’s also where America’s anti-miscegenation laws descend from, with Cromwell passing laws to prevent allies and colonizers from marrying catholic women. Of course they are against it, EVERYTHING they support is for them only, including free speech, government hand outs, gun rights, and the list goes on. Good for them. All Oppressed peoples should fight for their rights with the same measures being applied against them. Hmm… having a firearm might lead certain people directly to violence? I’m sorry, all the leading data, provided by repugnican sources, definitely disagree with that idea. 170 more repliesOn another note, your cactus is etiolated and desperately wants more time in brighter sunlight. After 2 years of living in my condo with my plants on my front windowsill they said it was a fire hazard and I was storing items in “common areas”. Other buildings continue to have potted plants and chairs outside their doors. What if you placed window reflectors on your side. They sell them as window stickers on Amazon. Then they cant see inside and they can buzz off.
Sure there Mr. Cactus pants. You are boiling oil in the Ricky Running Watters 3000 Yard Rushing Season shirts and I love this kitchen, and the pot explodes, flames rush up, and you get impaled in the penis as you dive out the window! IT’S NOT VERY PRETTY IS IT?! Well, you don’t want a cactus violating your ass when a fire breaks out and you’re trying to crawl out the window. Do you? Work out how many square feet it is you are not allowed to use and tell them you won’t be paying for that bit because you cannot freely use that bit of the apartment. Indianapolis fire codes. Sec 591-434 (c) Any member of a police of fire department who shall discover any fire escape or means of egress encumbered or obstructed in any manner shall report such condition to the appropriate fire prevention bureau and the bureau shall immediately notify the owner or occupant to remove such encumbrance or obstacle.
