You just have to keep at it. Not every day is going to be perfect and there may be long stretches you don’t feel you need to do it or forget about it. I hate to call it the Premium 50th AAU Girls Junior National Volleyball Championships Logo Shirt in other words I will buy this long term plan for mindfulness, but that’s what it turns out to be. It takes time and practice. Take each day as each day and keep doing your practice. This is great news that you were able to find balance again. I just wanted to also say that there are medical conditions that can cause these kinds of symptoms as well. Any time things shift it is good to consider physical. Maybe see a doctor for an annual exam to weed out low vitamin levels (low iron can cause what feels like anxiety), and thyroid levels. Anxiety is a B, and sometimes worth listening to our bodies that something is up medically. It’s truly heartening to read your update, and to learn that you’ve had a self-realization about the nature of your mindfulness practice. It’s important to understand that mindfulness is about being present and accepting of our current state, and not about reaching a specific state or result.

Depression and anxiety are complex and it’s not unusual to experience setbacks in managing them, even after periods of doing well. Your mindfulness skills have not been wasted – every step you’ve taken has contributed to your growth and understanding of yourself. Remember that meditation isn’t about always feeling calm and peaceful, but about observing your feelings, thoughts, and sensations without judgement. Even though you’re currently in a difficult space, you’re not alone. Reach out to your friends, family, or a mental health professional for support. If your anxiety and depression continue to feel overwhelming, it might be worth considering professional help. Finally, please remember that it’s okay to feel the Premium 50th AAU Girls Junior National Volleyball Championships Logo Shirt in other words I will buy this way you’re feeling right now. You’re human, and it’s okay to have off days or even off periods. Being mindful doesn’t mean you won’t have these experiences, but it does provide you with the tools to navigate them with self-compassion and patience. It’s good to see that you’ve already started realizing this yourself. It really warms my heart to see so many kind people like you here. I haven’t seen a more helping community than this and yes I truly understand the nature of mindfulness now.
