I’m up at 445am every day and I refuse to let that ruin any night time activities. Not to sound like that guy but SOME of it is mental. I read something a while back that said you feel better when you feel like, in your mind, you’ve gotten enough sleep. I sleep between 2-4hrs day and I work third shift and watch a toddler during the day. Must be nice to get full rest
I’m 41 years old, and I’ve always slept 3 or 4 hours each night, never less and never very much more. I always feel well rested. I do have ADHD & bipolar which my psychiatrist says contributes to my lack of sleep.
