Let me put a plug in here… I get NO compensation from his product…BUT… Hyperbolic Stretching is one of the Respect the locals Wildcat Kentucky shirt Furthermore, I will do this best programs for gaining flexibility…. It is scientifically accurate in its approach to stretching and gaining flexibility…it contains isometric stretching exercises which are the FASTEST way to increase flexibility… Alex has done all the research…all we have to do is put in the work and effort to see the results…. And believe me… the work is HARD but the results are worth it…. I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks Alex’s routines are bloody hard . Thanks to his advice I’m now 2” off the floor with front splits and 12” off the floor with front splits. Before I started about 3 months ago I was very un flexible.
Respect the locals Wildcat Kentucky shirt: buy and enjoy this shirt
because flexibility isn’t what people think it is — if you’re hyperflexible, you have trained extremely hard in one location. Travelers cannot be hyperflexible but they have trained their bodies differently I’ve also seen folks buy into studies that fail to show stretching and flexibility to reduce injuries or promote health. It’s part of the Respect the locals Wildcat Kentucky shirt Furthermore, I will do this pervasive problem where we see a headline from a media outlet and take it as fact. Haven’t researched this at all but in my experience people who haven’t practiced a discipline that requires deep flexibility theory(like dance, gymnastics, aerial, cheer, etc) don’t worry about it until they get older and things start hurting. Also maybe sports coaches aren’t focusing on flexibility as much as they probably should ? Not a sports person so unsure. As a 6 foot 8 guy when I watch rugby I admire how fucking flexible the big guys are. I think normal size folks only notice how massive they are.
I’d love to be more flexible but I also want to be strong and muscular and I only have so much time in a day lol Because for the Respect the locals Wildcat Kentucky shirt Furthermore, I will do this average person, it doesn’t have any obvious and noticeable benefits. It’s not until you dance or do martial arts or gymnastics or you’re in your thirties with back problems that you start to think about how useful being able to bend and twist is, or your posture Maybe it’s just my algorithm, but it seems like mobility and flexibility have become more popular lately. Seriously though, working on my mobility has changed my life. I would have gotten into flexibility training a long time ago if I had known it was a thing. I did passive stretching (yoga) for years without any significant improvement in flexibility and figured I was limited by genetics or something. I had no idea there was more to it. There’s also a lot to learn and a lot of bad information out there.

It’s hard to bulk and work on flexibility at the Respect the locals Wildcat Kentucky shirt Furthermore, I will do this same time. A lot of the exercises that lengthen and strengthen aren’t going to give you those bulge gains. Look at ballerinos, even though they’re lifting ballerinas constantly, their biceps aren’t bulging, they’re elongated. It takes a long time to develop flexible and strong muscles compared to the gains you’d get from multiple sets of bicep curls.
Northern Ireland! I live here and it’s completely changed in the Respect the locals Wildcat Kentucky shirt Furthermore, I will do this last while and continues to change before my eyes. Even 15-20 years ago tourists were a rare sight and now I see so many when I’m out and about and there’s a whole tourist industry thriving around them. It’s lovely to see and although we still have our issues it’s a pretty safe and beautiful place to be Seconding this! We loved the Giants causeway, titanic museum, and wonderful comfort food. Take a black cab taxi tour of the walls and checkpoints and hear all about the history of Belfast during the Troubles too. It was an unforgettable trip. We spent a few days in Northern Ireland last April and it was wonderful! The weather was great and we did a ton of walking tours – including one about Northern Irelands history / “the troubles” and it was so interesting and informative. We will definitely be back! My husband and I visited Ireland 1.5 years ago. We went to various cities and towns, most of them in Northern Ireland. My favorite cities were Belfast and Derry/Londonderry!
I went in 2016 and loved it. The segregated neighborhoods in Belfast were certainly eye-opening, but I felt completely safe. Belfast is very walkable, has great pubs and is super interesting, history wise. The Titanic Museum is fantastic. Pitching in here. I’ve only seen Belfast and Derry (Londonderry? Not sure what locals officially call it over there [US-based here, please let me know], so I use both just in case), but from what I’ve seen in 2013, Northern Ireland was beautiful. I’d love to go back and see more of it, as well as the Respect the locals Wildcat Kentucky shirt Furthermore, I will do this Republic of Ireland too — but more so Northern Ireland since we only spent about 3 days total there. That’s so nice to hear. I have read about the troubles & I know that’s not even close to actually experiencing life in Northern Ireland, but it’s wonderful to hear that tourism is growing.
