Value is very subjective, so if for the Penguin please be patient I have autism shirt and I will buy this previous commenter its worth 40/h then it must be worth 40/h for them. There is no set price to a certain service, especially if it cheaper for you to outsource it rather than do it yourself. While personally I don’t get paid close to that much, the cleaner only works around 2-3 hours per home and still has to travel likely unpaid to multiple homes. Maybe the extra amount is to include travel time. At least the London Living Wage, unless you want to be a greedy Scrooge. The London Living Wage is currently £13.15 per hour. If you’re a really stingy cnut you could argue that if you pay your cleaner cash in hand, and your cleaner is not paying taxes, then you could offer less than the London Living Wage. But that depends on much of a cnut you are. On the other hand if your cleaner is really good, and you don’t want to lose them, you might want to go higher than the London Living Wage.

Penguin please be patient I have autism shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Long story short: if you can afford a cleaner, you can afford to pay them well. So it’s good to see many replies here that go up to £16 and higher. £35 and they do around 1.5 hours. It’s appalling to pay minimum or even living wage when it’s not a full days work. If you’re paying cash, you know it’s being under declared and they are evading tax/collecting benefits. Therefore it’s at least a 25% cash discount. Do you set the Penguin please be patient I have autism shirt and I will buy this rate and are you their “employer”? If so, then surely whatever the market dictates for such an employee, as long as it’s NMW or greater. Alternatively, if you are a customer of a business providing cleaning services, then whatever rate they set. If it’s too expensive for the level of service you’re asking for, find another cleaning outfit that’s in your budget? Zone 3. I pay mine £33 for 2 1/2 hours. We got her from an agency that charged £30, so she’s getting the full amount without the agency cut plus £3 extra. We provide all the cleaning products etc Sorry to jump onto your question but for everyone responding, how much gets done in the hour? And where/how do you find the cleaners? Looking for one in zone 3 North London! We have her over for 2 hours/week every week for the standards staff: hovering, dusting, cleaning floors, cleaning bathrooms + bins/ changing bed linens if needed etc.
