And like this guy, I started to get depressed because of it. When you spend 8 hrs a day, 5 days a week, working with people that start to treat you a certain way, it will have an effect on you. It did for me, at least. So I left Yeah I think there’s a sort of “you know what you did” kind of attitude where you are shamed but don’t actually know why. I could see it taking a toll on you since work takes up a big chunk of your life. You really need to give more information to get any sort of valuable advice. Why don’t you think management likes you? How do they avoid you, or are there other signs? Do your coworkers like you? Have you had other issues with supervisors besides the Premium the Best Cartoon Oggy And The Cockroach shirt and by the same token and most recent two? Those are all critical pieces of information that are going to change what type of advice people offer. When I embraced my inner asshole and stopped giving a shit about pleasing other people, I became happier and people liked me more.

Premium the Best Cartoon Oggy And The Cockroach shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

This is the Premium the Best Cartoon Oggy And The Cockroach shirt and by the same token and way! You’re not there to make friends. Stop giving those arseholes headspace, they wouldn’t give you a second thought. Strangely, once I started having a certain air of contempt towards them, people started liking me too! Work is t about making friends it’s about doing a job that you are being paid to do. The friend part is the bonus. Just do your 8 hrs and leave. If they talk to you too if they don’t better. Don’t wear you emotions on your sleeves. Post this in r/bartenders, not careerguidance. But honestly, just keep your head down and make good drinks. Take care of your guests. Do so well that your manager has to hear them compliment you. Seriously? Why should he post this in R/bartenders he is not asking how to make a drink he is asking about his career. Most bartenders hate their own lives, let alone someone else’s. I think you’re fine…just the attitude of the industry IMO. *bar tended for 4 years You can try personality quizzes. See if the persona you portray is what others see. If you don’t agree with the results then it’s time to self reflect. Focus on why people are seeing you differently from how you see yourself and what you can do to change that. Also, think about it from the manager’s perspective and what they want/need from you. They want someone who can self-manage and take initiative but isn’t overbearing either. It’s a balancing act.