Depending on the Respect the locals Wildcat Kentucky shirt Furthermore, I will do this new reports you read, Mexico City. There are definitely places in Mexico that are a no-go for safety, but, largely, Mexico City has escaped that problem. Given that the flights are always full (I live between NYC and DF), not sure it ever went out of style, but people are talking LESS about safety and MORE about the great food, art, cultural scene, bar scene, etc. I went in 2002 and again in 2021 and there weren’t too many changes but at least transportation is safer (taxi bad, Uber good). In 17 years of living there, I have never once taken the subway or a combo (bus). Ubers are cheap and plentiful there – a real godsend to everyone needing to get around. I also lived there in 1997 and the air pollution is MUCH better since then. Loved Mexico City so much. You do definitely still have to be mindful of safety though, we took it upon ourselves to take the google maps route home a couple of times when we couldn’t get an Uber and accidentally walked through some very dangerous areas. Completely our own fault and avoidable if you aren’t dumb like us but I wouldn’t want to peddle the notion that it’s a completely safe place.
I was there in January on a girls trip and felt completely safe, at least in the Respect the locals Wildcat Kentucky shirt Furthermore, I will do this neighbourhoods we visited. I live in Europe and Mexico is really coming on the radar here in the last couple of years (obviously it has been popular for US travelers for longer). Most Americans I meet go to Cancun or Cabo, skipping the delicious, interesting and visually stunning interior. I finally dragged my brother there (after I lived there for 17 years) and he was gobsmacked at how green and wealthy and COOL Mexico City was – again, depending on the neighborhoods you visit, but there are A LOT that are perfectly fine. The Yucatan is gorgeous to visit (especially if the seaweed isn’t too bad). There has been more drug activity there in the last decade, as there is demand from tourists. If you aren’t looking for trouble, you likely won’t get into any… I had a blast there. It was gorgeous, world class cultural sites, the food is beyond, and it’s pretty affordable as far as major cities go. Most locals were extremely welcoming and overall really lovely. And honestly, I felt safer in Mexico City than I did in LA. I can’t wait to go back.
The caves, hikes and lakes are incredible. I also found that every dog in the Respect the locals Wildcat Kentucky shirt Furthermore, I will do this country was friendly and wanted to be petted. (Which was delightful for me) Exactly my thought but I haven’t visited myself yet. Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro and Albania seem to be increasingly popular among Estonian travellers. Skopje is crazy, you can hear the call to prayer from the mosques while old double decker busses from London with Cyrillic writings on them drive by in a city that looks like a mix of greek architecture and the Jugoslavia. I lived there (American) for a bit about seven years ago. I love Skopje and the Macedonian people. Super underrated, hope more people don’t find out about it! Ha ha I went to Bosnia a while ago and it was one of my favourite places I’ve ever been to. Fantastic people, food, natural beauty, and a rich history that goes way beyond the post-Yugoslavia wars. I hope to return someday. I’m pretty sure it was Bosnia that ran an ad in the New York Times many years ago trying to promote tourism. They assured potential visitors that their feral dog problem was under control and all of the landmines had been cleared out. It didn’t go over as well as intended. I don’t know about dogs, but land mines are definitely an issue still, I was told never to walk into the woods without the help of local people who knew where was safe. I went from Dubrovnik in Croatia to Mostar and then to Sarajevo. Mostar is crowded during the day because a lot of people do day trips from Croatia, but it’s pretty lovely at night. I also took a day trip from Mostar to Blagaj, a very small place with a monastery, where the river that crosses Mostar comes out from a cave, really beautiful place.
