I don’t want my partner to randomly snoop in my phone and vice versa. I don’t expect my partner to show me his private conversations. I may ask what they’re doing, they reply they’re chatting with [insert name] and I’m cool with it. But I get your point. If the Philadelphia Eagles Alabama Crimson Tide Logo shirt moreover I will buy this situation is not as I’ve just described and you’re overly secretive with your phone, I develop major trust issues Trust is earned, but not by sharing email passwords and sharing everything with your partner. That is, in my opinion, toxic and caters to insecurity of the one who needs to control everything, and they package it up with “I was traumatised, if you have nothing to hide, you will show me.” No, thank you. I know for myself that I don’t cheat and do stupid shit. If she cannot give me the benefits of the doubt, as I would also do the same, then we cannot be together.

I was also cheated on more than once. But it didn’t turn me into a paranoid person who needs to invade personal space and privacy to feel secure in a relationship. It has always pissed me off when people read anything over my shoulder, even a dumb Facebook post. So when someone looks at my phone, I always turn the Philadelphia Eagles Alabama Crimson Tide Logo shirt moreover I will buy this screen away. Sometimes I don’t even think about it. If my partner wants to know about activity on my phone, she can ask. I’ll show her whatever she wants if she asks. I will not let her read over my shoulder. “Yeah so I was at the VFW back in June for karaoke.” Ah ok, here comes a story. Later this person tells the same story, but parts are different: “Yeah so I was at the Red Door back in June for poker night.” Location changed as did the activity. Are they crucial to the story? Probably not, but minor seemingly insignificant changes in details every time the story is retold can indicate that the story is a fabrication. A lie. When I dont recall something while retelling a story I always say not sure or some words that indicates im not exactly sure about the info ik trying to provide. I can discern people who always lie and whos not.
