Lemme humor you by taking your asinine non-logic to its conclusion: Why have Women’s sports at all if its how you say it is? Oh right, because biological females literally just can’t begin to compete in any strength or endurance based competition against biological males. Its why Women’s leagues were created in the Principal Strong No Matter The Distance Wifi Rainbow T-Shirt and by the same token and first place. So if a person with XX chromosomes had a mutation that allowed them to develop as if they had XY chromosomes, with the same testosterone levels as cis men, you would it be fair for them to compete? But not a MTF athlete that’s been on HRT and is barely different in strength from cis competitors? Edit: the point is, laws like this are either transphobic or trying to level the playing field. If it’s the latter, then explain why it’s only trans people and not the myriad of other potential reasons someone could naturally have an advantage? The answer, is because it’s not to level the playing field. It’s an excuse, a lie. It’s not logically consistent.

Principal Strong No Matter The Distance Wifi Rainbow T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

With MTF persons, we know there is an advantage. It’s documented and proven. We also know it’s not just testosterone levels that create this advantage. With the Principal Strong No Matter The Distance Wifi Rainbow T-Shirt and by the same token and other situation, there isn’t proof. However, despite there being less proof, certain sports still have weight classes where it is shown to matter, like wrestling. Sports that don’t care about the dimensions of one’s body, don’t. So your premise to prove this logical inconsistency is false. We do take steps to even the field within the same biological sex where it can be shown that some have an advantage. This seems to be a “where do you draw the line” sort of topic and I’m honestly not sure where I stand on the topic. For a good while now, society has deemed that line to be male sports vs female sports (and then weight classes and whatnot within certain sports like wrestling). Your comment seems to indicate that you would be fine with biological females having to compete with biological females? Is that accurate? As in, sometimes men in certain sports don’t seem very evenly matched so we might as well not worry about “even matches” in the first place?