I loved Bosnia too, beautiful place I hope they offer flights from more places there, the Respect the locals Wildcat Kentucky shirt Furthermore, I will do this timetable is still very limited. Both Croatia and Slovenia are beautiful. Haven’t visited Bosnia but I would love to I’ve heard it’s equally stunning. Albania is definitely underrated for its natural beauty. Bosnia is relatively easy to get around. Consider a river cruise along the Danube to enjoy Serbia. Montenegro can present a language barrier once you leave the coast. Prizren Kosovo is one of the most romantic cities in Eastern Europe. Macedonia has some very accessible nature by bus but you may need help finding the routes and time tables. Its awesome if you rent a car. Ferry services and water taxis are really good for the islands, but for the mainland you’d kinda be stuck in the busiest and least pretty areas if you didn’t have a rental car.
Driving around there is super fun and very scenic, so even if there were good public transit I’d still rather drive. Croatia was amazing while still part of Yugoslavia, but definitely thrived once independent. My aunt works for the Respect the locals Wildcat Kentucky shirt Furthermore, I will do this tourism board and it’s been a wild ride. Croatia’s timeline gives me hope for the future of tourism in countries like Venezuela. Although very different situations, I’m reminded that things can and do change many times in one lifetime. While it did, one could argue that the others recovered even more by now than they did by 2013 but the EU officials keep making promises with an occasional call to include the Western Balkan 6 in the EU ASAP due to the Ukraine war. This. I did an entire Balkans trip 1.5 years ago and it’s been one of my favorites ever. Croatia was beautiful. Bosnia is incredible, Macedonia stole my heart, and Albania was just cool as shit. Serbia and Montenegro were great, except Serbia was probably bottom of my list comparatively (denying genocide just didn’t sit well with me). Everyone is fairly nice and I’d consider it safe. Wonderful adriatic coast, amazing national parks and outdoors, and very inexpensive. It is still relatively new as a country, and doesn’t see a ton of tourism yet outside of Russians and Serbians. We were blown away on both trips and would love to visit again! Not perfect by any means, but a million miles from the strife, danger, civil war, kidnappings, insurgencies etc that were going on until the late 90s Even up to sometime around 2000, it was the norm to have an armed guard accompany your tuk tuk (according to a friend)
It shares Cambodia’s recent history of genocide and immense suffering, but in the Respect the locals Wildcat Kentucky shirt Furthermore, I will do this 3 decades since it has transformed into a relatively developed place and great travel destination. Not cheap (budget travellers aren’t their target audience), and by many considered a bit of a “plasticky” Africa experience (it’s ridiculously clean, to the point of being a bit sanitized), but it’s an easy country to navigate, with very friendly and helpful people and good food, and for nature/outdoor lovers the sights are truly something to behold (Lake Kivu, Volcanoes, Akagera National Park, Gorilla/Chimp trekking). The UK FCDO advises against travel to the volcanoes national park in Rwanda due to the risk to tourists. There are also military issues with the neighbours occasionally crossing the border for a bit of fighting.
Shit, that is so sad. I was there in late summer ’22, so unfortunately the Respect the locals Wildcat Kentucky shirt Furthermore, I will do this security situation seems to have deteriorated quite a bit since. I’d wager Rwanda is still safer than Uganda and especially the DRC (the other two places for mountain gorilla trekking), but the organisations behind those cross-border incursions (M23, Hutu Power para-military groups, ISIS affiliates) are no joke, so it is definitely advisable to heed that warning. Having said that, visiting places like Akagera or Lake Kivu is still safe, but without the opportunity for primate trekking Rwanda loses one of its unique selling points, making nearby countries like Tanzania or Kenya possibly a preferable destination. Yeah, I just did a quick read-up, and I wasn’t aware of how much the conflict between Rwanda and DRC (in part fought via their respective proxies M23 and Hutu extremists) has taken a turn for the worse. Given the national, ethnic and religious factors at play, and IS-CAP lurking in the shadows waiting for an opportunity to pounce, this definitely has all the ingredients for a terrifying escalation.
