Don’t know if any of the Rhode Island Lighthouse logo shirt and I will buy this dogs payed the slightest bit of attention to that fact they always lost in the end, but they are all great boys and girls, and it sounds like badass alpha male pack leader shit when you tell “dog guys” that it’s the secret to your Cesar Millan level of control. I’d say get them a trophy for 1st and 2nd, make 3rd have to sit like idiots, but everyone gets ice cream treats If they win too often they perceive themselves as deserving a higher rank in the pack than you. That can lead to problems especially with big dogs. And make sure that it’s ALWAYS you who decides that we had enough play. Take the rope with you and put it on its place. Let them win most of the times, but also win yourself sometimes so they don’t start thinking they are above you in the pecking order, it won’t end well. I think this is important so that if she gets hold of something she shouldn’t play with, or, God-forbid, a child, I can say the command and she knows to stop. I read there was a study on juvenile rats roughhousing, and if the bigger rats didn’t let the little guys win at least 30% (if my memory is correct) of the time, they would stop playing with them. My 50kg GSD loves tug of war, got to watch their necks though. Sometimes he doesn’t tug as hard, sometimes you know when he wants to win. Either way he loves it.

Rhode Island Lighthouse logo shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Yes. Keep in mind that “playing” to them is also like training, it helps them get better at pack stuff whether it be fighting or hunting. You don’t really learn much if your teacher just goes all in on you and reminds you that you suck. It’s also just not fun to lose all the Rhode Island Lighthouse logo shirt and I will buy this time. You can beat a child at hide and seek, tag, video games; but should you ? Same for dogs. Of course you’re superior, but part of being superior is knowing this and acting on it With my dogs in the past, there is no choice. You must let them win. Otherwise you will enter the eternal tug-o-war game that never ends. My dog prefers to win every time. Her favorite game is actually keep away. She likes to walk past us all in the house one by one and the game is we try to snatch her toy away. She’s REALLY good at faking you out so you do actually have to try for it.
