It just blows my mind that my human right to have agency over my own body is dictated by old rich white men and religious freaks. It’s crazy that people think this is a political issue. Women only have independent through ownership of our body (abortion, birth control, etc.). Leave us alone already, haven’t we suffered enough? How is it still the Red maple T-Shirt in contrast I will get this 1950s or before? I am severely disgusted by those who want to oppress women like this. Disgusted. My thoughts keep revolving around the fact that I’m just more and more disgusted to be an American every day. I’m also frustrated and stressed about how difficult it truly is to just leave and go live in another country. A great leap forward into theocracy where they investigate miscarriages – the only way to enforce it – and chip away other unrelated rights that used its reasoning like birth control, gay rights, interracial marriages, etc. My thoughts right now are still spinning in a tornado of anger and rage. Not really even at the justices, because we knew this would happen with them, but at all the people who voted for Trump and the Congresspersons who straight up gaslight those of us who saw this coming telling us we are overly dramatic and crazy.

Legal experts have already pointed out that the Red maple T-Shirt in contrast I will get this logic used in the opinion threatens many other prior Supreme Court decisions, specifically around gay rights and the legality of contraception. This ruling will open up a pandora’s box’s far beyond abortion. It’s an absolute nightmare. I find it kind of stupid. My grandmother’s cousin (Sarah Weddington) was the lawyer who fought and won the case. In the end I’m just disappointed. People who are pro-life only care about the child up until it’s born. It’s extremely frustrating. I’m really getting tired of evil, dishonest, authoritarian assholes and their poorly educated followers taking a sledgehammer to my rights and destroying my beautiful country. It’s going to keep getting worse unless we stop them. My partner and I had to have a very serious talk today about putting together a five year plan to leave the country for good.