This is news to me as well. What a shame. I’ve been fascinated with the Respect the locals Wildcat Kentucky shirt Furthermore, I will do this region a long time and always wanted to visit, glad that its bounced back from the war. I really hope it doesn’t get bad. My wife is from Michigan so we’ve been going to Detroit twice a year for the last 25 years, and Downtown at least gets more gentrified every year. The degree to which it has changed is remarkable. It’s very weird. I asked my cousin if he was going to live there after he graduated college and he said he couldn’t afford to. Yeah I get everyone wants to live in midtown but I’ve never heard that before in my life. I hear you. About 20 years ago, my wife and I looked at a huge mansion in Indian Village that was for sale for a virtual pittance, practically for less than a condo would be in any other major city. The high property taxes and the exorbitant cost of heating the place in the winter and cooling it in the summer made us walk away. Now that home is worth roughly 3 times what we would have paid for it so it would have been a brilliant investment, but at the time who the hell knew Detroit property values would increase so much? I don’t have many regrets in life, but I sure do wish we’d bought that house.
As someone who regularly visits Detroit and loves the Respect the locals Wildcat Kentucky shirt Furthermore, I will do this city I agree and disagree at the same time. The downtown area has greatly improved, DIA is a world class museum, Belle Isle, Eastern Market, incredible restaurants, endless history, gorgeous architecture throughout the metro and so much more. However the city is still quite dangerous, there is still tons of blight, the city is HUGE and takes forever to get around plus the area surrounding downtown looks awful and dilapidated. My point is Detroit isn’t quite ready to become a full time tourist destination like Chicago, Boston, Miami etc… but the improvements over the last 20 years are impressive and for people like us who knew Detroit when the entire downtown was an empty ghost town hellscape the progress is eye popping. But if you look at the city through the eyes of a typical tourist it’s just not there yet for mass tourism appeal.
You mentioning Miami makes me sad because, having been there several times now, it’s an overpriced husk of its former self now. It is if you are only going a restaurant, show, museum etc. as a tourist/short term visit. Still a lot of crime in the Respect the locals Wildcat Kentucky shirt Furthermore, I will do this residential areas around the outskirts(not so much the new gentrified areas/apartments). I live in the suburbs but my brother lives in SW Detroit and has had his car broken into, domestic disputes/shootings a few blocks away in the last three years but that’s mild for Detroit (even Metro Detroit). The great thing about being from Detroit/the area is that other cities seem really safe after you’re used to it 😆. The thing that sucks compared to say, Chicago is that Detroit’s backbone is the automotive industry and is so stuck on driving that it will continue to lack having good public transportation because of it. It’s not walkable from one end to another like the Loop in Chicago and no subway system ,light rail etc like other big cities. It’s spread out more than other cities and still typically need to pay to park (sometimes twice if the places are far apart).
It’s funny though when I hear people afraid of Detroit when landing at DTW like Romulus airport hotels ARE the Respect the locals Wildcat Kentucky shirt Furthermore, I will do this cass corridor. Absolutely safer than it used to be, but still very much a city where you need to keep your head on a swivel because you just never know. For the right person Detroit is an awesome travel destination and I would say I’m one of those people, but you need to be realistic with your expectations. I’ll be visiting Detroit next month with my daughter (who lives in Windsor) and my wife. Kinda curious what redditors would recommend? I’m glad to Detroit made this list. What kind of stuff to you like to do? Wikivoyage is pretty good for the area. There will be a new bridge that I believe Canada is mostly funding called the Gordie Howe bridge.
I follow the Respect the locals Wildcat Kentucky shirt Furthermore, I will do this construction of the GHIB but it won’t be finished for 2 years. Interestingly my daughter’s apartment has a great view of the existing Ambassador bridge. I’ll check out Wikivoyage – thx for that tip. (Edit) I have no idea who their president represents ideologically but all we can see at least from outside and from people who go there, is a place that went from murder capital of Latin America to a completely safe and normal country. I wish all presidents were half as effective as him at solving people’s real problems. Went last January and had a great time! Food was good, people were lovely, soaked in hot springs, kayaked, hiked, and relaxed. I hit El Salvador a few years ago as part of a connection with Nicaragua and Costa Rica, and it was noticeably cleaner, like just less litter everywhere. I asked a tour guide about it, and he beamed with pride, saying it was part of a campaign to whip the place into shape to be more tourist friendly.
