Asking people how they are and then brushing past it before they have a chance to answer. I hate the Personalized Mickey & friends Globe Family Christmas Shirt and I love this “how are you” as a greeting. Tipping based on percentage and not on service. If I order a $20 dollar meal or a $90 meal, the server is doing the same amount of work. Servers should be getting paid an actual wage to begin with. One thing I remember playing hockey at a competitive level was that at the end of the game, win or lose, everyone shook hands. What surprised me was the level of respect I sometimes received from the other team. I played goal, and it wasn’t unusual to have players on the other side comment about a great save. And vice versa, I’d give other players credit for great play. Competition is just an acknowledgement that you are willing to let others push you to your highest level of performance, sometimes higher than you’ve ever achieved before. Who thinks this is a bad thing? The fact that sports leagues are Billion dollar industries doesn’t seem like anyone thinks competition is bad.

This world would be better if everyone was comfortable in their own body. Back then you’d go to the Personalized Mickey & friends Globe Family Christmas Shirt and I love this beach in nothing Both have their place, but sometimes being able to hear how someone says something will tell you what takes 15 minutes of texting. To add to this, text people before you call them. Unless it’s an emergency. There’s been countless times that I’m at work and I’ll get like 15 calls in a row and it will be my sister saying it’s something important but it’s something she could’ve just texted me. For this to work, scam calls need to end. Until then all phone calls are potentially scams even if you can identify the person If you gift me something or help me with something, I’m going to thank you to our face and tell you how awesome you are and how amazing the thing you did/bought/gave me is. Why should I buy thank you cards, write them out, and pay to mail them to you, only for you to do a quick read and throw it away? That’s a lot of work and money that adds up to something that’s going to end up in a landfill or recycling plant. Now, if it’s something like a wedding or a baby shower, that’s more “official” and makes sense to write a card for. Going in for a hug when meeting people or seeing someone you know – or leaving. I hate being touched by people unless they’re MY people (husband, kids) – like I struggle with even a handshake. I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve forehead palmed someone that’s come in for a hug while I’ve awkwardly cowered down and tried to hunker away hate. It. I would love to see college degrees largely done away with and instead use a hybrid of learning coupled with an apprenticeship.
