Then after that it’s not as exciting it’s just an ongoing practice. By the Retro Teacher Best Teacher Pencils Flowers T-Shirt in addition I really love this time it’s a year or two onwards it’s harder to say because depends on your discipline. If you are consistent at this point it’s probably beginning to get hard to understand what your life was before meditation and you are probably more mindful overall and you would struggle to “not meditate” if you were just sitting quietly doing nothing your mind will automatically be more mindful Note that this also applies in reverse. I’ve been meditating long enough and have gotten lazy enough that I have unlearned some of my muscle memory and have to work on it. Just like any other muscle or practice it requires ongoing maintenance Also might be that different people potentially need different approaches as people just are different. We don’t necessarily feel comfortable in the same pair of shoes.

I can reach the Retro Teacher Best Teacher Pencils Flowers T-Shirt in addition I really love this end stage consistently and quickly but I often begin with watching my breathe to start my meditation, then slowly shifting to just being, would highly recommend. Some people might then add an additional stage of building feelings and intent of loving kindness towards others. Having a weed-less garden is cool, but it’s good to use the fertile ground to then grow something good. The blank slate is a canvas to be painted on, the goal is not the blank slate. Yes loving kindness meditation is important can be very rewarding. For me I keep gratitude central to my practice, very similar to loving kindness, I try to integrate it as much as I do the breath ? thank you for sharing your thoughts
