Your hunches are rarely wrong: I’ve declined several positions myself, and as a boss I’ve had several decline for various reasons. I wish you the Rainbow Leopard Teach Love And Be Merry Cute Teacher Christmas Xmas T-Shirt moreover I will buy this best on what you do, but if you thought on it two days and declined, that was what was supposed to happen. It’s a good decision. If you care how your manager treats you then the pay isn’t high enough. My hiring manager is a dick. But the job is sweet and the pay is 3x what I was asking for. He isn’t getting my max output due to how he treats me but I’m working here for as long as I’m needed I left my last job because I wasn’t happy with my boss and a coworker. The job wasn’t bad, I liked the commute, and it was a good company. I’m glad I left. I got a 25% raise in under a year, and have way more room for growth where I am now. Point being, I followed my instincts and I am glad I did. Everything will work out in the end. It sucks working with people you don’t like.

Rainbow Leopard Teach Love And Be Merry Cute Teacher Christmas Xmas T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

You made the Rainbow Leopard Teach Love And Be Merry Cute Teacher Christmas Xmas T-Shirt moreover I will buy this right call. They’re not going to behave any better after you’re on board. Keep going on your search – if you got this offer you can get another! What positions are y’all applying to where the hiring manager isn’t the direct manager? I’m a hiring manager because I hire for my own team (and they all report to me). I am also in tech and is the same. The hiring manager is the one that actually hires you and you’d report directly to him. 5 mins before interview got reschaduled. 1 week later they tell me they have another role in mind for me. Ha ha 1 month no sound. 1 month later second interview and this time “yes we no longer consider u for initial role I applied” now we consider you for new one. Long weekend happens. I realize this ain’t right. They not willing to add it in offer so, they can push me around and I will have no choice. I had a similarly weird situation. I actually signed the offer letter, but the on-boarding day was two months out, so I never gave notice. The move the on-boarding day back and fourth, and never send the paperwork. With only a WEEK before the start day, I get the paperwork and the job description does not match what I have on my offer. I emailed that I was withdrawing and blocked all the contacts in my phone. Why do people have to be shit? I know that some people are shit, but I’m always going to be amazed that some people can be marginally successful and also shit.
